Jesse and Matt showed up on time and were very professional. They did a very thorough inspection, helping point and explain things they found. They took time to explain their report in detail and also did a quick tour of important aspects of the home, such as the main water shutoff, gas shutoff, etc.

Matthew was on time and provided a deep and through inspection. He answered all of my questions and provided the inspection report shortly afterwards. I would highly recommend Inspections by Jesse for your home inspection needs.

The inspection went very well and they were more than professional and this was actually the 2nd time we have used them as we liked their service so much. They accomplished the inspection with a team of 3, which helped as they had plenty of time to answer all my questions as we were walking around the home. They were also very good at pointing out issues as they found them during the inspection which gave me plenty of opportunity to answer more questions. Jesse was very helpful in explaining options for fixing the issues and timelines they needed to be addressed which allowed me to make a project plan for the home. One of our favorite parts was the report they provide at the end which highlights everything we went over during the inspection and more. The price was higher than desired but consistent with other inspectors we shopped around with. Overall, we would go with them again if an inspection was needed.

Inspections by Jesse showed up promptly and got busy. Found all the problem areas I had already determined and then some. He had a coworker that kept updating notes via radio for him so he could spend all his time with the evaluations and inspections. They both ran us through the issues they found verbally, and showed us the problem areas and where all the utilities were located. The next day we had a full report in email. They also brought snacks! I would use this company again easily.

He was honest and showed me how the house worked. Im a first time home buyer and i felt comfortable with his inspection.

Detailed inspection uncovered some lower cost but critical problems previously unknown to owner. Jesse and team pointed out defects, offered suggestions on how to remedy. Followed up with thorough report, ranking and highlighting defects. Highly recommend this company.

I had used Jesse's services a couple times in the past. In total, Jesse helped me inspect three different houses and in each occasion Jesse was on time, did an impeccable inspection, walked me through the important details, and finished up with a great report. Each inspection was performed by Jesse and Matt. After each inspection I felt like no stone had been left unturned. I had total confidence that I had learned everything that could be learned about that home. I had a lot of fun during each inspection, I really enjoyed chatting with them eachtime. They are both very professional and approachable. I will be recommending their services to anyone who is in the process of buying a home.

Excellent overall - they arrived on time and got to work after briefly discussing some of our home concerns. Jesse and his team mate worked very well together using technology combined with solid expertise to provide some excellent recommendations for us. Appreciated having the immediate verbal summary as well as a thorough printed report with pictures which shortly followed. I've already recommended Jesse to some friends in the neighborhood.

They were great. Arrived right when they said, very communicative. They were really helpful in understanding the areas we needed to address and what things weren't as important. They were very thorough when it came to inspecting everything and brought a load of helpful equipment to really see the root of any problems.

They were responsive, squeezed us in on short notice, showed up on time, did a thorough inspection but did it quickly and provided the report 20 minutes after they left. Very impressive! Often inspectors don't provide a report until 24 hours later and that can hold things up on an offer. Very professional, friendly, and even brought snacks which saved me since I'd had a crazy day and had missed lunch! They are pricier than other inspectors I've used, but got the job done in half the time, report in hand. I'd definitely use their services again.

We really enjoyed working with Jesse and his team. Tiffany his office manager was willing to take the time to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot). Scheduling time was very easy and they worked with us on the time and day that we wanted (our timeline was tight). Jesse and his assistant showed up on time, they were very professional and worked very quickly to get the inspection completed. They gave us a quick rundown of the issues and followed that up the next day with a multipage report that covered everything. We couldn?t have been happier with Jesse and team and will recommend them to family/friends.

Matt the inspector was very thorough and professional. He was very friendly and responsive to all of my questions during the entire inspection. He was very knowledgable. His final report on the home was prompt and detailed. He used plenty of tools to make his report as thorough as possible, such as moisture meters and infrared camera. What he found during the inspection was enough to save me from purchasing a very problematic piece of property and I'm very thankful for the excellent job that was done!

Jesse and his team was fantastic. They were punctual and very organized. Jesse explained how the inspection would work and answered any questions we had. He provided us with many suggestions where there were minor repairs and educated us through various stages in the inspection process. His explanations speak for his depth of knowledge. During the inspection, there was a major problem that was uncovered with the house foundation and he made some speculations around the chronology of events. When we further investigated the matter to get evidence from the sellers, his speculations all turned out to be spot on. That reflected on his years of experience and expertise! We would highly recommend him for your home inspection.

We used Jesse for our previous house's inspection and based on the satisfactory service, experience, and expertise we decided to use him for the next house. And as before, we were very happy with his service. Jesse was kind to spend time explaining every detail about the house to us. We followed him around during the inspection, which he did not mind at all. We even followed him in the crawl space, which was a terrific learning experience because he, without hesitation, spend time in explaining every detail in that space. Jesse is very friendly and knowledgeable and his service is worth every penny spent. We highly recommend him for any home inspection.

Jesse and crew showed up at the house at EXACTLY the time scheduled for our service appointment. He quickly briefed my on the procedures he was going to take and got to work immediately. He was very thorough, professional and paid close attention to things I mentioned I was a bit concerned about. Within just a few hours of completing the inspection, I received a full and detailed report ready for submission. He was helpful, respectful, careful and the crew was very responsible and detailed. Jesse and his crew were right on time. There were three of them, so it went very quickly. They were super thorough, and was able to see just how many things were "wrong" with the house, things that needed repair or replacing or even a hazard. I was very impressed by the report and how practically every inch of the home was inspected and reported on. I would definitely recommend this firm to anybody. They were very professional and considerate. They saved me a ton of money- I was able to have the seller pay for things that needed fixing or replacing. It was for an inspection contingency for the purchase of a home.

Pretty thourough all inside and out. took photos of most nec repairs and inspection points. Long 40 pg report, helpfull summary lists, tips, a lot of written notes. supposedly wrong on some furnace gasket requirement, water pressure, but pretty accurate on most things.

Jesse & team were there on time. They divided the house into sections and went about their work meticulously. Later Jesse spent a lot of time giving us prelim opinion about the house as well as answered our questions on various issues. He also had suggestions for areas not covered by inspection like bath improvement ideas, kitchen improvement etc. They finished their work within the allocated time. Overall a terrific experience & I wld recommend Jesse to anyone interested in getting a house inspected professionally. I am still waiting to handover his left behind eye glasses though !!

The inspection went really well. Jesse was very knowledgable and helpful. He brought along two assistants who were also very friendly and professional. Answered all of my random and many questions, even a few that didn't pertain to the roof specifically. They had a lot of really great equipment that other inspectors that I have worked with haven't brought with them, such as a infrared reader to check for insulation in ceilings and walls as well as for water leaks that you can't see. Jesse sent a full report with great explanations and pictures very promptly after the inspection. Great company to work with.

Jesse was reommended by my Realtor, although I'd separately looked him up here and was impressed by his reviews. He proved to be as good as promised, finding a number of issues which we had not identified. These allowed us to request considerable discounts from the seller of the property. The one warning I would have is that, during the busy season, he can be scheduled very far in advance. Typically, you only have one week to get a property inspected, but he can be booked out in advance of this. We were fortunate in that we were able to get a cancellation, but you may be wise to book service prior to moving on a property to be certain.

Jesse and his two assistants were very courteous and thorough. He even brought snacks for us while we waited. Jesse caught several major issues with the house. He was easy to talk with and answered all of our questions. He emailed us a report that evening. The report was very comprehensive and included relevant pictures which helped us negotiate a lower price. Overall, Inspections by Jesse saved us about $11,000. I would absolutely recommend him for any inspection.
