Begin working with Harley Exterior on two applications over six months ago, final installment in a week. Wife loves her new windows and up grade. This winter is suppose to be a very cold one I look forward to saving on my heat bill.

The sales person was quite persistent but not pushy. I needed five windows replaced and revealed my budget. After lengthy negotiations, we reached a price well under my budget, and moved forward with all the paperwork. After a couple of weeks, I haven't heard anything which prompted my call for status. I reached the project manager and was provisioned with measurements scheduling, a choice of installation dates, and a set of instructions prior to the date. The installers arrived on time and finished a superb job replacing all five windows the same day! The installers were quick and efficient and was open to any questions. I am one happy customer and recommend Harley Exteriors as your windows installer/replacement contractor.

From beginning to end of project Harley was superior. My roof was at the end of it's life and now I have confidence that it will keep my home protected for a long time. From picking out the materials to financing to actual roof placement my interaction with Harley employees was very positive.

The sales tactics used by the salesman were a bit tedious and it took a long time (about 2.5 hours), but eventually after several high-price offers we did come to a mutually acceptable price that was within our budget. The salesman was kind and professional, but I would have given a higher rating if the sales tactics/presentations were not so long and involved (it felt a bit like a used car sales pitch) and it was fairly high-pressure ("I can give you this deal today but only if you agree to it right now"). The window installers were quick, professional and respectful, and the customer service/project management was responsive and answered questions quickly. Overall we are very happy so far with the windows themselves; they are very high quality and have significantly improved the insulation properties and eliminated the condensation and heat loss issues with the old single pane windows they replaced.

We had windows replaced throughout the house. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and polite. He to this day answers all my questions. I'm very happy with these beautiful windows. The installers worked very quickly and still did an excellent, clean job. Once they were gone you couldn't tell anyone had been there. One of the windows came off the truck with a crack in it and they immediatly sent a new one. No problems there. They were on time which is important to me.

Sales and installation were great. Very satisfied so far. Four star rating instead of five was due to the high price, but we accept that. Would recommend Harley for replacement windows

First of all, I'm NOT a fan of the sales process in this industry, but I feel that we got a fair deal on a very high quality product, when it was all said and done. We had some unanticipated delays at the factory, which was frustrating, but not a big deal overall. The installation was great. Really respectful and efficient crew.

No work was done - we called them to get a quote, and got a 3 hour sales pitch instead. After an hour of "No, sorry, we're not interested in signing right now", he kept lowering the price and calling his boss to "check on if he could apply another promotion" (while monologuing about the quality of the windows, transparently for our benefit). So the price for 5 windows went from $10,000 to $5,800, and my wife (who can't resist deals) folded and we said we'd do it. ...but then after he left, I spent some time investigating the estimated cost efficiency savings, and came up with a number 1/20th of their estimate, so we called back and cancelled. There were several parts of the sales pitch that were very misleading; namely: - Their estimate of 10 year energy costs assumed a 14% year over year increase in gas prices. This is based on an article from 2005 back when natural gas experienced a temporary spike - natural gas prices are *lower* than when that article was written, but they're still using a number they have to know is wrong to make their windows look like they save far more money than they really will. - While new windows might pay for themselves in some climates, they certainly don't in the pacific northwest, especially without A/C - but "pay for themselves" was a line he used over and over. Our expected savings were $66/year for $5,800 in windows (which would probably be completely eaten by the property tax increase if the property assessor sees we have new windows) I have never had a more tiring sales experience in my life, and would not inflict a house call like this on anyone I care about.

Workmen were prompt, friendly, efficient and extremely careful. The cleanup was superb! The quality of the workmanship and the windows/doors installed is superior. I am very happy with the work and will definitely use Harley Exteriors for future upgrades and repairs.

Terrible. The sales guy sat there with his cutaways wasting my wife's time for apparently an hour before I got home. When I got home I let him talk a bit and realized this was part of some never ending sales pitch I told him he had 15 minutes to finish up. At this point, he said he couldn't possibly do that and would need to come back. He flat our refused to give me an estimate even though (as far as I know) he had already done the measurements. I had to throw him out of the house so we could sit down to dinner on time. First time I've ever had to handle a contractor that way.

