Harley Exteriors did a wonderful job on my roof. Everyone that I have dealt with at the company has been pleasant and wonderful. The men who came to my home and did the roof were fantastic. They made sure everything was covered, and left my home and yard clean. I would hire them back to do anything in my home. I would recommend Harley Exteriors to anyone. They are simply wonderful

Harley exteriors did my roof about a year ago. Some measurements got messed up, but overall I'm satisfied. I've been around construction and home improvement so i know how that can go. Installation was great, quick and the cleaned up everything. The warranty was just an added bonus. Definitely check them out if you're looking to replace your old roof

We met harley exteriors at the Seattle home and garden show. Our windows were older and we also wanted to expand our window size to accommodate our view and natural light. Curtis, our sales rep was very knowledgeable and helped us out a lot. We had had another window company out a year before and were not impressed. The installers came out and were very clean, professional and friendly. The only hold up was dealing administratively. We are still working on finishing up a couple details. The windows are wonderful and we would definitely recommend Harley exteriors.

Had windows replaced a year ago. They did an great job and were very punctual about time! They were a little pushy, but its sales so my husband and I knew what to expect. Give them a call if you want to replace your windows.

We had Harley Exteriors re do our roof. The experience that we had with them was great. The estimator that came out was very nice, and spent hours with us to make sure that all of our questions were answered. The men that put the roof on were professional and polite. The whole thing was done a lot quicker than we expected. The guys cleaned up everything, including some debris from a tree, and left the work area spotless. Our new roof looks great, and we are looking forward to the winter.

The crew that showed up worked very hard and had the old roof torn off very quickly. Bushes were covered and clean up was done well. We did have a small leak around a freestanding gas fireplace and that was taken care of the next day.

Harley exteriors has always been very kind and polite. When installation happened they were tidy quiet and quick. They were done in one day and it was quicker than I thought it would be. We found Harley exteriors online after deciding we needed new windows. Our house is 70 years old and had rotting and was pretty bad. We decided to replace, rather than repair. We live off a busier road and the quietness was definitely an added bonus.

My wife met Harley exteriors at the island county fair. We built our house and about 20 years later the shingles began coming apart and leaking began to happen. The sales rep came out with some examples of the roof we were hoping to purchase and we eventually settled on a price and it comes with a 40 year guarantee. After the shingles were delivered, it took about a week and a half to begin the install. The crew was really good at making adjustments and trying their best ot get the job doe correctly. The crew also covered up or landscaping as not to damage our yard work. So far, the roof is performing as we knew it would. We would recommend Harley exteriors. The employee's are perhaps the biggest reason.

We were so pleased with our experience with Harley Exteriors. Our installers were very kind, quick and courteous. Our new windows have drastically improved the insulation in our house. We noticed the biggest difference in the summer from the sun beating through our west facing windows. The other major benefit has been the sound reduction. We live very close to a gun range which often sounds like nightly fireworks. We hardly notice the sound at all now.

My grandson used to work at Harley exteriors so when I needed a new roof I gave them a call. The sales rep, Jeff came out and was very nice and knowledgeable. He even went up into my attic and took pictures. The installers did a great job of not just cleaning up, but being quick and efficient. They were gone before I knew it. I’m still waiting on some awnings to be picked up, but other than that everything is going great with the roof.

I met harley exteriors a while back through a canvasser coming to my door. My roof had had shingles that were missing. I asked them to give me a call for a free roof evaluation. Harley came out and sales rep answered all my questions and explained everything, and we eventually landed on a quote that I accepted. Install for the roof went great. They installed during August the install crew did a great job and cleaned up great. The roof has been great, so far.

