Great.

A very professional job and (so far) no sign of leak. The process took longer than anticipated (3-5 visits over more than a month) but this didn't really inconvenience us. Roof was always sealed up. Owner (Chuck) was easy to work with and took personal interest and came out to supervise on a couple occasions. He did have to boost price by $300 over original estimate due to unanticipated problems fitting a non-standard skylight opening. -Explained the situation before proceeding. Drywall finishing after installation and cleanup was nicely done.

The owner, Chuck, was prompt to respond to our call to get a bid to make an appt to see the project personally, to complete the bid and then met with us to explain the project bid in great detail with what our options could entail. He is personable and professional. He worked well with us for timing of the project and listened well to concerns we had regarding the project. His crews work well together, are efficient and it looked like they had never been here (clean up). Chuck kept in touch during the project and had the crew fix siding problems where rodents could enter. He even inspected from out attic space. He has integrity.

Chuck spent about an hour with us, going over the roofing options and benefits. when the work was performed, the crew were professional, courteous and punctual. The final product is excellent.

It took a few tries just to get someone to show. Chuck eventually came and took a look at the roof. He listened to what I wanted, then left some samples and asked me to email him with what I had in mind. I sent him an email that night but no one ever got back to me. I sent a follow-up email and still no response. I called and left a voice message but still nothing. Apparently he wasn't interested in the job, but he wouldn't even give me an idea of what it would cost. Not cool.

We were selling our house and needed roof repairs done immediately. I'm so glad I called Masters Roofing. Chuck responded promptly with an estimate and scheduled the work to be completed within a couple of days. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

I spoke with Chuck Dominguez about the repair. He took pictures of the damage and showed me what work he would do. The following Monday, two of his workers cam by and replaced worn parts and repaired the roof. A couple of days later, his office manager Salina called to arrange an appointment for Josh to come by and repair the ceiling below. He arrived at the arranged time, fixed the ceiling damage, returned two days later to texture the ceiling after the repair compound had dried. I was very satisfied with the service.

Very good communication with the owner, Chuck Dominguez. Estimate was in-line with 3 other estimations, however the estimation did not include certain costs that were on another company's initial estimation, which added to our final bill. The application of the new roof appears to have been done well... it looks great. I would grade clean-up a "B" as there was residual debris that I did discover (understanding that there will be some with the best of clean-ups). The unacceptable garbage was that from worker's lunches, i.e. chicken bones left on the sidewalk...bad form. The work day sometimes started later than I would have liked necessitating working into the dark, post dinner evening hours. I do appreciate the need to get to a particular stopping point, and beat a possible weather change, but this might have been better timed. Workers were all friendly and polite.

The roofing went ok. I was a little upset with the fact that, they put an air vent through the top of the roof, when they cut through there, they didn't have the common courtesy to put a tarp or some plastic. I have a storage area down there above the garage. And there is saw dust and junk every where in there. Guess who ended up getting to clean it up? Me! What were they thinking? I've got storage up there and there's a stinking rotten mess because they have enough sense to say something. I would have given them a tarp; I would have put one down! Some of the work was a little shady. They did a very good job on the roof but I was unhappy with the fact that they left a big mess. When they tore the old roof up I had to clean out the fire beds of pieces of dirt and dust and left over nails and shingles. The work was fine, per se. But the way they went about it, they didn't run a clean operation, I can say. We're remodeling this house and I've got better things to do than clean up after somebody else's mess besides my own! I didn't shop around with any other places because it started out just to be a plain roof and we decided to go head and get the 30 year roof with the shingles and the ridge vent. He had a good song and dance and talked a good talk but his follow up wasn't always the best. He didn't do as he said he was going to.

The installation took 2.5 days as we are very pleased with the workmanship and materials. Chuck the owner was very nice and helpful. The roofers were also very professional and cleaned up well each day.

We were very happy with the owner. We just found that Home Depot was a lot cheaper & we could get credit through them for the entire roof.

It went really well. We have decided to go with them for the roofing contract. The guy that we were working with, Travis showed a real interest in the project. We talked to three or four other contractors, because it's a pretty big job. He was the only one to call us back. He voiced a personal interest in the project and gave us examples of folks in our neighborhood who had used him. It was a really good job of showing us professional courtesy. The quote was $28000. We would definitely use them again in the future.

