The crew showed up in the time slot we agreed to, then it was all hands on deck with no let up until they were done. I was impressed with their work ethic and the final product was exactly what I expected. I will have no hesitation in using this service again.

I just bought a house and wanted a nice deep clean before I moved in. A representative came and looked at the house and gave me a quote. I chose them from Angie's List because of their good reviews. Two ladies showed up 15" early and cleaned for 5'. They cleaned the windows, blinds, shelves, oven, fridge and a lot more. I was very happy with their work.

We were under a tight time constraint and they were responsive and did an amazing job. This is the first time I had used a cleaning company and this company will be used again if we need to have one. It had been occupied by another renter who did not do a very good job of keeping the place clean and this was so nice when they finished. The condo association required us to use a specific company for the carpeting, but everything else was done by the 4 Seasons team.

Fantastic! The house is sparkling. All of the surfaces, including grout, are squeaky clean. It was definitely worth the price and makes me feel confident that it is ready to list.

Wow! Thorough cleaning - the cleanest the kitchen and bathroom have ever been. The cleaning team of two went above and beyond my expectations. Only glitch was a communications issue which was professionally handled to my satisfaction.

A day after Four Season cleaned the house, the owner called several times and told me she left her wedding ring in the house and want to arrange access to the house to get her wedding ring. After spending time out of my busy schedule trying to coordinate with her to meet at the house, she called a told me she found the ring!

On the 1st visit, they did not do a thourough job - some tile wasn't cleaned in high places, missed cleaning out shelves and left door handles sticky. They finished in 90 minutes and did not offer any further cleaning. Floors were wet wiped not mopped. Some mirrors were done, some left untouched. I guess I was too specific in the request of what to do. Their attention to detail was as if they had another job to rush to. Not such a good deal as I expected. I did not call them to complain but used Angie's List. The company did contact me to review my concerns. We agreed to have a 2nd visit which was scheduled. Janice (manager?) met the new house cleaning crew and we reviewed the extent of the work missed. The three of them worked for over an hour and did a great job. My overall grade improved to an A. I kept the Price grade at a "B," as I think the Big Deal was just okay. Two people at two hours @ $230 equals $57.50/hour. I'm all for making a reasonable profit and recognizing travel time, etc., I think the price would be the regular price.

They did a great job. They did everything we asked for and really just did a fantastic job. We did spend more for the service because I think the move-in deal was kind of restrictive in terms of how many hours and we needed more hours. They were really responsive. My wife kind of redirected them at times and asked them to do certain things or focus on certain things over. They did a great job and I know my wife has pretty high standards when it comes to cleaning, so if they passed her test it was pretty good.

We sold our house and purchased the move-out cleaning special to ensure the new owner had a nice, clean house on move-in day. My husband contacted Four Seasons and setup the appointment and did most of the correspondence for the appointment. They were very good about keeping us informed on what time they would be arriving and called for clarification of services to be performed. I have to admit that I had some reservations about having someone else coming into my home to clean, and leaving them there unattended (I had to go back to work). But my worries were all for nothing. Our new buyer did a final walk through right after Four Seasons cleaned, so we did not have an opportunity to go back into the house until later in the evening. When we did finally go in to do one final pass, we were blown away. The house smelled amazing - a nice, freshly cleaned scent. Everything looked great - way beyond what we were expecting. And we were completely amazed how sparkling clean the toilet in the spare bathroom looked. That toilet has had stains for years that we had tried to scrub and scrub at to no avail. And it now looks brand new. Amazing! We said goodbye to our home of 10 years and walked away with such a great feeling about having Four Seasons come in for a final clean on the house for the new owner. Once we get settled into our new home, we will definitely think about hiring Four Seasons again to come in for regular cleaning. Thank you so much!

I have used them several times and they are always excellent. I used them for full, deep cleaning of my apartment when I moved out and they did an amazing job. It looked almost new. It made me ashamed of my cleaning skills. They also did a full, deep clean of my house before I moved in. I had done a quick look over and it didn't seem that dirty and I had told Janice that so she could plan her time, and it wound up being a lot dirtier and they stayed late to get everything done right, especially in the kitchen. Even with staying almost an hour later she still charged me the original quoted price. They did an amazing job. For both of those jobs I gave Janice little notice of needing them and had to change on her several times because our closing date on our new house kept getting pushed back. She always was nice and accomodated me every time even though it had to be inconvenient for her. Since we moved - which was a year ago - I have used them only a few times since I only work part time and have the time to do it myself, but when I have used them they always do an amazing job. And each time I've called them it usually is more last minute. One time I had guests coming and hurt my back and they squeezed me in. Another time was New Year's Eve day and they fit me in. Another time I had a party planned and got really busy and called them again with little notice and they fit me in at a convenient time. The women who do the cleaning are always really friendly as is Janice and the others I've talked to when making appointments. I would highly recommend them. They do an amazing job. I cannot believe how well they clean in not a huge amount of time. A few hours. They also use green products which smell great.

Arrived on time, worked hard, cleaned pretty thoroughly. Vendor also provided helpful recommendation for landscaping service which we ended up using as well. Overall a "good" rating, perhaps a bit overpriced but would probably use them again.

