We had 12 new windows installed just before Fall. The house is warmer and more comfortable. The exterior looks much nicer and the view is fantastic! Will need to see how much energy we are saving through Winter, but the temperature inside is much more stable.

Excellent. Salesman was nice and went over all our options. We feel we got a good deal. The installers were great. They were careful and put cloths down to keep our home clean. They were finished in a few hours and had us inspect their work. They cleaned up after the windows were installed. I would recommend Harley Exteriors to friends.

I had six of my west facing windows replaced with windows from Harley. Windows are great! They help block out direct sun heat in the summer and hold heat in in the winter. They also have helped with street noise reduction. Replacement went smoothly and finish work matches the original trim.

It was great overall. We decided to replace our single door entry with double doors. There was a longer than usual wait due to supply & demand but we weren't in a hurry. We were kept up to date on the status of the order. There were 2 minor adjustments but they were great about correcting them. Their staff are friendly & knowledgeable & worked with us to schedule to fit our busy retired life! Harley Exteriors replaced our windows in November 2021 & also did a great job!!

The installers showed up on time to install 5 windows and a front door. The windows were installed quickly with no problems. However, this house was built in the 40's so it wasn't a normal job to install the front door. The technicians had to rebuild the door framing in order to install the door. They accomplished this all on the same day and it looks and works perfectly! All technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. I'm very happy with what they accomplished!

We were very impressed with the workers. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They were also very polite. The windows were outstanding. Over the summer the windows worked well to keep the house cool. Now in winter the windows have proved to be amazing. The temperature outside was 36% and inside it was 60 degrees. The furnace never came on during the night.

I was very pleased with the Installation of my Windows. I had new carpet and flooring installed and the Installers took very good care of it by protecting the area. The way they Installed my windows was perfect to my liking. They didn't have to cut into my siding outside, just installed them through the inside. I only had the damaged one's replaced at this time but will surely call them back to install the rest when I need them. Very Professional Team.

I do not believe I have ever been more frustrated and disappointed in a company that I’ve hired before. We have a mold problem that is making all of us, but me specifically, very sick for seven years now, we just didn’t know anbout it until recently. We applied with Harley to get all of our windows replaced as we need this done yesterday. They came out and took an entire day of ours giving us a presentation. They convinced us their windows were the best choice. They may have been telling lies as they lied about the application process, and in my experience, a company (or person) that lies in one area will lie in other areas. They told us that our credit score was not important because we had lots of equity in our home. Our credit score was 688 when they denied us. It is more like 700 now. This is a prime score, not a sub-prime score, which tells me that credit DOES MATTER. In fact, it matters a GREAT DEAL. We could have absolutely done a little bit of work to get the credit score a little higher before applying for this if they hadn’t insisted that our price was going to be more than 20 grand higher if we didn’t get them right now today! The offer was about 53K instead of 77K; but only that day, in that moment. That kind of a sales trick is shady at best and downright evil at worst. It’s disgusting, and I’m disgusted. This whole thing should’ve gone a whole lot differently. We paid them $1000 deposit which they kept for a month while giving us absolutely zero communication. We haven’t heard one word from anybody that works at that company other than Dan, the sales guy, and that was weeks ago. The only reason that I even know we were denied financing is due to a letter we received from Harley exteriors’ Bank. Nothing from Harley exteriors themselves, just their bank. I also search through my bank account and discovered they just returned the deposit the other day. But have they called us? Nope. Have they emailed us? Nope. Have they done anything at all to communicate with us? Nope. Is our mold problem a concern for them? Obviously not. They told us they’d communicate with us if we needed a co-signer, or maybe a larger deposit (we could’ve given them up to 10K for a deposit), but they said NOOOO WORDS ABOUT ANY OF THIS TO US. NONE. Bottom line: We must get the windows replaced, among other things, so we will refinance in order to do it. We will absolutely NOT hire Harley Exteriors to do the work because of their unprecedented unprofessionalism. They may have a “lifetime guarantee” on their windows, but what good is that if they don’t care to keep their word?? They have burnt a bridge, and do not seem to care that they’ve done it.

We were pleased, start to finish, with our experience with Harley Exteriors! From the nice gentleman that came to do our estimate, to the professional installation, and the product itself. The installers took time to put up plastic to close off the area from dust and dirt, and got the door installed in record time. The slider itself is a wonderful upgrade for us. Over the hot summer no heat came through that glass into our home! The added bonus of the dog door is wonderful for allowing our dogs to come and go from the back yard. I couldn't recommend this company more!

Had sliding glass doors replace with French doors. The crew that came to install the doors was top-notch. Efficient and did such beautiful work. They also trimmed out the doors (exterior and interior) after the installation and the work is beautiful. Totally enjoying my new doors. Thank you!!

Just had our windows replaced by Harley Exteriors and they did a wonderful job. The new windows have really helped with cooling costs over the last couple of months and the noise from the road and the Naval jets is very much reduced. The crew that did the work was easy to work with and they did a thorough job. My husband and I look at each other at least once a week and just say, “Worth every penny.”

We recently moved to a home that was in desperate need of window replacements. The windows had failed, and the house was totally uncomfortable in any weather. We ‘took the plunge’ and ordered new windows for the whole place, including a large sliding door. The Harley rep explained all the options and gave us a very fair price. A technician measured all the windows and our windows were ordered. They were finished before expected and installed in one day. The installers were efficient and left our home clean! We LOVE our windows! When it is hot outside, our place stays nice and cool. The difference was remarkable! We can’t wait to see the difference the windows make as the cooler weather settles in.
