The Crew that installed my new windows were very Courteous and knew exactly what they were doing and had my windows installed professionally and I am very satisfied with the New Windows.

Roof was Garage 24X32 with alpine roof. Job was completed in one dry day. work area was left in spotless condition

had a couple extra charges because of rotten plywood but the men were efficient and courteous. They cleaned up and were out in a timely manner. one issue was that they were really slow at picking up the trash dumpster. windows were fast and efficient but the door on the other hand was not good. sales man did not notify the crew that they needed special tools for my security door. that requires them to cut off the bolts and the door did not fit right and took way longer than it should have.

It was great from start to finish. Elio was very knowledgeable and answered all of our many questions. Put our mind at ease. The company helped us with financing through a local credit union in Seattle. Good interest rates and payment plans. Follow up calls for how things were going. The installers were professional and courteous. Cleaned up everything afterwards. Helped answer questions and allowed us to learn more about installing windows. Great customer service from start to finish!

Great experience. The Sales Rep was very thorough and the appointment was very long. My windows were about 15 years over due to be updated. I am very happy with the look and how they function. The house is much warmer this winter which was the reason for getting a top quality window. They are a higher price but you get what you pay for. The installers were professional and cleaned up after they were done. Very pleased with the process.

I sought several estimates while shopping for a roofing contractor, and while Harley did not provide the lowest estimate, they provided a superior product, and hopefully the last roof I'll ever need. I live in a wooded area where a 30 year roof (the original roof installed on this house) lasted all of 10 years. Part of it was poor installation, the rest was a standard roofing product. Harley deals only in the highest quality, and backs up the product with a great warranty. The tear off and installation was a one day project that presented minimal intrusion. (A bit noisy, but hammers are noisy.) They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly and were very polite, professional and quick. The sales rep who initially came for the bid was friendly, professional and took extra time to explain exactly why their product was superior to others, and how Harley stands above the rest when it comes to installing and backing up the product. I wholeheartedly recommend them. I'm real. And really happy with my roof.

I had windows installed in my home from Harley Exteriors over 2 years ago. They were fitted perfectly where I don’t have to have a wooden frame around each window. Within that time frame, when problems had occurred they’d come out and fix it with no questions asked. I recently got my last set of windows installed. They were decorative windows that go next to the front door. Again, they were a perfect fit, and didn’t take long for the installer to install them. I also want to give a shout out to Jessica Bailey the finance manager. Job well done. Thanks Harley Exteriors.

After the company coming 2 days late, having a crew of 2 instead of 5, forgetting my smart vents and installing box vents that aren't supposed to be there. They left the exterior of my house dirty and muddy with hand prints all over. I found 2 razor blades in my front yard and multiple nails. I have kids that play out there. To top it off they ruined one of my gutters and never inspected a leak I had due to there materials being on my roof. I am still waiting for resolution 2 months later because the owner is constantly out of town. Also we were promised very specific financing which never happened and we didn't find this out until a week before our payment was suddenly due.

After working with the sales representatives, we were able to come to price for the windows that fit into our budget. The project manager was very helpful and quick to respond to any concerns or questions. The installation team were pleasant, helpful, respectful, and conducted themselves in a professional manner. I am very happy with my windows, especially because I can see clearly out of them. I also like that they are treated with UV protection to cut down on the fade that happens to furnishing inside the house.

After interviewing three different companies for installation of windows we decided on Harley Exteriors for several reasons. Todd, their sales representative was wonderful. He was polite and courteous and showed up with a physical sample of the product to help us make our decision. From there, we were contacted by the project manager, Janet who set up the installation date. She called several times during the manufacturing process to confirm that everything was on time and to keep us informed on the progress. Then came installation day. We cannot say enough about the installer, Vlad! He was just wonderful. He was extremely polite, took his shoes off every time he came in the house, worked super hard and got the job done in no time. He is a true expert in what he does and showed extreme attention to detail in his work. Everything was done to perfection. I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you're looking for new windows. You will not be disappointed.

Salesmen came to the house quoting $27,000 for a roof at first. Then they lowered the price to $20,000. We thought this was a doable price. However, after getting more quotes we found out this price is double what others charge. Requested that the job get canceled within the required three days due to the price being to high. We were told by their sales manager that he would return our paperwork. After two months this has not happened. The product might be good but their desperate sales tactics and failure to return paperwork as promised are a cause of concern.