My criteria in selecting a roofing company wants to find the best value. After receiving several bids and discussions with company representatives I selected Master Roofing of Everett Washington. This company was not the lowest bid but I felt offered the best value proposition. I like dealing with Chuck the owner of the company versus a sales representative. Chuck's presentation was extremely detailed as to exactly what would be done. His quotation outlined all of the materials in great detail. I had the place calls to other vendors to verify the materials they would be using. I quickly found by some were able offer a lower price by type of plywood they plan to use (not described in their quotes). Upon signing the contract work commenced within three days. On the first day the crew began by meeting for a safety discussion of the project. At the end of the first day the worksite was cleaned of all debris and left in good condition. On day two of the roof was completed with only a few details remaining. My barbecues, tables and lawn furniture were all covered and well protected. At the end of each day they took a large rolling magnet and cleared the periphery of my house of all metal. During the entire project Chuck was in contact with me daily with updates. In addition to the roofing new skylights were installed. The exhaust stack from my furnace was also replaced. New fascia boards were replaced in several areas. During the process of replacing these boards it was necessary to remove some telephone cabling that had been installed by the phone company. After the new gutters were installed the cable remained dangling. I pointed this out to Chuck who had it repaired within one hour. I would highly recommend Master Roofing to anyone based on the quality of their work, attention to detail, and doing exactly what we had agreed to do and in the time frame that was promised. I really appreciated dealing with the owner of the company who is very passionate about what he does and the people who work for him.

The gutter folds crimped the rear down spouts to fit the sam 1-1/2 drain pipe. We had planned to change to the rectangular shape. This was not discussed. Chuck will have them come and fix this later.

Came early & stayed late, the job was done very well.

Masters Roofing was able to come out the same day. Chuck stated that he would stop by in an hour to look over the damage and put some plastic over the hole in the roof to keep out the rain. The original plan was to have a crew stop by around 3 o'clock that day and do the repairs. Instead, he showed up and stated that he would start the repairs right away. I am very pleased with the repairs and the promptness of the company to help in this matter. Chuck was a pleasure to meet and was very helpful in getting this repair done quickly. His professional manner put me at ease and his willingness to keep me inform of all the details of the repair was very reassuring. All in all, from the time that I first called (around 10:45 am) to the finish of the repairs (around 4 pm) I was very glad to have called this company and will definitely use them in the future.

Our inspector let us know that the two bathroom fans in our house were venting to our attic, thereby creating too much moisture/condensation in the attic. This was something I wanted to address immediately after moving in. Since we moved in on New Year's weekend, it was hard to find anyone (in the phone book) who was willing to come out and start the work. However, Chuck said that he could send out one of his best guys (Reggie), who heads-up much of his work, on Sunday! We were excited to have our first house project underway. Reggie and a friend showed up promptly on Sunday morning and started the work, finishing within a couple hours. Unfortunately, when I climbed into the attic to check the work myself, I saw that they did not use the materials we discussed (rigid ducting) and did not connect the flexible ducting to the new flapper vents they cut on the roof. Instead, the flexible ducting was just aimed toward the vent. Additionally, one of the flapper vents was broken. When I called Chuck to tell him about this, he said that he would have Reggie come back out and fix the problem, but would use insulated flexible ducting instead, or the cost would increase. I was not excited about this alternative, but accepted it. When Reggie came out the next time (8 days later) he did replace the broken flapper vent and make positive connections, but used the same ducting. SO...he is supposed to come out today to make the repair. This will be the third trip to do something that should have been accomplished in one. What I will say in Chuck's favor is that, although he never came out to do the work personally, he did insist that he was committed to making sure that things would be done to our liking. This is the right idea, but I think that real professionalism means doing things right the FIRST time!

We had high expectations when we hired Chuck Dominguez to do the work on our stairs in Oct. 2005. Unfortunately, we had many problems throughout the process; the largest being that the steps were not completed until May 2006. Masters Mountain did not offer any attention to detail. The stamping was sloppy and had to be redone (twice)and the staining was blotchy and streaked down the faces of the steps; this had to be redone also. When finishing the damaged siding around the steps, they simply nailed blocks of wood up to cover the missing and cracked pieces. We were also left with some jagged edges and pieces of plastic still wedged between the concrete and trim. By now we are so tired of having to call and report problems that we are tempted to hire someone else to take care of the finishing touches. We expected to get a lot more for our more than $12,000; especially since we really liked the owner and he seemed to want to do a good job.
