Four Seasons Pro Cleaning

I had tried many different companies before choosing Four Seasons. They are really doing a great job and for a good price.

Four Seasons has been a very reliable cleaning company. They always show up as scheduled (while my husband and I are at work) and we come home to a very neat and clean house. We really haven't had a single issue and I would highly recommend Four Seasons to anyone who doesn't have the time to clean the entire house each month, or just doesn't want to!

The worked turned out good and the cleaning crew is also good.

Janice (owner) was very pleasant to work with and was prompt and efficient in giving me an estimate. The two women who came out worked very hard and did an excellent job cleaning my house. Since it was empty, and in decent shape, I didn't think there would be that much to clean or take that long, but they were constantly working, wiping down walls and everything, and the place looked great by the time they were through. I can't wait to move in!

Response to my initial call was prompt and professional, they arrived on time both for the initial house, blinds, full kitchen and the bi- weekley house cleaning. I was very happy. I do hope this remains true as time passes. Oh by the way, we have 2 dogs and this did not distrub them at all.

They cleaned the house that we moved out of after we moved. It is called a move out cleaning. It includes cleaning and mopping floors. Washing base boards. Treating the inside if the refrigerator and stove. Cleaning all of the sinks and scrubbing down all of the bathrooms. Just a really total house cleaning. They polish mirrors and the outsides of all the appliances and the inside of the cupboards. It was two men and it took about four hours. I would use them again.

The only problem I've had is that they have shown up late a couple of times. Other than that I am very satisfied with them.

The cleaning crew arrived on time, were courteous and quiet, and most importantly, did a very good job of cleaning the house. I couldn't ask for more. They did a particularly good job with the floors.

Cleaning staff consisted of two women who were punctual, thorough and very professional. I was very pleased with the results, and will hire them again.

Awesome. They worked so hard and the house was spotless after they finished. Very professional. The owner and manager also came by twice to inspect work with me to make sure we were satisfied. For people moving in to a house that needs a total clean, I would completely recommend them.

I've been using Four Seasons to clean my house every 2 weeks for about 6 months. They send two people who get the job done in 2 hours. The people are always friendly, at least one speaks English well, which is great at preventing any issues or taking care of any special instructions. The regular rates are very reasonable, and they have a list of add-ons (e.g. windows, full fridge cleaning...) that you can request for specific prices. Before they quoted me, they actually came to my house and looked at what had to be cleaned so they would be accurate. They are also flexible about what time and what day they come. I've used a lot of different services in the past and I've been most pleased with Four Seasons balance of cost and quality.

Having used MaidPro three times before my expectations were pretty low. Not only did the ladies show up early, but they completed more than requested on my list. Not only that they were much less expensive. Will use their by-weekly service. Happy customer in Redmond.

First off I was very reluctant to have another company come in based on my experience with another top rated Angie's Lister. I finally figured that I needed to give another company a chance and I am VERY happy that I did. Scheduling was very easy and they were on time for the estimate. Marcelo was very professional and gave us a quote on the spot. The crew arrived as planned for an initial deep cleaning and they did an amazing job. They were here for nearly four hours and there were areas that were cleaned that we didn't even think to clean. It was such a treat to come home to a very clean house, they did an amazing job! We have now scheduled regular visits and hope that they continue to do a great job. Thanks to Janice and the whole team for making this a very pleasant experience, we look forward to working with you for a long time.

My mom was coming to town to see our new house and neither my wife or I have have time (or like) to clean. So I wanted to hire cleaning service. My wife didn't want to because she felt it would be a waste of money and that we'd get around to doing it at some point. Yeah right. I finally got her to agree to try a cleaning service with the option of being able to cancel if she didn't like them. (However, I'd have to live with the humiliation of her being able to say, "I told you so" if it didn't workout out). Neither of us had used a professional cleaning service in the past so we didn't know what to expect. I called Marcelo to make an appointment, and he actually was able to come out the same day which was impressive. We agreed to start with a deep cleaning for the first session, then maintain the service on a bi-weekly basis if they did a good job. I was concerned about the level of service we'd get because we have two large dogs in the house and we hadn't done a DEEP cleaning since moving in 4 months ago. They did a great job on their first session! But before giving my review I wanted to wait and see how the other sessions went. Over the past 2 months they've still done a great job and are always pleasant when they arrive. I'm not a picky person went it comes to cleaning so I even allowed my wife to fill out the evaluation. The on a scale of 1-10 the only thing she gave them a 9 on was the dusting (we brought this to their attention and it was resolved immediately); but she loved the way they vacuumed the couches. I in turn would give them a 9 on punctuality only because I've always been home with they arrive, which means I have to schedule my day (ok, getting out of my PJ's) around their arrival--I'm sure if I brought it to their attention the problem would be corrected so I don't consider it a major problem. I haven't complained because on one hand, sometimes my house is messier than other times and I'd appreciate them staying longer to finish it--and I assume that's what happens to them as well. Another nice thing they did was allow us to change our cleaning date on short notice because my wife's father, who happens to be allergic to dogs, came to visit us we so we needed to coordinate the cleaning to the last possible minute prior to his arrival. Marcelo was great about this as well. My wife loves coming home on the days they clean because the house is so organized and refreshing. In fact, she's considering to have them come every week now. The best part is, now I get to tell her... .I TOLD YOU SO!

My dealings with Four Seasons have always been very sagtisfactory. I had used their services in the past, so a call to Janice was all it took to start up again recently. Two polite and efficient Four Seasons employees arrived on time. I am usually not present when they work, but I see top notch results when I get home. I trust them enough to give them a key to let themselves in and to make sure our cat doesn't escape during their stay. Their prices are fair, they are reliable and flexible, and the results are great!

We used Four Seasons Professional Cleaning, for our rental property. They did an excelente job! very thing sparkled.

Janice was very prompt in returning my call, she was very professional. Two ladies worked very hard. They were very detailed and they removed all my cat’s hair from our furniture. I was very impress as I have tried it unsuccessfully. We now will have them on every other week basis.

Over four years, I have my house cleaned by Four Seasons Professional Cleaning. They have a key and they always come when scheduled. Alicia and Yolanda are great! They are detail oriented and my house looks great every time. I have enjoyed working with this company and hope to continue to do so for years to come.

The ladies are nice and do a fair job, but not the most detail oriented; bowls not dusted out, cabinets not dusted. I would ask them to dust something they always missed and still only did a fair job. If it wasn't in their regular sight path, it didn't get done.

Not happy overall, and will switch services