We had several windows that needed to be replaced, and since we had received calls from Harley Exteriors about free estimates, we figured we'd have them come out. The salesman was punctual and knowledgeable, but would not leave our house with out a yes! He was at our house for at least 4 hours -not leaving until after 11 pm -offering us several discounts until we felt like it was a fair price. They were then slow on communicating with us about the date of installation, and then the day of, I had to call them because they were late. Come to find out, there had been a mix up on their end on the date, but they were able to find another crew to come out and do the job. The installers were professional, friendly and got 8 of the 9 installed that day. One of the windows was ordered in the wrong style, but they were helpful and willing to work with us to get it right. About a month and a half later, the last window was installed. There was some damage done to two of our window sills, but the installer fixed them with putty and was willing to come back if we weren't happy with the fix. The windows are beautiful and have a great features, just wish the process could have been less stressful.

Our experience with Harley Exteriors was nothing but courteous and professional. True the sales appointment was a bit long and involved, but I appreciated the salesman explaining the difference in all the different types of windows on the market today, We had already had one company out to give us a bid and even though it was lower, that salesman didn't seem to have the knowledge of the product he was selling like Harley Exteriors salesman did. The installation took place within the time they had quoted us. The installers were very professional and made sure to tarp all the floors inside so not to leave a mess. Also, enclosed their work area inside to keep the saw dust contained. We are totally pleased with our new windows and sliding patio door. I will definitely recommend Harley Exteriors to anyone looking for window replacement.

The time we took with the salesman was very long, annoyingly long. But the now the windows are done and we are very happy with then. The installers were here when they said they were going to be here and they only took 2 days to install 14 windows, 2 sliding glass doors and 2 skylights. We are already noticing a huge difference in heating our house

My husband and I saw Harley Exteriors at the spring fair in Puyallup. We signed up to win a prize and have them come out for an estimate. The sales person came all the way out to Kitsap County, he was punctual, knowledgeable and very understanding of our very busy children and dogs. He pointed out how bad our windows actually were and agreed that a new and safer slider was needed. The original quote was to high for our budget, but Harley Exteriors worked really hard to bring it down to a manageable cost. We received 17 brand new windows and 1 sliding glass door. The installers worked fast and efficiently and got the whole job done in one and a half days. We will defiantly recommend Harley Exteriors to our family and friends.

We were surprised by the roofing shingle technique. We made the decision to pick a quality product along with the lifetime guarantee for our home. The installation was faster than anticipated and very quick! We live in a windy area and are not worried about the next storm, now with our new roof.

The whole process was painless. Much attention was given to measuring, so we knew the windows would fit perfectly. The install only took one day because they sent a large crew. It was amazing to watch what goes into changing out windows. They cleaned up everything before they left. The windows are fantastic. We already have the benefit of less road noise, and we know we'll have a lower energy bill next month, too. Highly recommend these guys

They were punctual, professional and the product is high quality!

The salesman who originally came out was punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. He had an extensive pitch, so if you do this, allow plenty of time. I didn’t mind, as I didn’t know anything about new windows, so we asked him a ton of questions. He understood that I wasn’t buying that day, and although he went through the typical pricing reductions during the pitch, he didn’t pressure us to purchase that day. Office staff then followed up with us about once a week. I was waiting for some money to become available, so wasn’t ready to give the green light. Some of these staff were a little pushy, but not obnoxious. Once I decided to go with Harley and made an appointment with a second sales person, I got a Regional Operations Manager. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly, and provided us with additional discounts until the price was where I felt I could afford it and feel good about the purchase. The next person to visit was the guy that took all the detailed measurements and planned the installation. Again, prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. My windows came in even earlier than the promised, they scheduled my installation for three days from then. The team of installers was polite, prompt, and knowledgeable (sorry for the repetition, what can I say? They were consistent!). They installed all 23 windows in less than a day, double checked their work, cleaned up inside and out and were out the door by 3:30! I’ve checked every window and they are consistent with the quality of window that was originally demonstrated for me. I am very pleased with my experience with Harley Exteriors.

The windows were custom made and took a while to order, but we were kept informed. They were very good at accommodating our schedule and arrive pretty much on time and notified us when they got a little lost and then came less than 15 minutes later than expected. No problem. The installer did a good job and was done in about 6 hours or so. We paid the second half at that time and received a packet in the mail a little later with all the info. I did not rate price since I am not overly familiar with pricing of comparable companies. I think it was at least a little over the average as they windows were basically custom and it came with a lifetime transferable warranty. If we need to replace other windows we would definitely talk to them about the project.
