I had Robbin come out and replace most of my windows. My front windows, which have an ocean view, give me such a beautiful and clear view of the ocean. Robbin suggested we put 2 solid and 2 lower vented windows to have more airflow through the house. But I can see the shipyard much better now with Harley Exteriors' windows.

The roof is well made and the crew made an effective team. They cleaned up the job site very well with the acception of a few pieces of insulation stuck in my garden and a few nails left behind. The only negative is they were not mindful of my garden and crushed some new spring growth.

Joel came to the home and did a very thorough inspection, showing real-time pictures of the mold that was growing and the leaks in the roof. While one often questions the urgency of a situation and feels pressured to make a purchase, seeing the actual mold and the water leaks provided true evidence of the necessity. While unexpected snow days and record-setting rain pushed the installation day out longer than expected, I was in touch with the crew so that I was kept posted on the work days. A crew of 8+ showed up to my house on a holiday and got to work right away. Considering the size of my roof, the fact that 95% of the work was done on one day was impressive, as I did not have to live for days with tarps on my roof or have banging taking place above our heads for more than one day. In the end, the roof is beautiful and of outstanding quality, and the warranty means I will never be dealing with this again.

Mike came out and was very personable. He treated us like family. He was really knowledgeable. He didn't pressure us or anything. All of our windows were done and look great. Now it's warmer in the house, quieter, the windows are clearer, and it added value to our home.

This company puts potential customers in a high pressure sales environment and paint ls a very bad doom and gloom scenario that makes people think they have no choice but to get the work done. Then they up sale you on everything because again, if you do not do it you will just need to replace your roof again within a few years or you will not be able to sell you home and an inspector will make you redo the whole roof which will be worse and cost you more money. Or mold will grow in a very short period of time and spread throughout your house getting you sick and costing more money. And while the sales person was nice (because they are trying to sell you something), they were not all together honest, which was disappointing. They told us they were calling the owner (it was at after 10pm at night at the time), to get a code and do something for us. Found out much later it was not the owner at all, it was the operations manager being portrayed as the owner so it was all a lie and just part of their gimmick to rope you in. If you go and have another company price out your roof you will likely find you are being extremely over priced and will pay 3-4 time what it should actually cost you. If you try to change your mind, even before any services or work has been done to the house or before any loans are final, they threaten you and say too bad we are doing the work anyway whether you ant it done or not. And if you do not, we will put a lean on your house and you will not be able to sell it until we get our money! Even when you tell them after looking at the costs you cannot afford it their reply (Jennifer the Financial manager and their operations manager) just said yeah that’s too bad but we are still going to do the work whether you want it or not. So I warn anyone thinking of doing business with Harley Exteriors Inc. they do not care about their customers, what your personal situation is or weather you can actually afford to pay the note (even if the bank approves you for money). For them it is all about the money, that is all that matters to them. Your money at a ridiculously profit and at the expense of you and your families overall well being. And to top it off, I am an active duty service member for 26 years that protects their rights, and this is their thanks! Way to go Harley Exterior, great way to treat people, take advantage of them, then force them into a arrangement they are not happy with or can not afford! Stay away from these people!!!!

Jeff was awesome, helpful, and clear. He was comitted to helping us understand the quality and process. Even our Uber driver noticed our roof and was impressed! Our neighbors also come by to ask us about it. We'd absolutely do business with them again, but since it has a lifetime warranty, we may not have to.

Once we actually scheduled the 2-day strip and replace of a new asphalt roof, the 6-man crew worked well and efficiently together. They laid down tarp, stripped, nailed in new roofing in smaller teams and even repaired unexpected roofing board that needed replacement and still met the 2-day deadline. The sales manager also prepared us in case they found rotted roofing board and what the additional expense will be. The double thickness compared to traditional roof shingles is more expensive but will keep off roof moss longer and provide durability against high winds we get in the area also providing low maintenance for us. We also learned all this from our sales manager. Great job, Harley!

We had old leaky metal windows. So we contacted Harley Exteriors and had them install all new windows. We were happy with the service so we called them back after a few years and decided to get the roof done also because it was leaking. They delivered the materials then came out and replaced it. Everyone was respectable and did a thorough job. So we're very pleased with the results!!!

in-home estimate and sales experience was great! Jeff was very knowledgeable about every aspect relating to our roofing project, not pushy, and sold us an excellent quality shingle. The materials delivery and roofing crew were prompt and professional, and the enire rip and replace of our roof, including the installation of the ridge vent, was done in a single day.

have been searching for at least a decade for a company that could make my window replacement project possible. When I found Harley Exteriors I was beyond excited. Not only did they provide a fantastic project experience, the price was even more amazing thanks to the awesome lending programs they offer. From the minute they showed up to the minute the left, the crew was polite, efficient, respectful of my home interior and took extra care to keep my home as clean as possible during a huge replacement project which included 17 windows and 2 sliding door sets. The salesman stayed for over 2.5 hours until I had to cut him off and ask him to go! He started out nice enough but then started talking to me like it was a lesson and making me respond to a bunch of “questions” that were part of his pitch. When I started to see that their product wasn’t right for me (ie all hardware is white, no other options). He kept saying “so I hear you saying that you’d be interested if the price was right” ... and I had to get quite forceful saying no, it just wasn’t the right product and he kept trying to sell me on a new pricing deal and get me to agree to the work - even trying to hand me a pen and contract! He had another guy with him who was in training and it became increasingly uncomfortable as I tried to get him to finish and leave my home. It was awful.

