Harley Exteriors did an excellent job. Our house is a hundred years old. Our roof had exceeded the allowable number of roof replacements that required only a new layer of shingles. Instead we needed complete removal of the old roof and layers of shingles. Harley put down plywood sheets and a new layer of shingles. The new shingles are top grade, far thicker than ordinary. Without any prompting the company made major adjustments and replacements to the fascia boards. They installed vents under the eves that again were not specified in the original contract. It was one of the best contractor services I have ever had.

I had several companies come out for estimates, including the big-box stores. Harley was by far the only one that went above and beyond just measuring and providing a quote. Their rep spent almost an hour with me going over options and what would make the most sense for my needs. Rep was friendly and followed all necessary requirements considering we are in working in a Covid world. Great communication between purchase date and install; kept me in the loop along the way. Install day was great. 7 windows and 1 patio door took a full day, but still less time than expected. Team showed up on time and was very clean and courteous. Purchasing windows is not a cheap endeavor in a home you are not flipping, so I spent lots of time making sure I picked the right company. They were not on the cheapest, but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for… and based on what I experienced, they could have charged much more. I am very happy with my windows and look forward to cost savings this winter!

Excellent! We definitely recommend Harley Exteriors. We lived in the old house from 70s with single-pane old windows. Harley Exteriors recently replaced our 5 windows. Our budget was under 10k including tax. Todd, our sales person was so helpful. He came on time and showed us how well their windows were designed and built. Window replacement day came in a few weeks after their measurement. Everything went smoothly. Their team are well trained. It took them only about 5 hours. They cleaned afterwards and we were very surprised how responsible they were. We love having these new windows especially keeping us from this hot weather. After getting multiple quotes, Harley had competitive pricing, a quality product, a great warranty and gained our confidence in completing our unique and challenging aluminum window replacement project. Elio Hernandez was a delight to have over. He adapted to our needs while presenting and we felt educated about our options. We replaced all of our windows. Many had failed seals, appeared foggy and had water damage, esp. the skywall window. Hector and his crew constructed a 4 story scaffolding. Most other companies said they couldn’t do the project because of the uneven ground and immediate slope in the back of the house. The installation crew capped the skywall with a new roof, resulting in a new window wall that is consistent with the rest of the house structure. The crew manager was great at adapting to our requests throughout the project. We also had a 95x36 stained glass that they were able to carefully take down and place back after installing the new window in front of it. Even though the project took much longer to complete than originally planned, overall we would recommend Harley Exteriors.

Harley Exterior has been a great company to work with from the sales rep, to install, to the follow up call for customer satisfaction inquiry. The crew was on time, professional, and courteous. The install crew worked quickly and knew what they are doing. The quality of the windows is top notch. The warranty transfers to a future owner. Highly recommend Harley Exteriors!

Harley Exteriors Inc. was so great! Our windows and doors (7 windows, 2 sliders (9' & 6'), and front door w/ sidelights) are amazing. They have a great tint which cuts down on glare in the house and will help with cooling and heating costs. All are super sturdy, come with a great warranty and have easy to clean screens and window slots. Our installers were fantastic, they made it look so easy changing everything out. I'm super excited about the new look of our house. Thanks Harley Exteriors!!!

When I got my house, many windows had cracked seals and were foggy inside as well as windows that wouldn’t open, or wouldn’t lock, and a sliding glass door with a latch that wouldn’t stay open. I went to the Skagit Home & Garden Show and talked to a number of vendors. I liked the information I got from Harley Exteriors. They have an excellent reputation and good guarantees on their installations and products. The installation was done in two days and the clean-up was very thorough. I am thrilled with the way the new windows look. They really make the house “pop.” In fact, I was so happy, I invited them back to give me an estimate on the roof. Again, a great job, done quickly and professionally, with a thorough clean-up. They even had one person coming along each row of thick shingles tapping in any nail that the nail gun hadn’t quite set properly. I also negotiated the replacement of a couple of rotted trim boards two stories up. My roof looks great! They were not the low bidders, but, as they say, you get what you pay for. Am I satisfied? Yes!

