Four Seasons Pro Cleaning

I ended up canceling. I'm only filling this out because you WOULDN'T STOP ASKING.

I read they serviced Snohomish County but provider does not service my part of the county (north). She suggest I get a refund from Angie's List, so I am working with you to get my refund. No service was provided, nor will any be provided as I am out of the area. I did try and get more details on service area but only found the generals I noted previously. Please refund the money back to the credit card used for this order. Thank you!

It went very well overall. They made every effort to fulfill their promises. The day of the work, one of the cleaner was sick but they sent extra help shortly after and got everything done.

I had called Four Seasons approximately 3 weeks ahead to set up cleaning. There was a small window for cleaning - renter moving out and the next day we needed the home cleaned in the morning and then the carpet cleaners were coming in to do the carpets that afternoon. The next day the owners were moving in. The scheduling was perfect they were able to work with me and come in when I needed them unfortunately they had gotten the address wrong and were lost. The home owner was able to meet up with them at a chosen public place close by and lead them to the house. It worked out fine. Unfortunately we had a misunderstanding on our initial phone call, I thought it was a certain amount per hour but it turned out to be a certain amount per hour per person which turned out to be more than twice as much as I have ever paid for a deep cleaning. They also wanted to charge for the time that they were lost. The home owner was able to renegotiate a better price for the time they actually cleaned and $5 less per person, per hour but it was still too much. They did do a good job cleaning and the scheduling was good but the price was just over the top. The owner was very happy to have the house cleaned before moving in.

I found out after purchasing a Big Deal "Move In or Move Out Cleaning!" from this service provider that this is an abbreviated version of the move-in/move-out cleaning service they advertise on their website -- no windows, blinds, doors, closets, and baseboards. I contacted the owner Janice, and she explained the difference. I would have to pay extra for those services and time required, so I decided to cancel the appointment and receive a refund. Janice responded in a timely fashion and was courteous.

Overall, the cleaning went quite well and I'm pleased with the results. The greatest negative was that they arrived beyond the expected window, though it was entirely understandable as they had come from another job that was much worse than expected. I appreciated that, once they did arrive, they were comfortable being left to take care of the cleaning and lock-up when they were done, freeing me to go about the rest of my day. When I returned to view the results, I was quite pleased to find that all the expected surfaces had been cleaned, and special attention had been paid to the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets, which had a thin film of grease on them from prior years of neglect. Bathrooms were very clean, floors were mopped and vacuumed, and even the hard-to-reach cobwebs had been removed. I was also quite pleased that they swept out the garage, as I hadn't expected that to be included, and that they had dusted every surface quite thoroughly. The only minor oversight was that the kitchen counters had some minor grime left on then, but it was easily and quickly removed later. The only negatives in the process were around timing: they were slow to respond to messages (but certainly not so slow as to stall the process) and arrived well outside the expected window. However, these are both very understandable and certainly won't deter me from using their services in the future - I appreciated that they were willing to still come out and clean after the prior job (as opposed to rescheduling). They are certainly very pleasant to work with and quite professional, and well worth the cost and (minor) effort.

Scheduling was straight-forward. I asked that they work unsupervised in the house. After the work was complete, I inspected and found a couple of things that needed to be addressed and the supervisor/owner came personally and cleaned the areas to my satisfaction with no quesitons asked. They were professional and I would use them again in the future.

Janice and her team at Four Seasons Professional Cleaning are awesome to work with. We have a fairly large home and the house is spotless when they are done! They clean our house weekly from top to bottom including floors, bathrooms, kitchen counters, and changing of bed linens. On occasion I've had them do a deep cleaning which includes inside of appliances, windows, baseboards and blinds. I am often not home when they arrive to clean, and feel perfectly comfortable having them at my home when I'm not available. The same workers come each week, and they are very reliable, prompt, professional, and should I need to make changes to my usual schedule, they are very accommodating. I would highly recommend!!