Overall, the quality of the roof and the installation was well done. We received what we purchased. The process left a bit to be desired. In short, the communication and the clean-up fell short. We were told by the sales rep that we did not need to replace our kitchen skylight so it was excluded from the contract. The sales rep said if we did want to replace it, it would cost about $500. When the installation crew arrived and looked at our skylight, they determined it did need to be replaced and the cost was $1400. We really had no choice but to replace it. The cost was much higher than anticipated, however Harley Exteriors did give us a ten percent discount. The second miscommunication was regarding our chimney flashing. The installers used the existing flashing around the chimney. When finished, it looked odd and not cohesive with the rest of the roof. We were told the sales rep had not included new flashing in the contract and the installers wondered why not. At no point did they ask us if we wanted to install new flashing. Upon completion, I asked for the installers to return and install new flashing which they did at no additional charge. Finally, we were told that the clean-up would be complete and at most a handful of debris would be left behind. After a 15 minute walk around my home, I scooped up three handfuls of debris and could have continued collecting more. The debris included roofing nails and knife blades. I stepped on a roofing nail found in my yard. Thankfully, I was wearing shoes and it penetrated only the sole of my shoe and not my foot. The clean-up process was not what I expected and let Harley Exteriors know that I wasn't pleased with the outcome. They were willing to return and do further clean-up but I didn't think it was necessary. Overall, their work is excellent. I wish the communication and the clean-up was better.

A very good experience. The initial sales visit took longer than expected, however there was a lot of information to go over and we kept "visiting like old friends" which slowed the process. Don't expect the windows installed overnight. They have to be measured, then custom built. then installed. The installation team was friendly, professional and very efficient. Thirteen windows installed in a single day. The area was cleaned up perfectly. Very happy with the results

They installed the roof, windows, front door and I was very satisfied with their work and they were a friendly bunch of folks to work with, they even fixed things that were done wrong when the house was built.

My wife and I had our windows done recently and we absolutely love them. We priced out a couple of competitors and not only were they the best priced, but the lady who came to out home was so friendly and knowledgeable. We had some qualifying issues that delayed getting the project started, through it all, Harley's were right there in contact and helping us. Now that the project is done, we couldn't be happier. They look great, we don't have drafts anymore and our homes value has increased because of having new windows. A+++

The workers they contracted out to were great. They were fast and did good work. What I didn't like was the hard sell from the salesman and the high price. Every time we said "no, because we wanted to get other quotes" he came down in price. We finally caved in (our fault), after 2 hours of hard sell. I later saw that we could have had the job done for much less. We were also told they were booked 6 weeks out which was fine because it gave me a chance to get the funds together. Instead I got a call the next week saying all the materials were in and they wanted to start the next day. If I could go back I would not use this company again.

Amazing, love the windows, the customer service was excellent. Best windows we have seen and the quality is top notch. They updated our home so much from both the inside and out. Makes our 40 year old house almost look new.....Great company, and will would use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Great job!!!!

First sales guy was a no show. Second left Harley before providing quote. Third quoted a price that was more than double all equivalent quotes.

Awesome. We have an unusual amount of windows in our house. Harley did an excellent job installing everyone of them. They look awesome. Love the way the work and the keep our house so much warmer. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

They did very well. They were very professional and did a good job on explaining things and I was very happy with Harley Exteriors Inc.

Well the contractor never showed up, it was over a month than i saw 3k charge on my credit card. I believed the contract was cancelled since i had no callls or updates. I made a call to the office stating i had cancelled the app. The owner Christian said they never received it, this is a typical practice with this company, Christian now states he will not give me my money back and put an additional lean of 3k on my house. Watch for the business practices and always get 3 quotes dont listen to the salesman saying its only valid today. A 15 k roof from these guys, is only 5k from Always Roofing same product better sercice. I cant see how Angies list can give this company the ratings that they have, when all I see are very low marks. I still get theating calls from Christian. Look at the lawsuits they have against them online....

Harley Exteriors did a wonderful job on my roof. Everyone that I have dealt with at the company has been pleasant and wonderful. The men who came to my home and did the roof were fantastic. They made sure everything was covered, and left my home and yard clean. I would hire them back to do anything in my home. I would recommend Harley Exteriors to anyone. They are simply wonderful

We had Harley Exteriors re do our roof. The experience that we had with them was great. The estimator that came out was very nice, and spent hours with us to make sure that all of our questions were answered. The men that put the roof on were professional and polite. The whole thing was done a lot quicker than we expected. The guys cleaned up everything, including some debris from a tree, and left the work area spotless. Our new roof looks great, and we are looking forward to the winter.

The windows which were installed in our home are fantastic. My wife and I are very happy with the finished windows. Our windows were not done as soon as we originally designated, however the overall experience became pleasant and worthwhile. The gentlemen whom installed our windows were exceptionally courteous and experienced with what they were doing. The remainder of the staff we have spoken to were always polite and on task. We give this company 4.5 out of 5 stars and would be keen to do business with them in the future. Thank you for a job well done.
