Four Seasons Pro Cleaning

I was pleasantly surprised with how much they accomplished and how thorough they were!

The cleaners were very efficient, showed up on time, and did an excellent job, We have lots of artwork and they made sure to move and dust everything.

This is the second time I've used this service. They have folks that are dedicated to move-out cleans so they were very thorough. Final walk-through allows you to identify any areas that need additional work.

Great work! The rental apartment had been left in OK condition by the previous tenant, and needed deep-cleaning in the kitchen and bathrooms. Floors/walls had also collected some dust. Four Seasons performed 12 hours of work and did a really great job getting the apartment ready for the next resident!

Mostly it went very well -- did not need supervision (but also did not speak English so communication was difficult). Slopped dirty water onto a wall and baseboards and floor in one area that I needed to clean up afterwards but otherwise I was very satisfied.

They did an amazing job! I would definitely hire them again.

On time, but owner had to have them redo missed areas. Didn't clean walls or dust in areas that needed cleaning.

I purchased this deal for 6 hours of house cleaning since I wasn't looking for a regular house cleaner, but just needed someone to come and get the house in order prior to having some house guests. I had purchased 4 hours of house cleaning from other cleaners in the past and it wasn't quite enough time to get through the whole house so I figured 6 hours should be good. Cleaners arrived as scheduled and immediately informed me that they couldn't clean the whole house in 6 hours. I told them that my priority was the kitchen and bathrooms and asked that they start with those and then clean whatever else they could get to in the time remaining. It took them almost the entire 6 hours to clean just the kitchen and 3 bathrooms and then they did a little bit of vacuuming in the remaining time. If the kitchen and bathrooms had been really deep cleaned then I might have been okay with this, but they weren't. I felt like they really took their time and didn't try to clean more than the minimum since I wasn't going to be a return customer. Overall pretty disappointed in their quality.

One worker was great the other lazy and did not pay attention to detail.

Attention was given to bathroom. Kitchen looked good but could have been better.

It went well. They came on time, and they completed all work on time.

Three women worked efficiently. Oven and refrigerator were even cleaned!

I hired them once based on an Angie's list coupon. They did such a good job, I've now hired them for monthly housecleaning.

Over the past few years the quality of the cleaning has gone downhill. Things are being missed. Furniture has been damaged. It's rarely the same people from cleaning to cleaning. One time our garbage was put in the next door neighbor's yard waste bin. I shouldn't have to go up and down the street to retrieve my garbage and put it in our bins.

It is nice to have your housecleaned by professionals not just for the sheer luxury of it but also to see how it should be done. Team B (13?) came in and set to work right away. They cleaned the main floor of my house which included kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, bedroom, & den. All of the floors were wet-mopped and all of the surfaces were wiped down. They even cleaned my microwave, scrubbed my espresso machine, & eliminated the stain in the toilet that I could never get rid of. I really appreciate people who take pride in their work and these ladies do just that!

It seems that they work slowly so they can sell you additional time of cleaning. I had 2,200 sqft of empty house and the managed to do only 3 baths. No floors, no carpet, no windows, no kitchen... If you value your money, time and home, don't bring those guys to your house.

They turned out okay. They stuck to the deal. The one I had trouble with a duct cleaner I found through you guys. They charged me like times ten what I was expecting to pay -- which I've put the complaint with you guys already. I wouldn't say Four Seasons Pro Cleaning was overly excellent. I wouldn't say they were horrible. They're just average. Their price is on the expensive end, in my opinion. I've had the similar services before for just $99 for the entire cleaning. I've noticed you guys have deals with other cleaners. I've just been lazy and didn't take advantage of them. They're actually quite responsive. They basically did everything the deal said. They definitely made sure the place was clean. My only negative feedback is, unfortunately, that they don't have fluent English speakers on their staff so it gets kind of challenging communicating with them.

They worked quickly, quietly and did a good job. It was with a coupon, but I would hire them again without the coupon.
