Jesse was great fun and professional. We had had some prior indirect business with Jesse and were eager to have him of service. He clearly presented all he was going to do in the inspection, showed us what other services he could provide and was honest about what we really did and did not need. We appreciated this as we were/are first time home buyers. I never felt as though he would be willing in any way to exploit our naivet . A few things were found in his meticulous inspection I probably would have never noticed even after living in the space. Due to his report, the previous homeowner complied with some changes and everything went like a dream. Home buying is stressful? Not with this team!

Great job, very meticulous and found several issues that we didn't find from our purchasing home inspector.

From the perspective of a potential home buyer, he is and outstanding inspector. His inspection revealed several items I had not notice and provided valuable information to take back to the bargaining table. The money I spent on his inspection was returned 10 fold in subsequent bargaining with the seller.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Was flexible with scheduling, responsive, prompt (early both times) willing to answer questions. Did such a good job the first time that I hired him a week later (the first home did not do so well in the inspection--we saved over $30k by not buying the first home).

Jesse did a meticulous job for us. Miraculously, he was able to come out on the same day I called. He spent 3 hours analyzing the house. He helped us prioritize which issues were the most serious. Then he printed and bound an inspection report for us right on the spot. He's very knowledgeable and helpful. There's even a $50 coupon on his website. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that he answered his cell phone while working on our house. He kept his conversations very brief, but to me, it seems discourteous to take outside calls when you're with a client.

We found confidence in the inspector from the 1st inspection and thus used his services for our next potential property. We found a few things wrong with this property, but not as much as the 1st. We were able to request a dollar amount on the contract to be reimbursed for repairs by the seller. In fact, a report was completed within 24hrs, so we could back out of the previous contract.

JESSY LONGMAN WAS TERRIFIC. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE SPENT 4 HOURS GOING THROUGH EVERY INCH OF MY HOME AND FOUND A NUMBER OF THINGS THAT NEEDED REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. BEST INSPECTOR I HAVE EVER USED.
