Terrific. I don't like strangers moving about the house ... especially during the pandemic.... but they were all professional and respectful at all times. The sales rep explained everything and had helpful suggestions for my little house. They were ahead of schedule when setting the install date. Work was done on a cold, rainy and windy day, but the house was left clean and dry. They completed it in 8 hours. They helped also with removal of old window blinds, even tho that was my job to do. The windows look great and the house was really noticeably warmer than before during our recent snowstorm.

I was really impressed with their customer service and even more impressed with the windows! They look amazing ! Definitely happy with my purchase!

Would not recommend calling or getting estimate. Very high-pressure just over the phone. Just in speaking to a scheduler asking questions, a 'supervisor' was listening in unknown to me and jump on the call with hard sell just to get onsite. Go elsewhere.

We upgraded our windows and sliding glass doors at our last home about 17 years ago and were thrilled with the results. When it came time to replace a broken window in our new home, Harley Exteriors was the first call we made. Again we love the windows. Service was prompt and professional.

In my 51 years of working with contractors this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. I had an appointment set up for Saturday 2pm. The appointment was confirmed 2 times and then they canceled on me. Another appointment was set up for Tuesday at 9:30 am. They called to confirm the appointment and I said I would be there but my wife won’t be there. They said they need to cancel because they want my wife there. I explained that my wife is a teacher and I work from noon to 8:30pm and that I need to keep the appointment because my roof is leaking with water running down interior walls. They still wanted to cancel so I asked to speak to a supervisor. He comes on the phone and I explain that I am the only person on the title to the house and that I need it replaced. He said since I’m married they want her there. In the end they refused to come out because she wouldn’t be there. This is a very short version of the account. Just take a look at their Yelp reviews!!!! Not good!!!

we had all 14 windows replaced , and they made our house feel ,comfy and look great. with the windows and ledges,, which had them in hickory wood .Crew did a fantastic install .clean and quick.... love the way we can easily pull the window out and clean both sides, ..if you wanted to lol..no these are cool windows thanks Harley Exteriors

Wow! Harley made every accommodation I requested in advance of install. 1942 house. Windows fit like a glove (with expert adjustments from the installers). The installers worked clean, were efficient, but willing to have discussion. Demonstrated how the new windows “work”; easy to clean. As soundproof as windows can be from my experience. Great

My in-law windows in my 2 story home recently started leaking. I was looking to have them replaced so I contacted Harley exteriors. I scheduled an appointment last week using their system. I only used my name, as I would be the only person responsible in this transaction. My title does list my husband but I did not include him. I got a call the following day asking to reschedule the time because they were between jobs and the new time would better accommodate them. I obliged. The day of the appt. I got a call from their dispatch telling my they would be late. Once he arrived 30 minutes late, they arrived with someone new to the job who was just learning. I was never asked if that would be ok, had they asked prior to my appt. I probably would have said no seeing as we're in the middle of a pandemic. In addition, I was only interested in doing my lower level in-law, as I did not want people in my upstairs. He was insistent and pushy and asked to look at the top floor ones too. Finally, he gets a "call" during my estimate and says that his boss needed him immediately at another project. I was suspicious but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward to today, Monday. I get a call from them saying there was a note to follow up, but nothing else. I politely tell them I'm not interested in doing business with them thinking that would be the end of the conversation. It was not, I was told that both people needed to be at the appt. and when I tell them, I'm not even sure how you got my husbands name they say they pull it from King county. Again, I never said or agreed to him being there. How is it they think it's ok to pull data and then require presence of the other person. If I needed someone else there I would have included his name. But, again, that is besides the point. I was told that they needed to be somewhere else during the middle of my estimate and that was their excuse for leaving. The women who called me insisted on trying to get more information from me and I had to finally hang up after telling her I was not interested in doing business with them. There is not need to try and continue to collect information from me. I've participated in timeshare presentations, and this felt VERY VERY similar to one. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, even for an estimate.

We just had them replace all our windows and I have to say it was done in less time than expected. Quality of window for the price is what sold us, the job their team did was superior than what I have seen, and will keep us going back. The team was polite, professional and they watch every wall and never hit one. They cleaned up all after themselves and closed the front and back door for minimal heat loss. You can't ask for better work or a better team.

We had a very nice, polite, considerate and personable salesman who was knowledgeable about his product. He was able to answer all our questions and was able to work within our budget constraints to help us accomplish our desire of upgrading our home.

Service was great! Project Manager kept me informed through out the process. Crews showed up on time, were courteous and professional, and did great work including clean up! We replaced a large bay window in the second story. Much more complex than a simple window replacement and the Harley crew made it look easy! Previous window coatings were deteriorated and cloudy. Replacement windows look great and make big difference. Also very much appreciate the Harley crew were masked up and very conscientious of everyone's personal safety!

Never given an estimate. Sat through a two hour, high pressure sales pitch and was then told that they don't do online / e-mail estimates. Did not make any considerations for the pandemic - they expected to set up their presentation in my home! Somewhat rude sales person who called their 'handler' each time they went back to the car for more props.

The quote became a car sales pitch. He wouldnt take no for an answer. We felt like the company didn't care about our time. Their quotes is also 4x more then the company that's selling the same system. Very pushing and very disappointing and didn't rub us the right way.

We used Harley Exteriors to replace our windows on our 100 year old home. We had a great experience with the sales team over the phone they were very knowledgeable and caring when scheduling around our busy lives. We met with two window experts Robin and Elio and they both were wonderful and knowledgeable. They took a great deal of time educating us about the product and answering any questions we had. The installation was so painless I wish we could use them to do the rest of our renovation work on our home. They took time and communicated with us on certain aspects of our window installation. Since installation our home is noticably warmer and brighter due to getting rid of our fogged aluminum framed windows. We couldn't have made a better choice when choosing to purchase windows. Also to be noted having done all this during a pandemic they were incredibly clean everyone wore masks and sanitized their hands they truly cared about our safety during this time.