The estimator came to my house and asked if my wife would be joining. No. She doesn't care about this sort of stuff – at all. She just wants to get a roof installed. "Well, we'll have to reschedule until your wife is here. We like to have both home owners present for our presentation." Red flag one. "uh ok" so I text my wife and she says she can come home in five mintues. So we wait. Then they talk ALL about how their product is superior and this is what they do and it's SO much better than the competition. And our WARRANTY is so much better and OH did you see the black mold up there? That perks up my wife's ears, obviously. That's not the problem – the problem is that this guy talked AT my wife and I for about 30 minutes. I told him to hurry up the pitch. He talked for another 20 minutes at which point I said "okay bud it's time to get a quote from you." "Oh we don't do that, but we can reschedule." So this guy is saying he just spent an hour and a half in my house, been up in my attic, my roof, and he won't give us a quote? I've read that these folks give you an "exploding discount" and uses classic ****** car salesman techniques to try to lock in a sale at the moment. Not only will I never call these guys again, if someone asks who to get a roof from I will actively tell people NOT to go with Harley. Predatory business tactics and a tacky feel to the salesman made me and my wife very unhappy. Go elsewhere.

We met an Harley Exteriors representative at the Seattle Home show. Once we contacted them for a consultation, the staff was professional and thorough, and the price more than reasonable. In fact based on their inspection, demonstration, price point and payment agreement, we decided to replace ALL of our windows! The project took exactly how long they had estimated. The windows look great and the house has been more comfortable since.

We had an excellent experience with Harley Exteriors. The design consultant helped us get a great price on high quality windows. The project manager worked closely with us on the scheduling of the installation of the windows. He was very responsive and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. The installation crew was courteous and professional. The windows look great. We are very happy that we went with Harley Exteriors, 10/10 would hire Harley Exteriors again.

Well admin side of the company leaves a lot to be desired. After I signed the contract to get everything moving. I no longer felt like a customer and was given false information regarding working weekends. I work for a Commercial General Contractor and its difficult to take time off in the middle of the week. I asked about doing install on a Friday and Saturday as I could not guarantee I could get the time off. I was told yeah we work weekends. NOPE the PM assigned to me James wouldn't even try and see if the crew would do a weekend wouldn't try and work with my schedule nothing. So between sales and project teams there seems to be communication problems. I felt like it was there schedule or nothing ( oh re-precautions from my own job could possibly happen too - thank god my company worked with me). Harley felt it was going to take two days to do the install. Of course right in the middle of the work week. Then a family emergency happened on the install crew side - it happens. After I worked to get time off they didn't have a back up plan until 2 days after the call on Sunday evening- install was Monday Tuesday. I went to work. There plan was another crew the following week. I agreed so I could get the windows done. But I mentioned one day would have to be short has I had a prior appt. James came back and said that they would come with a larger crew and get it done in one day. WHY was this not offered the first time around. I would have been much easier to work with on that. The larger crew was two(2) guys! Got it scheduled then I was given a time frame as to when they would arrive. I asked why not an exact time give or take a few for traffic. I got told "we cant predict traffic" by James PM. UM.....there are apps out there that let you know when you should leave so you can be places as early as 15 mins before the designated time or more based on traffic ( Hello Waze)! SO Excuses... those don't work for me not even on my jobs sites. The two man crew showed 15 mins before the end of the window of time and got started right away. Made sure they cleaned up after themselves and laid drop cloths down everywhere. They managed to be done in 6 hours. I am confused why the other crew was going to need two days but this one did not ? SO as far as the admin side of the company they left a lot to be desired and I was not very happy with them and still am not after getting in touch for a quick service that should only take 10 mins or less. HOWEVER, as far as install goes. The crew was great as I said they cleaned up their messes and laid cloths down. The install was done very nicely. I am still extremely impressed with the remodel of the french doors and side lites being replaced with an 8 foot slider. It came out way better than I thought with the new threshold and transition as well as the siding they replaced with J Channeling. The guys were very very polite too! Even the windows finally give that finished look to my house that it should have had to being with. My house all around looks better. If I did hire them again it would be because of the install crews ( the original crew lead that did measurements was very polite as well and helpful for getting the french door set up to be replaced properly) but it would not be because of the admin side. It bothered me that I am willing to pay more money for better windows that will last longer and all ready paying for themselves with the most recent heat wave; instead of going through my power company to see about their program and got the service I did from admin at Harley. I would probably recommend the power company route first if just replacing windows and your are ok with the typical window and if that is the better option for you budget wise. Or friends that work construction and know how to install windows properly. If you want better windows like the Euro-vinyls I got, then yeah go for it just make sure you get everything in writing including whatever the salesman says outside of the contract. I really truly thought it was going to be a good experience all the way through. I just dread having to call them now or when I see their number come across my phone. Since its a life time warranty on every piece of the window I can only hope things will get better on the admin side of the house. I just caution so no one has to deal with what I did.

