Awesome work. This was an inspection under my one year warranty. Jesse arrived a few minutes late but called prior to scheduled time to inform me of the the late arrival. Thank you for that. The inspection was done with great detail, I liked the pictures and the added info about the materials used on my house. Company information has proven to be very helpful. Report was emailed to me the next morning. I have told everybody I know about this company. Totally worth the Price. Yes you do get what you pay for but you seldom get more than you pay for and this company has done that. Thank you guys for your awesome service. I highly recommend this company to inspect your home.

A-Pro Home Inspection Service performed a home inspection under our entire rambler home. Jesse Longman, the lead inspector, was very prompt, professional, and courteous. He was very thorough, and provided us a full report with pictures within one week of the inspection. I was very pleased with the service, and would highly recommend his company.

I called A-Pro to inquire about their pricing and availability for a home inspection. Their VM said I could text, which I did. They were excellent in response time but dismal in attitude. When I told them their quote of $450 was above any other quote I'd received ($365, $395 and $400) I got the reply 'You get what you pay for'. When I further explained that the highest quote of $400 was from an engineer I'd used 2 years prior and loved, and that I was just providing some market pricing info, I got the cocky reply "Yeah that's cool. Sounds like a good fit." Even if your services are in high demand and you don't NEED business, I would think professionalism and courtesy should be standard practice. Obviously, they are at A-Pro.

We set up an appointment in less than 1 week. He called to verify. He was on time and very professional. We walked around with him and he explained everything that he was doing. He was here about 3.5 hours. Within 2 days we had a 60 page report and he even spoke with us more on the phone to answer any further questions. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him again.

Jesse arrived right on schedule and immediately struck me as personable and professional. Beginning on the roof, he inspected our entire home, first outside, then the interior, and finishing with the entire crawl space. He discovered quite a few things that need attention, some immediate, some more cosmetic. Once they're all taken care of we would feel confident putting our home on the market. If we need another inspection in the future, we would definitely call the same company.

The home we had inspected was a bank owned property that was being handled by an out of state asset management company. Trying to get the home dewinterized for the inspection was a task that changed the date and times for the inspection. Jesse's expert reporting detailed many major issues, which weren't apparent to the naked eye. Since the home was being sold "as-is", it was imperative to get a detailed home inspection. Highly recommended.

Excellent!!!!!!!!!!! I hired Jesse to inspect my roof because I wanted an objective and professional inspection by someone who was not trying to sell me a new roof. Jesse gave me more than expected and some good news on top of it. Namely, it's not yet time to replace my roof. Given what a new roof would cost, I'm sure his inspection will pay for itself by keeping that money in savings over the remaining life of my roof. Having said that, I should also say that he would get the same rating from me even if he had told me that it was time to replace it. VERY THROUGH!!!!!!!!!

They did a very thorough job and spent extra time to check for mold concerns. We needed to know what repairs we would need to do right away for safety issues and what could wait until later, since it was to be an income property. He not only pointed out all of the areas that would need work, but was actually able to give us advice on how we could extend the life of the roof and the foundation. They were great to work with.

Jesse came in with a critical eye and was very professional. He had a ladder to inspect the roofing and vents, he went into the crawl space, checked the foundation. Checked out appliances, noting one burner on the gas range wasn't working properly. He then took time to go over his areas of concern while still at the homesite and was able to point out anything we had questions about. His report came via email to me and our realtor less than one hour after leaving the home site. The report was very thorough, he had pictures when / if it was necessary, he used blue tape to mark areas as well as a yellow chalk to point out problems that needed to be addressed on the roof. I will definitely recommend Jesse to anyone I know looking for home inspectors.

Jesse was very flexible in setting up the appointment. We had to cancel once due to the sellers schedule and Jesse responded professionally. Jesse was on time for the appointment. He explained what was going to happen and how long it would take. He took care in making sure the house was left exactly as he found it. He cleaned up any dirt or dust he created from the crawl space or the attic. He completed the inspection and within the same evening, he e-mailed the inspection report. Very thorough and very professional.

Jesse did an excellent job with the home inspection. The house is older (1920) and we had little information from the buyer but a lot of concerns about a home of this age. Jesse was very professional throughout the transaction, from the initial phone call to the final report. He was on-time, never made us feel rushed and gave clear answers to all of our questions (which were many). The report was sent to us within 24 hours and, after reading numerous sample reports online, was easily the most useful and readable I'd seen. Based on Jesse's findings we are negotiating repairs with the seller, including evidence of termites which surprised everyone. The thoroughness of his inspection provided some grounding and confidence in this first-time home buying experience. I wouldn't hesitate to call Jesse and A-Pro Home Inspection again or recommend him to friends.

The final report help me in making my determining factor in how to proceed in the transaction of the home. In this case, it overwhelming issues of what was wrong of the home and didn't move forward.

The inspection went very well. Jesse did a very good job going through our four units and each owner was home to ask questions and watch some of the inspection he performed. He ended the day by going through the four crawl spaces and taking photos, as he did in most areas. At the end of that 'wonderful' task he finished up briefly with an over view with the treasurer of the association, and ended up charging us less than what he quoted. Although the association wasn't too surprised by the findings overall, there were several items that we found out about and pictures to demonstrate what they looked like. As the treasurer, and main contact between the condo owners and A-Pro Home Inspection Services, I would suggest the company set up the pre-inspection contract earlier with customers for review. A combined report was agreed on that morning and it was okay, but in some instances the units were mixed up and individual photos were not labeled. Our condo association is very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them to all.

