We had a great installation of 2 large casement picture windows. Having the windows installed early in December helped keep our heating bills down through the month, and are beautiful on the outside. We did have one bump where the windows weren't ready on time (supposed to be installed the week of Thanksgiving and ready the week prior) so the installation was pushed out. Unfortunately, Harley didn't let us know about that until the night before our installation when they should have been aware prior to that. That was the only hiccup we had. When installation came around, they were professional and fast. We had our windows installed in less than 3 hours, and you can't tell anything happened based on how clean the framing is.

Top quality windows and doors! Some minor wall/frame/fixture repair/touch-up required after installation. Additional appointments required to complete install. Responsive to follow-up calls.

We had our entire entry way replaced in our split level home that was built in 1964. The original entryway consisted of a single door with a side light almost equally as wide and a large picture window on top of it all. We had it replaced with double doors and a new large picture window on top of it. The salesperson, Andy, was very helpful in providing options and suggestions to us and had great patience with us while we decided what we wanted to do. Our entryway turned out to be very problematic because it was unlevel and out of plumb. It ultimately took 2 installation crews and 2 days to complete the work, but they got it done and done right on their own initiative. Both crews were punctual, courteous, professional, and paid high attention to detail. Our satisfaction with the final product was paramount to their efforts, and we were well impressed. We are very satisfied with our new entry way double doors and picture window as well as our overall experience with Harley. It is solid, strait, and it looks great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering an exterior entryway replacement.

We had first contact with Harley Exteriors at the Evergreen Fair last August. We set up an appt for that week and Elio came to our house to talk about windows. He worked with our evening schedule and spent a few hours with us going over different options and making sure it worked with our budget. He was also very professional, friendly, even with our dogs and funny! We signed up to replace all windows and our slider that night. Financing was approved in the next few days and critical measurements were taken a week after our appt. Windows were ordered and were ready to install by the end of October. Install took a day and a half for 10 windows and 1 sliding door. We even upgraded our kitchen window to a garden window. The crew was prompt at the scheduled arrival time and got to work right away. They were great about working in one part of the house while I kept our dogs contained in another. When I noticed that two of the windows were installed reverse of our plan, I let the crew know and they fixed them right away, no complaints or issues, even though they were finished installing them and cleaning them. They finished 2/3 of everything that day. They came back the next day and finished the rest, called everything up well, cleaned all the glass and cleaned up after themselves; they did leave a few supplies behind like tape and a drop cloth. When we found out the lock on our slider didn’t engage properly with the key, we called Harley and they set up an appt with the manufacturer to replace it that week. We LOVE our windows! My favorite being my kitchen garden window. :) We are happy with the service and process overall; there were a couple times we needed to make reminders, but no complaints. We can also definitely feel a difference in the warmth of our home; we can’t feel the outside temp through them like our old ones. The white frames really help brighten things up, both inside and out. We definitely recommend Harley Exteriors and will consider them first when it comes time to replace our gutters! Thank you!!

We had all new windows installed in our nearly 50 year old house. The salesman, Robbin, was very knowledgeable, and the installers, Boger Installation, were top notch, and showed great attention to detail. We are very happy with our new windows and would recommend Harley Exteriors.

This company kept calling & hounding me. I never approached them for anything. They would call up to 3 times a day. This went on for months. I finally agreed after looking them up that they could come out & give me a quote for replacing my original roof since I was planning on doing so this summer. The salesman was nice & showed up on time, but this company is way too pushy. After checking other companies, I wasn't surprised to see they were way overpriced. I sat thru this quoting process which should not have taken so long but his pitch was to try & persuade you to sign immediately. After telling them they were my 1st quote and I always get at least 3 and also like to check out the company a bit more, I felt I was pressured even harder. He than said well, what if I call my boss & get him to lower the price then you can lock it in by signing today. Well he called & the price dropped almost $5000, {you can tell they are trained to use this tactic} but it's still way to expensive. I also let him know that my company just replaced the roof on a building 4-5 times as large as my home with deep pitches & dormers, the roof was metal with all new metal fascia and so the price they were quoting for my small house was a joke. He made some excuses & tried to get me to sign by telling me if I waited until spring, the price would be even more. No way would I let a company that harasses & uses pressuring tactics like these, do any work on my home. I know by experience that prices can vary greatly for the same installed materials but $40,000 for my little house is outrageous. Do not let these people come to your home.