They wanted to charge me $45/hr, which is way more than I have ever paid for a housecleaning service.

The girls arrived and got right to work. They did a fabulous job on the kitchen and bathroom. I never have seen it so clean. The house was previously owned by by mother that had became ill and had to go into a nursing home, so the house was in pretty bad shape! I was very impressed with the quality of work that they did on her house in the short amount of time that they had. I would definitly use this service again!

They sent 3 women to clean for 2 hours and the result was fantastic. The women were great to work with and hard workers. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

company was responsive and thorough; seem to have good experience with post-construction cleaning; previously rating on Angie's list poor due to not showing up for a scheduled estimate, however, definitely took appropriate steps to take care of customer from this mix-up in their schedule; would consider company again when in need of house cleaning

We are very pleased with the work they have done for us.

They are very professional, do a good job cleaning and are flexible with scheduling. However, they are pricey. We have been using them for about five years.

They're outstanding and very good. I like that they're very professional and they did an incredible job. Even my husband noticed the house was clean so they did a good job. They are booked in three weeks.

They took care of things from top to bottom. They didn’t confirm the proper address so when I purchased the special they showed up at our new address so there was a bit of a miscommunication on the location as Angie’s List had our updated new address. The cleaning special was for a specific amount of time (3 hours for two cleaners). Instead of giving us an estimate for additional needed time they just continued to clean and gave us the bill at the end. When I set up the appointment on the phone, the customer service person, who was very nice, accommodating and understood we were on a tight timeline asked for info such as the square footage and felt the size would be able to able to be completed within the given time-frame. They ended up billing us for an additional 2-3 hours.

They were on time and did everything i wanted them to do. It was a big job, hence the price.

It was okay. They charged me more than I bargained for but there was a lot of work to do so I didn't complain.

The cleaners that have worked in my home have been thorough, efficient and courteous. I am glad that I have found this company!

They did a great job. A few minor details were missed, but that's normal. I came home to a light bulb in a ceiling fixture that was broken off in the socket and hanging a bit loose. I only noticed that it was broken because the light wouldn't turn on. When I called Four Seasons, they sent a kind gentleman the next day to remove it for me. He said that all the light bulbs are dusted as part of the cleaning, and sometimes that happens.

We have used them biweekly for over a year now and we are very happy with the work performed.

Called Four Seasons to clean 2 complete floors of large craftsman style home to prep the home for sale. They accommodated our need to have the work performed within a short time frame so the house could be put up for sale. Interior recently painted and emptied of furniture. No carpet. No windows. No blinds. Much of the house which was not painted had not been cleaned well for years. Kitchen cabinets layered with greasy dirt. Dusty closets. Grimy bathrooms. Dirty floors. This was undeniably a large undertaking and 2 vendor staff were at the home on time and worked for most of the day. Towards the end of the afternoon, a supervisor arrived and the 2 staff departed. The supervisor inspected the work and continued the job for another couple of hours. There were two of us in the house doing other tasks and the supervisor checked periodically with us to see if there was any work items overlooked until the job was completed. Later we did find a few things that could have been done better but it is difficult to spot shortcomings if you are not used to looking for them. Except for a couple of items specifically listed on the vendor service agreement, it was not clear what all was included in a 'move in/out' service. All in all, it was a large job and the staff, especially the supervisor, worked hard to do a satisfactory job.

even through $100 was charged for windows, all the windows had smuges (some unchanged from before the cleaning) even though I paid for 2 people for 3 hours, I got 2 people for around 1.5 hours and they still collected the same amount of money. I was actually surprised that she asked for the agreed on amount with a straight face. honestly, it was easier to give her the money & write a review than begin to list all the things that were missed and argue. didn't come across as professional I actually waited a full two weeks before writing this review to see if they would try and contact me and make things right but nope looks like they are fine with the services provided $ 370 + Tips ($40) for 1.5 hours of cleaning?!!!

They did a really good job. I used them before and I liked what they did and I would use them again.
