Description of Work: Two ladies came to my house to clean; they were there when they said they would be. They cleaned well and very professionally. My only concern was that we needed a third party to communicate effectively.

Description of Work: Bait and Switch! Four Seasons Pro Cleaning refused to clean exactly as they published on this deal: 2000 square feet of Move-Out Cleaning. Yes, our home is 3600 square feet, but I only wanted 2000 square feet cleaned, our top two floors. Suddenly, I was told that NO, this "...has happened before and we will not do it again without looking at your home..." and was barraged with fine print WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISCLOSED ON THE ANGIE'S LIST DEAL PRIOR TO PURCHASE. Bait and Switch! This is not acceptable. I would like a refund ASAP, and I would like this business removed from the site. I specifically told, in person, Janice, that her fine print is not appropriate, misleading, and wasted over a week of my time. ISN'T THIS EXACTLY WHAT ANGIE'S LIST IS TRYING TO PREVENT, FOR THOSE OF US WHO ARE MEMBERS? Please process the refund as soon as possible.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for the company.

Description of Work: I called and asked if I could get one cleaner for 3 hours rather than 2 cleaners for 2 hours for the same price. I explained that I have a very small house. The person I talked with said that would be no problem and said I should pay 4 Seasons directly and not go through Angies List. When another person at 4 Seasons called back she said that she would have to send 2 cleaners but that they could stay for 3 hours. I tried to reason with her that I did not need 2 cleaners because of the size of my house. She said they work in teams. We scheduled for a Saturday. Three, instead of 2, cleaners showed up an hour and 1/2 late. They did not speak English and I do not speak Spanish. Since there were 3 of them, I asked them to do my mini blinds because there really wasn't enough work to keep 3 of them busy. They protested and called their boss and ended up merely dusting the blinds. They did a very incomplete job overall and left after 45 minutes because they had another appointment they had to get to because they were late getting to my place. I would never use this company again.

Description of Work: They cleaned the house as we were moving out. They did a great job and spent a lot of time doing it right. We appreciated the fact that after boxing up and moving 30 yrs of belongings we didn't have to then clean the house ourselves.

Description of Work: Despite information on the website, the cleaners that arrived did not speak or understand English. I called the manager and told her what I needed and then she translated for the cleaners. Despite that (and my efforts with Google translate), the cleaners did not do the #1 priority that I repeatedly stated I needed: a deep cleaning of the floors. They instead focused on the kitchen and bathroom -- areas that were not my priorities at all, then did a standard damp mopping of all floors and vacuumed carpeted areas. One of the cleaners was clearly experienced and did a through job where she did clean. But they simply didn't do the one job I really needed them to do. |Additionally, on their way out, they put garbage in both the recycle and compost bin, but not in my actual garbage container. I have some physical disabilities and had to get help from neighbors to move the garbage to the correct container. |The manager said she would follow up with a phone call after their cleaning, but never did. | |My neighbor has used them and has been happy with them. When they started cleaning for her, one of the cleaners that came understood English and so they established what was needed. If someone speaks Spanish, then there won't be a communication problem and perhaps they'll be good. But unfortunately, that's not my situation and wasn't my experience.

Description of Work: I have two big dogs and my house was a mess. They cleaned everything including wiped down the walls and the rings in the toilets. The price was amazing for all they did. Thank you so much!!!

The number of rooms/floor was larger than they thought, so it cost a bit more, but they did an excellent job, brought all their own tools and supplies (important for a new move without materials) and were very punctual. Thanks.

Description of Work: like many Angie's list offers, the deal is a bait and switch. I was all but told my "deal" would include an exta hour not included in the base price. Despite the house being basically clean, they called and tagged on an extra hour which made the price high average for cleaning service. This annoyingly the routine with such offers.

Description of Work: Found four season cleaners on your site and decided to try the coupon they had for cleaning services. They reached out to me the next day. I was unable to talk at the time they called, I called back twice and only received one call back and then a short e-mail. Considering I'm a first time customer you would think they would be more prompt in returning calls.

Description of Work: Full clean of a 4-bed, 2.25 bath with special attention in the kitchen. This included a full cleaning of the laundry room and fully wiping down all appliances in the kitchen. All within timeframe they stated which I believe was 3 hours. Very kind and courteous and asked intelligent questions regarding expectations when they were not clear.