While the salesman was a bit pushy, as most sales experiences tend to be, he was also extremely knowledgeable, and made sure to talk about the things that mattered to us. After that, the windows were ready for installation several weeks sooner than we expected, the installation crew was professional and quick to get ALL of our windows installed in one day, and the customer service team has been kind and VERY responsive through this whole process. Overall, a very good experience.

Great service from sales to install. Andy did a great job going over all our options during the sales pitch. Nate and his crew were super fast and friendly during the install process. All questions answered and we are very happy with our windows.

We were planning to replace all windows of the house (16 windows, 1 sliding patio door). We consulted with several companies which offered all the same brands (Milgard and Lindsay) with very comparable features. When the sales representative from Harley's came, he visited the house and measured. Then he gave a sales pitch where he explained all the differences in windows and frames and why Harley's is a trusted company and their product is superior. While the presentation was quite long (over 1 h) and unnecessary in my case (I had spent a significant amount of time studying all the aspects of windows), he did a good job and I give him credit for that. The pricing part is where they fell short, and I got quite disappointed. I had high expectations on Harley since they came recommended from a trusted source. First of all, their price for Lindsay windows was almost double the other quotes I had ($20K more) for Lindsay. Second, it was handed over on a piece of paper, hand written on a notepad. I asked the sales rep to also follow up with an email with an official, detailed quote. I also gave him the opportunity to improve their quote since I told him that their price was a non-starter, given the other quotes. Apparently, he was willing to discuss a new price only if I would sign on that same moment. Unfortunately, I don't work that way; I like to collect data points and make an informed decision. Few days went by, and I never received any follow up email with either the original quote or an improved one. Their product look fine, they did a great presentation, but from what I've seen, their prices are not competitive with the other top providers in the area.

Just had my roof replaced by Harley Exteriors. Did not want to wait until it failed and experience a disaster inside my house.They were on time, Wonderful replacement, fixed the previous contractors screwups at a reasonable extra charge. Harley exteriors removed existing sheeting, exposed roof trusses, re-nailed trusses with code required fasteners and removed nasty sag in roof at reasonable extra charge. I policed the driveway and neighbors property after they left and could not find a trace of debris. Would have them do any project on my home, they are good. The best part about it is that it was done in one day, 30 squares in one day, unbelievable. The old saying hold's true. "Do it cheap, Do it twice."

They replaced 13 very old windows with modern windows. They were very professional and the installations were very well done. We are happy to have chosen them after interviewing a few other companies. The quality of the windows is top notch also. The warranty transfers to a future owner also. Highly recommend Harley Exteriors!

Harley Exteriors did a fantastic job replacing the old windows we had. It's a blessing to not have to wrestle with our screen door anymore. The installation team was professional and did fantastic work.

First appointment was rescheduled by customer. Second reschedule was by company, unfortunately customer was not notified of reschedule. Installers arrived as scheduled third appointment, 1 hour early. Found small hole in one screen, told installer, he suggested I call Janet in warranty dept. Contacted Janet, she stated she would send replacement screen, never arrived. Received a second call, told person about screen, person stated they would send a replacement, never arrived. Third call about our satisfaction, I informed Aaron about our screen, also one window is fogging up. He stated that he would contact Janet and from now on I should contact Aaron from now on. Received email stating we would receive a drop ship screen. I am receiving calls from Harley Exteriors personnel about once a month and would not like to receive anymore calls.

Took the time to go over all the options - easy installation and the final product turned out great!

