Description of Work: L&L Construction did a fine job explaining my options to replace my deck and describing the puts and takes of each. After we came to an agreement on the materials, color, and cost, they completed the job quickly and professionally. We had to wait a bit before L&L Construction could fit us into their schedule, but it was worth the wait.

 + -1 moreNo complaints! These guys were professional, friendly, responsive, & hugely helpful. They listened well & were willing to work with our ideas. They showed up when they said they would & put in long hours finishing our job in record time. Their bid felt reasonable & was certainly in keeping with other estimates we received. They were respectful of our home & property, & were incredibly kind & patient with our 3-year-old who was fascinated by their work. We are very pleased with the final product & would (& will) happily hire Ray & Glenn again.
Description of Work: Replaced old decking & railings. Rebuilt stairs & designed a simple trellis addition.

THEY EVEN CALLED INITIALLY TO INFORM US THAT THEY MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE THE JOB BECAUSE THEY HAD A LARGE PROJECT PENDING AS IT WORKED OUT THEY HAD A DELAY AND WERE ABLE TO WORK US INTO THEIR SCHEDULE, I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY, AND HOPE TO HAVE THEM DO A BATHROOM AND KITCHEN REMODEL FOR US.
