Masters Exteriors

Last year I entrusted a major exterior remodel to Chuck and his team - siding, paint, roof, and gutters. His estimates for siding were competitive and he gave me a great deal for doing the entire exterior together. They did a great job. I am still getting compliments on my house a year later. On top of that, they have one of the best warranties on their work. I was very apprehensive about having such a big job done, but I would've had the work done years earlier if I knew it'd be that painless.

Chuck and his crew did a huge remodeling job for us almost twenty years ago, and the results were great. They converted what was more or less a crawl space into a beautiful rec room and bathroom. It was a challenging job and the results were top-notch. So I reached out again when I needed cleaning and maintenance work on our roof. They were prompt, willing to work with our schedule (we had another remodel going on at the same time), and again did a great job. Very happy with the service!

We couldn't be happier! From the office appointment with Chuck, the owner, to the crew who performed the job, everything was top-notch. We shopped two other companies and Master Exteriors offered the best price, warranty and customer service. And the product they offer is industry top of the line. They finished earlier than anticipated and cleaned up after. I cannot say enough about the onsite crew. They were punctual, professional—but friendly—and worked HARD. I honestly can't recommend these guys enough. Ten stars.

Masters Roofing did a high quality roof replacement on my home. There was damaged wood below the old shingles and there was no question on their part to replace it ... they didn't just cover it up and move on. Of the three bids I received, they were the middle price and you will feel confident that you got your money's worth. I would highly recommend Masters Roofing.

I went with Master's because Chuck seemed like such a nice trustworthy owner but I must say I was unhappy with my experience. His was the highest bid on the house and I expected more. First he said there was 2 tiles on all of the area and the other 3 estimates said that the main roof only had one tile. When I asked him about this, he said he would adjust the cost if he found this to be true. It was true and it was only at my call after I received the bill did he adjust the cost and I am in no position to determine if this is an accurate adjustment but it did seem low. Secondly, after one full day of tearing off the roofing and putting on the tiles on about 65-75% of the job, did i notice it was the wrong color. I could not live with that color and called to ask what color was ordered and confirmed to them it was not the color put on. I again reiterated that I was concerned about the integrity of my roof when putting on the right color. I said I must have new sheeting underneath and when the workers arrived I explained this to them when they were tearing off the shingles of the wrong color that was present. They had not understanding and I asked them to call Chuck for clarification. They put on the roof in one day which seemed like a rush job but this may not be. The last item was that there was a lot of bits of roofing remnants left all over the grounds. I picked up at least over 50 pieces that would not be good for the lawn mower. and all the window sills are covered in soot and dirt which I have scheduled at my own cost someone to clean them all off and water them down afterwards. At the cost I paid I imagine a company doing a better job of this. I felt I should have had some compensation for all that went wrong with this job and therefore could not recommend this company for others.

Originally looking to repair a leak, we had Chuck Dominguez (owner) out to assess the problem. We ultimately decided to replace the roof due to its age and extent of repair. We visited the office and Chuck ran us through our options, described the product, installation process, and proposed 4 options in varying price ranges. Communication was great throughout - uncooperative weather delayed the start but Masters kept us informed with Chuck contacting me even while on personal time off. Once the job started it completed in the 2 days promised (be prepared to have the crew on-site well into the evening working until dark). The cleanup was good - you couldn't tell the crew had been there. All-in-all we were very satisfied with all aspects of the job. The quality of the material and workmanship is very good. And the roof looks great! I have already recommended Masters to co-workers.

The entire process was painless other than the cost, but if a person doesn’t have the expertise, then pay the best so it doesn’t have to be redone. Professional, friendly, quick and an eye for detail. I’m extremely happy with their work

The entire project took less than two days as promised. Using a large crew, they were able to complete the job in a very timely manner. The cleanup was great. They cleaned up after the first day and then again upon completion of the project. We would definitely hire them again.

NEW ROOF, MASONRY REPAIR A roofing job, with old masonry and problems consistent with an 80 year old Seattle home, posed challenges that Masters Roofing and Construction met with high standards. The masters crew arrived at 9:00 am and got to work soon there after. They performed all that was in the contract and did a great job cleaning up as well.

Chuck and his team were quick, efficient, professional and detail oriented. They made the re-roof happen in a beautiful weather window during our normally ugly month of January.