It was great. They took direction well. They were flexible in terms of areas that I wanted cleaned. They scheduled it and at the last minute there was some pressure to get it in by a certain date and they accommodated it. They were on time.

The cost above is discounted from a coupon that I purchased. They set out to do a good job. I don't know if I would go as far as the raves that were made online. I have an Scentsy pot in my entry way table and they spilled the wax. They scraped some of it up and then vacuumed up the bits obviously hoping I wouldn't notice since it's under a table, they never made mention of it and it was only because I saw the scrapings if inspected that area closest with the walk through that they tried to fix it. There is still wax on the molding and the hardwood floors....Also they were a little rough around our kitchen area and knocked a nickel-sized part of the wall out. I realize it's small and fixable, but I am a little disappointed with the way they seemed not to want to admit that they made mistakes. This is my home and I expect people to respect it. I had wanted to look to have someone come in on a more frequent basis, looks like I will need to keep shopping around.

Excellent service. Only downgrade would be because they had to reschedule the initial consultation and then called to reschedule the actual cleaning appointment the day before the service was to be provided.

They were awesome. They were so nice. They came out and scheduled really easily. I thought their cleaners were super polite and the job they did was fantastic. I loved it. If I needed cleaning regularly in the future, I'm definitely going to keep going with them.

Four Seasons Pro are the best! Three friendly and professional people cleaned our apartment from top to bottom in record time. They made the apartment look incredible and I am confident that thanks to their excellent work, we will get all of our rental deposit back. The oven has never been cleaner- it looks brand-new! The kitchen was especially well-done, including the fridge and freezer. I recommend Four Seasons highly!

They were great. They were quite good and very reliable. I got them especially to concentrate on the bathrooms which needed thorough cleaning. The lady who guided them stayed for a while and they did a really good job. Although, all the stuff in there was a bit old so there was some stains that they couldn't get out because it was too old. They were sort of proactive. I though they did a great job. I would definitely hire them again. The kitchen had tile counters and the gout at the counters was appalling and she really worked h****** that, to get out as much as could be. I think what really stood out to me was that within what could be done with that house which was an older house, they really made every effort to make sure they concentrated on the parts that really could be cleaned well. They used their time very well. I thought the price was very reasonable.

Contacted Four Seasons Pro Cleaning to clean my father's house. The house is approximately 2,800 square feet and was vacant, dusty and dirty. Talked to Maurice at Four Seasons and he was able to schedule a team to clean the house when I needed it and we met that evening to discuss the price and details. Maurice was very detailed about what would be cleaned in each room, how many employees would work on the house and how long the service would take. The service was completed as scheduled and the house sparkled from top to bottom! They did an amazing job! I personally have never had a cleaning service clean my house but Four Seasons Pro Cleaning might have just converted me!

Janice contacted us to schedule appt. in timely manner. The cleaning team was very thorough in the initial deep cleaning. We have since began 2x/month cleaning and all is going well.

The Four Seasons team is very professional. The house is always spotless when they have been in. Every other week they clean the entire house from top to bottom including floors, bathrooms, kitchen, bed linens, etc. On alternating visits they clean the baseboards and blinds. They are reliable, prompt and professional. Scheduling changes when needed are no problem! Highly recommend!

It went fine once the cleaners arrived. There was a miscommunication between the owner and myself. She had my address where I moved and that is where she sent the cleaning time. So they were in Bellevue instead of Seattle. Once she and I figured out what the problem was they made very good time getting into Seattle and starting the cleaning. She sent three nice young ladies, only one of whom seemed to speak english but that was not a problem. They did a good job quickly.

The owner of the company came out and walked through the entire house with us wanting to know what we wanted and explaining specifically what would be done. The day of the work the team arrived early and stayed late to get it all done, the owner working right along side his employees. Their work was exceptional - we were shocked at how much of the fine dust was gone from all surfaces.

Janice gave a very fair price to do a deep clean then a cleaning once every 4 weeks. She arrived on time to give me my estimate and the team that arrived to do the deep clean were amazing. I was very impressed with their attention to detail, hard work and thoroughness. The team that arrived yesterday again, hard-working and thorough; I am very pleased with my decision to go with Janice and the Four Seasons Pro Cleaning company.

After having reviewed 56 A rated housecleaning services, I decided to interview four of them and left messages this past weekend. Janice called Monday morning and I told her I needed to have my apartment cleaned Thursday or Friday of this week. She told me she was not free for interviews on Tuesday or Wednesday but that she could see me at 11:30 AM this morning (Monday). As I had another interview scheduled at noon (and interviews should take no more than 20 minutes), I saw no problem in fitting her in and agreed. When 12:30 PM had come and gone, I called and left a message. Janice called me back later that afternoon. I found her attitude very unprofessional. She insisted that she had made no appointment for today but had made an appointment for 11 AM on Tuesday. I was disappointed that she was unable to accept responsibility for having screwed up. Had she called and said she couldn't make it at 11:30 AM, that would have been acceptable. It would also have been okay if she had admitted her mistake. True professionals admit when they're wrong.