The high pressure sales pitch can be overwhelming. That same pressure is also used to change schedules, avoid doing a complete job. The crew was great but sales and management have no idea, in my opinion, on how to interact with customers or potential customers without being condescending or just plain threatening. My advice is to stay as far away from this company as possible. Don’t get coerced into overpaying for a product or services readily available elsewhere. I had not considered writing a review but recent interactions with Harley have become very adversarial, no one should have to experience that after paying 10’s of thousands of dollars. At least they are consistent.

We had an excellent experience, start to finish! We met with their sales representative, who was very thorough and helpful. We did not feel pressured to commit to any more of a project than we needed - about 5 windows replaced due to mold accumulating between the double panes. They were more than willing to meet with us in the evening and on weekends which was extremely helpful because we both work. They were able to schedule the work in a timely manner and it was executed professionally - the crew was on time, polite and cleaned the site when complete. They protected our floors and walls and other than brand new, beautiful windows you'd never tell they were there. I was happy to hire a local company and would absolutely hire them again if/when I need windows replaced.

We got new windows from Harley exteriors November 2019. They were quick friendly and thorough, we love our new windows and would return to them for future projects.

work went ok but communication was lacking. they did extra work without getting it approved first or showing me why. They did not do the job which was quoted and charged a huge premium on the extra work.

My wife & I recently embarked on a major remodel project of a 60-year-old farmhouse, which had been vacant for quite some time. We came upon the Harley Exteriors booth at the 2019 Skagit County home show & scheduled an estimate for new windows. The sales person provided a very through presentation complete with samples of their product and also competing suppliers. We had quite a bit of remodel work to accomplish before window installation so we pushed the order out a few months. Our assigned Harley Exterior project manager kept in touch regularly and worked with us to order the new windows and installation to our schedule. The order process and measurement of the windows all went very smoothly and the installers arrived on the scheduled date. Installation went better and more efficiently than I expected so I was quite pleased with the entire process. The new windows look and operate great. We are quite pleased with our Harley Exteriors windows. .

We Harley exteriors do our windows. We had had several neighbors that had used them and were impressed by the work so we gave them a call. The sales guy was great and very knowledgeable. We were able to find a good price and we didn’t feel pressured. The windows have been great and we were hoping to do our roof, but were still working on that. Very good windows so far!

informative. They came out to our house to walk through options. They worked with us until we found what we liked and then worked with us to get the best price and financing. Installation was perfect. When we got home from work, the new windows were in and you would never have known anyone was even there that day. The work area was absolutely clean. We love how the new windows really open up our home and even with weeks of temperatures in the 80’s, our house feels cool when we get home. With our old windows, the house would be so hot and take hours to cool back down. I look forward to a warmer house this winter as well. When we replace the upstairs windows, we will go back to Harley Exteriors without question.

The sales person laid out our options and explained everything to our satisfaction. The installers completed the job on time. They very conscientious and made sure they keep things clean, and did not leave until I inspected and operated every window. The completed install looks very good and the windows work very well.

Harley Exteriors did a wonderful job on my roof. Everyone that I have dealt with at the company has been pleasant and wonderful. The men who came to my home and did the roof were fantastic. They made sure everything was covered, and left my home and yard clean. I would hire them back to do anything in my home. I would recommend Harley Exteriors to anyone. They are simply wonderful

Before I get into my positive review I want to echo the various folks saying that this company is pushy. They are pushy. We had to tell our salesman 5 times that we didn't want financing. However, I am more impressed with their work than I was upset about pushy sales reps. We had the most amazing experience with Harley exteriors. They replaced our windows for us and I couldn't be happier with their work. They did it all in one day and it's crazy how big of a difference it made! Not only in appearance but in comfort. We can actually open our windows now. Anyhow I highly recommend them if any of y'all need any roof or window work done.

Harley installed our new windows for us and we couldn't be happier. The window quality is great and we liked being able to see the difference the new windows would make before we committed to buying them. Installation was fast and the team was pleasant and competent. We liked being able to schedule installation around our schedule. We were happy to pay for quality windows knowing it increased the value of our home and that the warranty covers the product while we're in our home.

Harley exteriors did my roof a couple years back. No problems, easy installation and a great warrenty. My neighbors ask and about my roof because it still looks pretty new. Theyve been helpful every step of the way