We had owned our home for several years now. The windows are original to the home which was 38 years old. The original windows were aluminum, which is quite dated now. A few were starting to show condensation between the glass, and the slider wheel bearing were damaged by years of use. After looking at several different companies and their bids we went with Harley Exteriors. The quality of the windows speak for themselves. The Harley Exterior sales representative measured the windows and showed us the different styles, and demonstrated the toughness of material which was first class. In addition the windows have lifetime replacement plus a transfer of ownership if the house is sold. The price was very competitive and all those factors led us to select Harley Exteriors. We decided to replace all the home windows as well as our deck slider. The windows were ordered and after a few weeks installed in one day. The installation crew was top notch, and we have had several follow up calls to ensure we were happy with the purchase and asked if we had problems or questions over the install. Great customer service if I do say so myself. I would highly recommend Harley Exteriors for you window replacement needs.

The windows are fantastic. It did take a little longer to get them due to the pandemic. But now that I have them, I LOVE them. I can sit in my front room without an air conditioner on 85 degree days. The sales staff is attentive and really easy to work with. I highly recommend you check these windows and doors. Mine are gorgeous.

My wife and I purchased a 1921 Craftsman back in December of 2019 and knew that all of the aluminum windows needed to be replaced at some point. After looking at a few different companies, we settled on Harley Exteriors because of the quality of their windows, their warranty and competitive pricing. We initially only purchased windows for the first floor but then decided after a few months that we wanted to do the rest of the house too and so we of course reached out to Harley Exteriors again. They didn't try to give us a "dog and pony" show and provided us with their best price, without having to go back and forth. They continue to reach out to make sure that we are happy with our windows which shows the type of company that they are. I would highly recommend Harley Exteriors to anyone looking to get new windows!

The technicians were very prompt and professional. They replaced the large window in less than 2 hours. I’m very impressed with the window. It turned out beautiful and the clean up was great!

Harley Exteriors installed new windows and a sliding glass door for our backyard den. Their work greatly improved our space. They were responsive to small issues and we plan on going with Harley in the future for other parts of the house. Everything from the sales experience, to the accurate measuring and the final window replacement was top-notch. I was a museum director for over 43 years before retiring a year ago and have very exacting standards for work and reliability. I wish your team members had worked for me, they were efficient, and their workmanship was excellent. I would recommend your business to anyone who wants to obtain replacement windows and doors. Your team salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly and provided us with a lot of information about the windows and doors that we were considering. We chose a financing option that was an easy and convenient experience. The team that came to measure for the new windows and doors a few days later was led by the supervisor of the actual installation group that was to do our windows. He consulted with us about replacing window trim and measured everything accurately. He also described the window installation process completely for us. A few weeks later, the installation team members arrived on time and went right to work. They asked questions and provided help moving furniture and ensuring that areas of our house they needed to enter were kept neat and clean. They wore shoe protectors when entering our house and were very respectful of our being at home while the work was done. They cleaned up everything including a final vacuum of our carpets in the affected areas and policed the exterior of our home for any debris. The windows have been installed for two weeks now and we have noticed a real difference in the heating of our home as well as a marked reduction in exterior noise. They were clean, prompt, polite, and answered all our questions. David and his helpers did a great job. The bedroom is warmer now. Harley Exteriors windows are a vast improvement over the previous windows.

Company utilizes pressure sales on consumers. Following a review of the project, sales rep will ask to sit down and go over the bid. Prices are super high to start, then they pull a letter out from the company president, and have you read it. Basically, the letter states that if you commit to the bid today, you will get a substantial discount off the price just presented. Even after seeing the discounted price, you are talking about ten's of thousands of dollars. Who does this? What moron of a president will threaten his sales people with dismissal if they don't give potential customers time to think about a bid? This is totally insane. On top of this, they would not honor a No Sales Tax promotion, stated on the front page of their website. Please do not even allow Harley Exteriors to bid on any project. They will cost you at least twice as much then any other contractor. Please submit all pressured sales tactics complaints to the BBB. Companies like this need to be driven out of business.
