Four Seasons Pro Cleaning

Description of Work: Joined AL / phone traveling to airport. b/c looking for a housecleaning company after my tenants moved out. Contacted 4 Seasons for services on 7/8/2015; this was agreed. Gave person realtor phone number to schedule cleaning & gain entry to house. On July 10, realtor calls - house isn't clean. No realtor contact from 4 Seasons. I called 4 Seasons, no record of my call until I gave order number. Person indicated the purchased deal was "light cleaning" if I wanted "clean out" that would be $45/hr/person, probably $360-$400 dollars for 2,200 sq.ft. Hence the purchased deal didn't apply. They suggested I get refund and purchase new deal. Due to urgency of house sale, I did this and paid $350 dollars; no Angie's deal. I find the 4 Seasons advertisement to be incomplete and/or a misstatement of services. I am requesting a refund of the $175 dollars. Of note, there is not mention of a 30-day refund period for dollars nor if after 30-days, it being an exchange for other services. Nothing in my emails from AL indicates this. Description of Work: I hired Four Seasons to clean a rental house after my tenants moved out. This is the first time I've ever hired a cleaning service, and all in all, I expected a lot more for the price I paid. | |I actually did a lot of cleaning myself before the cleaners arrived -- deep cleaning of the hardwood floors, kitchen, and bathroom. Really happy that I did so, because the cleaning the service performed was very 'light cleaning' and wasn't very thorough. They were at the house not even two hours (including the time it took them to unpack and pack supplies). I ended up cleaning for about a half hour more after they left -- wiping down walls in the bathroom that had been missed, cleaning off the walls of the shower that had dried white cleaner left on them, wiping out the burners on the stovetop that had been smeared, etc. (The burners were brand new, so were actually left in worse shape than they were when the cleaners got here.) | |All in all, disappointed that I went this route -- too much money spent for mediocre cleaning that I could've easily done myself. Lesson learned!

Description of Work: They cleaned 2 bathroom and kitchen thoroughly and did a quick over on LR, DR and one bedroom. I found a few small things not done as well as i might have liked but overall good service and pleasant. One woman spoke Portuguese and the other Spanish with little English but I am fluent in spanish so there was no problem and it helped , I think make them more comfortable. Perhaps the employer could invest in ESL classes for employees.

Description of Work: I contracted with Four Seasons to do a post-move cleaning of my house. They did a terrific job.

Description of Work: The price was reasonable. The two-person crew showed up on time and were very nice. Most of the work they did was great. I only had a couple issues. First, neither person spoke English very well so when they arrived we only had a brief introduction before they went to work on their own. I was never able to communicate my priorities for work - which was floors and bathrooms since the rest of the house was already very clean. As a result, they spent a lot of time re-cleaning areas that weren't dirty, instead of focusing on just the dirty areas. | |Second, they never actually cleaned our hardwood floors. Instead they just oiled and wiped them down. It took me a while to figure our why our floor looked worse then before they got here. The oil just enhanced the smudges and dirt. I had to run to the store for proper cleaning supplies and re-clean the entire floor. Since this was one of the major areas I wanted cleaned really well, I was very frustrated. | |I would say this company does a pretty good job, but needs to retrain how to clean hardwood floors - sweep, scrub with cleaner and then oil. Also, at least one of the members of your crews should be able to speak the language of the customer they are providing service for. The overall cleaning job was good and the crew was polite, but I don't feel like I got what we paid for since I had to re-clean after they left.

Description of Work: The woman that booked the service spoke English. |The workers did not & did |not understand any thing said. If you wanted to give any directions I had to call |the booking person & she |translated to them over the phone. It caused anger |on their part misunderstanding & frustration on my part.

Description of Work: I have switched from my cleaning service of many years to this company. They cleaned my gas cooktop to good as new! My last service had been leaving it looking dark and stained. |I also appreciated their truly lovely toilet paper art to show they had cleaned the bathroom!