Work was excellent, quality was great and communication was timely. . I have 13 more windows to replace and when the time is right. I will call Harley Exteriors, and it will be my only call. They made the process easy. 6 Window, including a Garden Window and the sliding glass door was replaced with a French Door. Very cool!!

Harley Exteriors, Inc. made replacing windows in our 100 year old home amazing. Their custom made windows made installation easy and it was accomplished in one day. The windows they created kept the homes historical charm. They were always available when I had a question or concern. The warranty on the windows is also an amazing deal. We love our new windows!

The installers were wonderful, courteous, friendly, and helpful. The windows are just beautiful, with more glass than others, due to a better-designed frame. They open smoothly and easily, and look wonderful. Thanks, Harley!!

Windows look & work great! Installed with no problems, they did an extremely good job cleaning up & wiping off all the caulk/gunk. Their follow-up call to make sure everything was still good was nice too. Sales pitch was a little timeshare’ish (ton of info & buy now) & there’s a slight tint to the windows that was unexpected

Great! Quick to answer questions and set up a meeting. The sales person worked with me to get things into my budget. The only call out here was the meeting was scheduled for 45-60 mins and took closer to 2 hours. The install team was quick and explained the windows install details to me when I had questions, walked me through and showed me how to use them again. The install team was able to do my full house of 11 windows in one day. Very professional. It's been a few months since we've had them and have noticed a significant difference in how our house hold temperature. We went through a summer season and the house remained cool, we're hoping the windows will hold heat as we roll into the winter season! Overall I would recommend Harley Exteriors.

Terrible. The man began right away trying to sell us a complete new roof. When we asked him just to go ahead and give us an estimate on fixing the holes and replacing the front part of the house's roof he completely ignored our request and continued talking about replacing the entire roof telling us that our insurance was only going to cover about $5000 but we could finance the rest. We explained again that we only needed the partial replacement, at that time he could have politely let us know that his company did only entire roofing projects but he didn't he continued to try and sell us an entire roof. Finally when my husband explained to him once again, (45 minutes later) that we only needed an estimate for fixing the holes and replacing the front half of the roof, he was very rude and said, "I'm not going to do that and I'm leaving."

I bought a 1959 rambler in July of 2018. It was a really big deal for my son and I. This is going to be our forever home. The windows were awful. They were single pane, couldn't open. I bought this house in July and it was like a green house! I met someone from Harley at the Lynden Fair. They came over that week and told me all about windows. They helped me get a loan and the windows are so beautiful. It was the best decision I ever made. One year later they called to see how things were going with the windows...I said great, but my roof is a problem now! They consolidated my loan and I now have the best windows and roof on the street. I am thrilled and they really educated me on what my house needed. I feel confident in my purchase and the quality is real. No regrets! Highly recommend them for the quality and the service. Project I have a house that was built in 1950 that has three large windows and nine smaller windows. We had Harley Exteriors replace them all with Lindsay Windows, LLC windows. The largest pane in our living room window is roughly 50 square feet which caused issues with other suppliers, but not with Harley Exteriors / Lindsay Windows, LLC. Installation Harley Exteriors’ crew replaced all our windows within two days along with window moldings and sills as necessary. Their workforce was courteous and professional working around my wife and I with minimal disturbance. The craftsmanship was exceptional considering the challenges inherent in replacing windows of an older house. Also, the crew cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the project. Resolution of Problems During the final walk through, several problems were noted – a damaged screen and a scratch on the main picture window pane. These were noted on the final walk through sheet, but I was nervous about whether or not Harley Exteriors / Lindsay Windows LLC would honor their warranty for the damaged window pane. Harley Exteriors replaced the damaged screen within a week, but It took a month and a half, for Lindsay Windows, LLC to come out with a crew and replace the window pane. No extra charges were charged for any of this problem resolution work. Bottomline, I was satisfied with both Harley Exteriors’ and Lindsay Windows, LLC’s efforts to resolve the problems. Conclusion I am extremely satisfied with Harley Exteriors and Lindsay Windows, LLC. They have proven to me that they are passionate about their work and warranty. As a result, I whole-heartedly recommend them for window replacement projects.

We have used Harley Exteriors, Inc. two separate times, for our upstairs windows and our main floor windows. We were incredibly impressed with their look and their energy efficiency. We could tell a difference in our house temperature immediately. The professionals who installed our windows were courteous, efficient, and thorough. We get constant compliments on our windows and are really glad we used them!

I was very impressed with the sales rep, even though I’m skeptical of salesmen. He wasn’t pushy. I’m fixing up an old house and Harley Exteriors knew how to address all my concerns and needs with it being an old house. This house is by a busy road and I can tell the windows knocked down the noise about 30%, plus I’ve noticed they’ve kept the house cooler with the hot weather. I was happy with the whole operation from start to finish. They were careful around my siding and I’m very particular about installation. It’s so nice to be able to open any window in the house now. If I had a business I would want employees like them. I would recommend them to anyone.

We fisrt had Harley Exteriors do our upstairs windows because we had aluminum single pane windows. It would get unbearably hot every summer. Their product holds up to the description. At that time we had considered also replacing our low-budget vinyl windows and sliding doors but held off. They contacted us in May and offered a special to do our remaining windows. At that point we decided to go ahead and had them replaced. We got the same imstallers as the first time. They were courteous, kept everything as clean as possible and cleaned everything up after. Very happy with the installation.
