Jesse and Matt arrived on time as scheduled. They were very friendly, while professional and efficient. Their knowledge and expertise were evident in their answers to our many questions. The inspection was very thorough with extra effort to be very neat and clean using drop cloths as necessary. Issues were identified that previous professionals had missed. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing inspection services, buying or selling, and would use them again without question.

I would like to get an unbiased assessment about my roof condition to plan for a replacement or repair. I need someone who is honest and trustworthy and I am glad I have found Jessie. Jessie arrived on time and very professional. He is very thorough and explained to me the process and how cedar roof works. He got on the roof and reviewed the outside condition of my roof as well as the attic to look for any leak. He checked the gutter and trying to clean out whatever that's blocking its drainage. He explained to me about my roof condition and show me look for the signs of leakage. He gave me verbal recommendations about what he will do as if it is his house. Besides knowing my roof conditions, I also learned so much about roofing, gutter, insulations etc. The detailed report with pictures was received early next Monday with a followup email. It was the best inspection that I have ever received with pictures, explanation and recommendations. I am very pleased with Jessie and I would recommend him to anyone who need a house inspection. He deserve an award.

Jesse and his team arrived on time at the property address. As soon as he entered the house, he went right into working on our inspection. He addressed our concerns in a professional manner. He was very through with the inspection. He went everywhere from the crawl space under the house to the small attic space to climbing the roof. He explained the reasons for some of the issues we noticed. For example, we noticed a small dip in the roof, and he told us that it was because there was no support under that part of the roof. His report was very detailed and organized. He pointed what are some of the immediate issues that needed to be addressed. It helped us determine what we wanted the sellers to fix before we agreed to buying the house. Being someone who is truly inexperienced, I definitely felt Jesse's report and servces was the only confident choice I made during the whole house buying process. I have ready recommended his services to many of my friends who are looking to buy a house. I highly recommend using this company to anyone who is looking for quality workmanship.

It was excellent. Jesse was professional, thorough and took the time to review all of the issues he observed. He found two critical leak issues that the builder was very pleased he found. He helped explain how different parts of the house worked and which vents and air ducts connected where. We received the detailed report the next morning. Excellent work overall.

I used Jesse to inspect a home. They did an excellent job and discovered issues that the home owner failed to mention in a defect report. Jesse's efforts were so detailed that I will use him for my next home inspection. Jesse recently performed an inspection of our new home. Both he and his son could not have been more delightful with which to work. He is extremely thorough and explains what he has found. He tells me about what should I be concerned about and what is of minimal concern. He is extremely anxious to go through the house with me to make sure that I understand what it is that I am buying. The price is very fair. He did two houses inspections for me and I was very satisfied.

Jesse was on time and had an assistant with him who took all his notes that he send via Walkie Talkie. He was thorough and fully explained everything he found and explained the seriousness of all his findings. In addition, he told us all about the condition of the structure and the expected life of the roof. He tested all the appliances including the washer and dryer and the heat pump. It went great! I felt that nothing was over looked. Jesse pointed out things that he found that needed attention or would be an issue if I purchased the house. Based on his report I walked away from the deal as there was just a lot of things wrong with the house that I would have never known about. The next house I needed an inspection for I tried to get Jesse out again but he was booked. I would use him again in a heart beat and recommend him highly.

We found them at Angie's List, because we know we have some problems with our 50-year-old house and I want to get them all sorted out. I am pleased with that. The guy came and did a very good job. It was a fair cost. We had a 42 page document for the whole house. Some of it was very, very minor. I would recommend him because he is very good, and I found him on Angie's List. Also, we're just about part of that.

The best $500.00 bucks we have ever spent! Jesse was prompt and has an eagle eye. Our home inspection lasted 4 hours and the final report was 36 pages long! Jesse found our new house did not have the outside deck stairs built to code. He coached me thru how to call the City and the new home builder. We now have stairs, on our deck, that are built to code! He also found that the plumbers had left the plumbing test cap in. It explained why all of our drains were draining slowly in the entire house. He walked me thru our house and explained all of the items he found. I will use his services again and recommend him to friends! Amazing job!

We called to schedule a home inspection service. Jesse's schedule was full, but offered an appointment on week end. Very professional service. Home inspection done in 3.3 hrs. We were very satisfied with the service and all the explanations. Highly recommended!

He found unexpected issues with the master bathroom. At least we can get these fixed ASAP to avoid a big problem in the future.

The homes in our neighborhood are between 15 and 20 years old and have cedar shake roofs. Some homeowners have begun replacing their roofs, and we were unsure of our roof's condition and whether replacement was necessary. We didn't want to contact a roofing company, since we weren't sure we'd get an unbiased opinion. Based on a recommendation from a highly knowledgeable realtor, we asked Jesse to inspect our roof. He accommodated our scheduling constraints and was able to perform the inspection less than a week after our request. Jesse arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and immediately got to work. He is friendly and polite, and performed a thorough roof inspection. The good news: he determined that our roof needed only minor repairs, and Jewhen those are taken care of our roof should last another 5-8 years. Jesse gave us a verbal report after finishing the inspection, and followed up with a written report in less than 24 hours. All in all, we had an excellent experience with Jesse and highly recommend him. To quote a local TV reporter, "just get Jesse!"

I was very pleased. Jesse was thorough, efficient and very observant. He answered questions, and spent extra time with me after I voiced concern about potential water/mold problems, explained why he did not think there was a major problem, and suggested a reasonable way to address my concern (bathroom smelled very mildewy.) Jesse and Matt worked very efficiently and finished in 2 hours to inspect a 1600 sqf. house. Inspection report was detailed, well-organized and easy to understand (with pictures). Ours looks very similar to the sample report on their website. All in all, we highly recommend Inspections by Jesse. We are planning to have them to conduct another inspection before the home warranty expires.

The process went very well. It was easy to set up an appointment and Jesse was on time and he was very personable. Even though he did a very thorough inspection we did not feel that he was in our way at any time. He was very professional and was willing to show me different problems that he discovered. The report that we received just a few days later was extensive yet very easy to understand. Pictures were included in the report which helped to identify the specific area of concern. Overall, the experience was very positive.

My experience was great from the beginning! I am in the process of purchasing a short sale home with an imminent sheriff sale so dates are up in the air until the last minute. I called and spoke with Tiffany on several occasions with updates and each time she was more than accommodating. We were finally able to schedule our inspection once we had our written approval in hand and Tiffany was able to book us for just a few days out. On the evening of the inspection, we arrived early and found that Jessie was already there! He was extremely thorough and walked us through everything. We are first time home buyers so it was nice to have someone who took the time to explain what things were and how to use them. He even fixed a few things that were easy and he could do in the process of everything. The special touch that meant so much to my husband and I was that Jesse even brought a small basket with drinks and goodies for us to enjoy. It is things like this that prove that we made a good decision in choosing Jesse and we will definitely use him again in the future!

Jesse is an exceptional inspector, one who is very thorough and treats your home inspection as if it were his own. He express all concerns and provides great suggestion and solution to any problems he finds. HIs building inspection report is very detailed and simplistic for buyers and sellers to understand, as it displays photos illustrating problem areas that require repairs or replacement. I would even suggest Jesse's services to the seller prior to listing one's home for sale as his expertise would increase value to one's home before listing it on the market.