They did a very good job from sales visit to clean up after installation. We were very pleased with their professional approach and responsiveness when we had questions. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had an excellent experience with Harley Exteriors from start to finish. We swung by their booth at a home show and made appointments with them and all the usual suspects (Renewal by Andersen, Milgard etc.). Forget the young man's name at the booth but he really knew his stuff and was cordial throughout his little spiel. A sign of good things to come. With availability of all the companies being as they were, Harley was the first to come out and give us a quote. The sales guy we got was a fine fellow named Chance. Chance was the best. Super polite. Super relaxed. Super patient. Super knowledgeable. Asked him 101 questions and he took the time to answer all of them. Like any good salesperson he tried to close the deal in the end. Given that he took all the time in the world to allay our fears/concerns, and despite my wife's strong aversion to on the spot commitments, we signed the contract. These guys aren't the low-cost leader but they offer a unique lifetime warranty and a top of the line product (ask for the heat lamp test - it won't fail to impress). Plus it turns out they were one of the few folks out there who were willing to just replace the glass of our floor to ceiling windows and not all the frames as well. That was important to us in wanting to preserve the look of our home. While still nervous about the $$'s involved I felt confident that they'd deliver. The crew that came out to do the work definitely did. They banged out the job in one day with only minor evidence of their work. The heat filtering from the new glass is working like a champ. It's been much cooler now in our living room on the hot days we've had so far. I'm confident heat will be better retained and it'll take less energy to stay warm come fall and winter. It's only been a few weeks since the install but so far so good. Super impressed with the whole Harley team and hope to work with them in the future if the need arises.

Harley was able to install windows in our tricky basement that another company wasn't able to do. The windows look great and the installation was seamless. The only issue was the thin layer of dust throughout our home after installation. I had to do some clean-up following the completion of the project.

We love our new windows! The quality is great, and the installation team was prompt and professional. The only downside was the salesman who initially came to our place - he was super polite and friendly but holy cow, was he pushy. And the whole "let me call my boss and see if I can negotiate a better deal" act got old after about the 5th time... just give me your lowest price the first time instead of trying to screw me over, sheesh. And give people time to consider your offers instead of demanding an answer that night. You'll probably have happier customers. But overall we're happy with our product. The windows are a definite asset for our house.

After getting a quote from another company in excess of 41K for replacement of 12 windows and 2 sliding doors. I contacted Harley Exteriors, Inc. via their website, they were quick to respond and set an appointment for a consultation. Tod arrived on time and provided all the necessary information regarding the Harley product, warranty and installation process, he had a nice portfolio of previous jobs, licenses, and credentials, and a sample window for us to see. The quote came in roughly two thirds cheaper than the previous quote. Both consultations were lengthy (about 2 hrs) both offered a discount only good at the time of the consult, I felt a bit of pressure by this part of the presentation but it seems to be standard practice in this industry. There was no pressure from the sales consultant to sign on the spot and reassured us that he wanted us to feel comfortable with our decision. He even went outside to give us some space and time to to discuss it on our own. Harley is a local company and the windows are custom made here in the Northwest, I like the idea of supporting local business! I couldn't be happier that we decided to go with Harley Exteriors for our windows. They were very personable and I felt that we were dealing with real down to earth people that knew our particular needs. They communicated well with us in all aspects of getting the job done! I like the security of having two locking mechanisms on all windows and keyed locks as well as a kick lock on the sliding doors! The only thing on my wish list would be to have the ability to lock the windows in a semi-open position, especially for rooms located on the ground floor, also the keyhole on the sliding doors are too close to the frame which makes it difficult to insert the key and turn it without hitting your knuckles. The craftsmanship is top notch, as well as the installation! They look great and function just as great as they look! We are very happy with our new windows, and the ease in which they function!

Harley installed 9 new windows for us and we couldn't be happier. The window quality is great and we liked being able to see the difference the new windows would make before we committed to buying them. Installation was fast and the team was pleasant and competent. We liked being able to schedule installation around our schedule. We were happy to pay for quality windows knowing it increased the value of our home and that the warranty covers the product while we're in our home.

It went well! We love the windows and the price was fair, if not a touch expensive. the sales reps are really pushy but it didn't bother me too much. I just gave very firm "NO" on any talk of financing and it all worked out. We love the work they've done!

This company's sales tactics are horrible! Not only do they attempt to pressure into something that is far beyond what it should be priced at, they then badger and annoy you, to the tune of 5-6 phone calls per day, until you finally tell them to stop and hang up on them or just stop answering their calls. They did not listen to what I had to say, and appeared to only be in it for the money. I would NOT hire them. They were completely disrespectful of me as a customer.

Excellent, we were really satisfied with the work that was completed. The windows and front door simply look elegant. The were timely and efficient. We would definitely utilize their services again and highly recommend them for others to utilize in the future.