This is the second home inspection that Jesse has conducted for me. Jesse is the most thorough inspector I have ever used. He is punctual, extremely professional and takes the time to explain what he has inspected in great, easy to understand detail. His reports are comprehensive, contain exact detail and photos for reference that make it very easy for the home buyer and seller to use and understand. Jesse responds quickly, is easy to schedule when requested and always returns your call promptly. I highly recommend using A-Pro Inspection, they are the gold standard for home inspection services.

We were VERY impressed with Jesse Longman, the inspector. He is highly professional as well as extremely skilled. He shared the information in an efficient and clear manner. Jesse also possesses a likable and positive personality. It was a very rainy day when Jesse conducted his inspection. He respected the interior floors by wearing protective coverings over his footwear to prevent tracking dirt and moisture into the home from outdoors. He welcomed our involvement in all aspects of the inspection and explained questions to our satisfaction. The inspection took about two hours. He went right to work after introducing himself and took the time required to ask us for questions when the inspection was complete. We highly recommend Jesse in each and every way when it comes to conducting a thorough inspection for a home. He will be the first and only person we call if we require home inspections in the future.

Jesse was able to accommodate us on relatively short notice. He arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection. He took care to take photos and document everything carefully. He did not mind having someone look over his shoulder, and made knowledgeable comments as well as give general advice about property maintenance. Jesse found several problems even though this was a newer home and made suggestion on how repairs should be done and what should be avoided. He produced a draft report on site and emailed a very detailed report the evening of the inspection. Overall I was very pleased with the service that Jesse provided.

Jesse is AWESOME! We have used him twice to inspect another home we were considering buying. For this inspection we were working in another tight time frame and needed to have the home we were interested in buying inspected on a certain day. I called Jesse, he answered right away and adjusted his schedule in order to help us out. He remembered us from our first home buying/inspection experience 6 months prior. He is on time, thorough, professional, incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable, and very informative. He included us from start to finish in the process and has no problem answering questions along the way. He is focused on the work at hand and gives each job the attention it deserves. Jesse's performance is exceptional. He is the fifth inspector I have used in my 25 years of buying homes, and he is the best. He is exceptionally thorough and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the time he took to explain to us all the current and potential issues with the condo that my son was purchasing. I would definitely use him again. I also appreciated the fact that his price quote was firm. He told me that the price was $300 and said that was he fixed price for all condo inspections. Another inspector I had considered had quoted me a lower price, but that was the starting price. I like to have a set price for the inspection before starting the job. One additional note: Jesse is bonded and insured. I was surprised to find that many of his competitors, even those who received high ratings on Angie's list, were not bonded.

From scheduling the appointment, through the inspection, and receiving the report; everything just went so smoothly. Can't think of thing that could have done any better. Fantastic!

He was quite good. He came out on time and inspected the roof He told us that there were some things that we should be aware of from the installation that had just happened. Because of his recommendations, we got a guarantee from the company that put on the roof that they don't normally give. He was willing to get on the phone and talk to the roofing company. He went above and beyond and got us that additional guarantee which was terrific.

We called Jesse after our original inspector refused to climb on the roof or go in the attic. Jessed walked the roof and thoroughly inspected the crawl space and attic, noting several items for repair. Jesse was very knowledgeable about home construction and provided valuable maintenance/repair tips. He was very responsive and professional. Jesse sent us a report that same evening (we had a tight inspection deadline) and we were very impressed with the quality of the report. Jesse was excellent and we will be recommending him to all our friends that are in the market for a home.

Our real estate agent gave us Jesse's contact info. and I called him to do a home inspection for a house we are looking to buy. The house is 3400sqft and he charges $500. With a coupon our agent gave us, we got a $25 discount. We made an appt for the next week and he showed up on time. He took a couple of hours to do the work and showed me the major issues and gave me suggestions on how to fix them. The report was sent through email the next day, with pictures in it. The report is easy to read. We are very satisfied.

He was on time and very thorough. He had made a clear and concise report. He actually even tightened some screws that needed to be tightened. We got to know of him through Angie?s List.

We?ve used Jesse before for one of our first houses with similar success. He arrived exactly on time, explained the drill and had the ladder on the roof in no time. He was very responsive to our questions and our directions (there were a number of specific things we wanted him to look at). He brought along a gas sniffer at our request and found a leak in the oven. He spotted a small leak in the roof that I missed; he found all kinds of small, medium, and serious repair and uncompleted work. He called us over to describe what he found in many cases, and answered all our questions. In all, he spent about 3 hours inspecting and about an hour explaining, etc. His report arrived in our inboxes the next morning with plenty of photographical evidence and lots of explanations. He added some canned explanations with the custom description of the work for context. In all, the report was nearly 50 pages of content. We are incredibly pleased with Jesse and A-Pro. Should we not get this house, or ever buy again, we will use his services.
