Four Seasons Pro Cleaning

I really like the three members that have been coming and performing the services. They work very well together and accommodate my requests. In the odd case that I have wanted something re-done or touched up, they've been very prompt and polite to handle.

Luz and Maria showed up on time, were very professional and completed the work well. I would use them again.

Despite a snowfall, the two women arrived promptly at 830 in the morning. After I showed them my biggest concerns, they divided the duties with one cleaning bathrooms and the other living spaces. They work tirelessly for 2 1/2 hours. I was quite frankly amazed at the difference in every room. I cannot say enough about their thoroughness, hard work and energy. The result was

The crew of two does excellent work, and they even do some chores that previous housekeepers did not do like empty the shredder, take food scraps outside to the recycle bin and clean the tv screens. They were thorough and were energetic and worked hard, and my husband always comments when he comes home how clean the house looks and smells.

Two lovely ladies arrived at 1:45pm, (Arrival time was between 1pm and 2pm) and got to work right away! Everything turned out well. They cleaned in places my husband and I hate to clean. And they cleaned very well. I was impressed by their professionalism and that they followed my instructions. I did encounter a few problems though. This first one really wasn’t their fault… they wiped some of the art on our walls. This wouldn’t be too big of a problem, however one piece was chalk art, so some of the art was erased. I just didn’t think the artwork would be wiped down, so I didn’t bother letting them know not to wipe it. Also, they ‘lost’ a few pieces of my NYC skyline wooden sculpture…thankfully I was able to find them thrown behind the vanity. Again, I totally understand how this could happen, since I wasn’t very vocal about the art. One other problem, they used chemicals to clean the microwave vents. I thought I had expressed in the initial meeting that I didn’t want to use bleach or chemicals (my lungs and nose can't tolerate the harsh smells), but I think only bleach was noted. However, once I let them know to not use the chemical, they rinsed everything right away and used less abrasive cleaning product. My final complaint is about the price. I was quoted $140 for 2 hours for two people. They went over half an hour, which is fine, because I’d rather them be thorough and clean well, instead of rushing through the whole thing. However, when I had initially called to ask about pricing, I asked if I could use the Angie’s list discount or if they had any ‘offers’, and I was told that the $140 was a better deal. Even after the cleaning was complete, I was told $190 was a better price. However, I just checked Angie’s List and they do have a discount and a few offers. I could’ve purchased the 5 hours of cleaning for $160. It’s only $30 difference, but it’s still $30! So, other than those few problems mentioned, I was pleased with the overall work.

Well. Because three people were provided, 6 hours of cleaning was provided in two hours.

They did a fantastic job - went above what I was expecting. They were quick, and clearly very efficient.

A small team came in and did a wonderful job. They were pleasant and efficient, and cleaned things I didn't even realize needed cleaning. They also asked questions when appropriate. Very good service!

They were very thorough and very prompt. Hiring them was definitely well worth it! I would certainly use them again.

They arrived at 2:20 which would have been okay had they worked until 4:20. The cleaners left at 4:00, 2 people x 20 mins is 40 mins of labor that they did not work, about $25.00. Used strong leaner on my wood floor, was told they would use Boniva, it was not. I went around with a towel and tried to dry it because it was sopping. My biggest complaint is they did not work the full time. I went to hang a shower curtain up and when I came out they were already packed up and out the door.

The job, I think, was mediocre, that was the take away. To be fair my wife and I are both pretty particular when it comes to housecleaning and in our opinion they didn't measure up to what we consider a reasonable level. We got what we paid for and they didn't try to upcharge us.

Overall OK. + punctual. +great job with oven top cleaning. -Some areas were missed. -Master Bathrooom cleaning could be better. Stains on the tub not removed. - Higher price compared to peers.

Our experience with Four Seasons was great. Janice made a great first impression when I called to schedule the appointment. They were able to come the next day. The cleaners did a really good job and exceeded our expectations. The price was slightly higher than others, but well worth it for the value and excellent customer service. The whole process was easy and Four Seasons was professional each step of the way.
