Description of Work: Sleazy sales process. Would not waste time with them.

Description of Work: The person who came home measured 90% of the windows, asked where my wife is etc before finishing it off. He said he cannot continue the measurement and *will not* show me what products they had and offer unless “all decision makers” were home. He was condescending and said it was a waste of his time. He expects customers to make decisions to spend $20,000+ on the spot because we’d be “wowed” by his presentation. That was completely unprofessional and if anything he could’ve asked me that 30 minutes earlier when he came home. I had one such experience a few years ago (different company) and wasted 5 hours of my time with my spouse before the high pressure sales guy left the home. He would’ve done exactly the same to us. Description of Work: Met this company at an event in downtown Puyallup. Contracted with them to replace my roof. Even with a few last minute changes to meet HOA requirements, the team at Harley Exteriors handled the changes quickly and professionally, and now we love our new roof!

Description of Work: Recently my wife and I had 2 - 36” x 48” windows in our garage and laundry room replaced by Harley Exteriors. This was not the first time we have had Harley Exteriors replace windows. Back in June of 2012 we had a 10’ x 6’ window replaced, two - 8’ sliding doors replaced and three - 36” x 48” bedroom windows replaced. Our experience was unbelievably great on both occasions. The installers were on time, they kept us informed as to the process and made sure that if we had questions they were answered. They finished the installation quickly and in less time than we were told it would require. They left our home clean and dirt free. Additionally, during the last installation of the two small windows, the installer pointed out to me an area above the laundry room window that could potentially be a problem if not repaired. I would highly recommend Harley Exteriors to all my friends and family if they are planning to replace any windows. The quality of the windows are great and the installation team and sales staff are first rate.

Description of Work: They installed 2 sliders and kitchen window over sink area. They were professional, courteous and neat. The only problem was they were not the style we ordered and had to come out and reinstall the correct style of windows at a later date. The bottom line is that I would recommend them to others and use them myself again in the future.

Description of Work: We have told them repeatedly we are not interested in their services, however they continue to call us almost daily. I will be blocking their number. They are hard sales pitch, and harassing.

Description of Work: Had new windows installed. Office staff service was fair, installers were excellent. Sales method was poor, but info provided was very good.

Description of Work: Replaced 2 living room windows, 1 bath room window, and 2 windows in the basement. These windows were the to of the line. The contractors who installed the windows were very professional and efficient. One of the guys alerted me to a problem which he fixed temporarily.

Description of Work: Installed double pained windows. They installation crew was curious and hard working. They stayed late to finish the job in one day (13 windows). The dogs enjoy the slider with the built in dog door. | |The down side of dealing with Harley Exteriors was the hard line sales tactics they used. The sales person was a bit pushy to get me to commit. However they had the product I wanted. | |I would use them again and am very happy with the install. Just next time I would tell them to present the facts of their product and I would get back to them.

Description of Work: Had windows installed in 2010. One window was fogging up and they replaced at no charge under the warranty. Easy set up for the appointment and the install was fast.

Description of Work: had 7 windows replaced by Harley, the workers were awesome and got it all done within a day, all cleaned and perfect. would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good windows. very professional and courteous, quality is above and beyond. very happy

Description of Work: So far nothing. Their subcontractor comes up with 1 excuse after another. We were ready for them to install roof 3 wks ago, and still no roof. The cabinets and windows are due for delivery and ....no roof. He takes measurements on tue and on thurs still has not called them in to be delivered - I had to call them to find this out. Harley says it will take at least a week to get the roofing - No excuse for this delay. . We signed contract in early June. If my cabinets and windows get ruined, I will sue them.