We just had Harley Exteriors replace windows in our home, all of them custom sizes. While the salesman was a bit pushy, as most sales experiences tend to be, he was also extremely knowledgeable, and made sure to talk about the things that mattered to us. After that, the windows were ready for installation several weeks sooner than we expected, the installation crew was professional and quick to get ALL of our windows installed in one day, and the customer service team has been kind and VERY responsive through this whole proces

The sales person laid out our options and explained everything to our satisfaction. The installers completed the job on time. They very conscientious and made sure they keep things clean, and did not leave until I inspected and operated every window. The completed install looks very good and the windows work very well.

These guys were VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, THROUGH, & TIMELY!! The Best looking Roof in the Neighborhood!! We also had our windows replaced by Harley...& noticed significant cooler temps so far this summer..... EXCELLENT JOB HARLEY EXTERIORS!!

We had a good experience. The sales team was able to show us many options and provided knowledgeable answers to our questions. We selected a premium product the was one of the more expensive options, but it comes with a great warranty. The project manger that scheduled our roof replacement did a good job of communicating when a change had to be made. The crew showed up on time the day work was to begin. The crew was very professional. They spread out many traps to contain the debris, protect the house, and protect the flower beds. The roofers were able to remove and replace the entire roof, clean up the job site, and haul away everything in one long day. The roof looks great, and my neighbors also think it looks good. We had harley exteriors out after our roof needed replacing. They were wonderful. The sales rep answered all my wifes questions and helped us understand why we not only needed a new roof, but also the warranty. It made sense. The installers were quick and our roof had been great since.

They wouldn't stop asking me if I was married or not, even when I told them I didn't think it was any of their business. They told me that the better business bureau suggested asking such questions. I hung up, which was rude of me, sorry.

We signed a contract with Harley Exteriors, but cancelled it within the 3-day "Cooling Off Period" provided by WA State Law. Why? The sales/estimator rep, Jeff Rice, applied very high-pressure tactics worthy of a car salesman. Much of the offered "discounts" were contingent upon signing a contract during the first visit, otherwise those discounts would disappear. We had scheduled several estimates from other Angie's List referred contractors, and definitely wanted to compare bids before making a decision. Although Jeff did a reasonably-thorough evaluation of our roof's condition, he also provided inaccurate assertions about the guarantees of the different levels of shingles, as well as "spitballing" venting requirements. Jeff also used questionable methods to get us to buy into his sales pitch, which really left us feeling uneasy. The next morning, I looked more fully into the reviews on this site, and found ones citing the same concerns as we had. Fortunately, we were able to follow up with another A-rated company, and enjoyed a 200% more professional experience. We ended up saving approximately $14K on our project. To be fair, Harley Exteriors does offer a very high-quality product, Certain-Teed, which is the "Gold Standard" of roofing materials here in the Pacific NW, and I imagine their installers are professional. However, if you are considering Harley Exteriors, I highly recommend that you schedule them to provide their estimate ONLY after you have received completed bids from one or more competitors. Thus armed, you'll be able to consider HE's bid without being strong-armed by their estimators, who are no doubt trained by the company to behave in this manner.
