Four Seasons Pro Cleaning

Overall I am very happy with the job that Four Season Pro Cleaning did and I give them an A. It took a lot of back-and-forth to schedule the work, mostly because of my limited access to the house. Janice at Four Seasons was responsive and helpful with scheduling. The cleaners arrived late (I was told to expect them between 1:00-2:00, and they arrived at 3:00), but they did a very thorough job and I am pleased with how the house looks and smells!

I called asking about service and they called me back within five minutes. They were able to schedule me on short notice in a time frame that worked for me. The woman on the phone asked thoughtful questions about what I was looking for. They came and preformed what was asked. I wished the vacuuming was done more around the baseboards, but they did clean a really dirty window above the kitchen sink, even though windows weren't part of the agreed upon service.

BAIT & SWITCH! This was just not worth what it costs. BAIT Originally- I purchased the 180$ coupon for (3) workers for (3) hours. Figured this would be sufficient, but upon scheduling I was told cleaning out the cabinets was excluded. WOW- I am sorry but that is just silly. SWITCH I was told to purchase the $230 coupon for (2) workers for (3) hours which would include the cabinet cleaning. This coupon covers deep cleaning for move in/out of a 2000 sq.ft. space. Ok. BAIT When onsite the workers would tell me if there would be any additional costs. When onsite- they said no. Ok. SWITCH They said they could complete the job requested- at cost. Cleaners left without finishing the work because I was not willing to pay more money when they took too long. This is not what we agreed too. I still had to scrub the oven tops that were not clean- I had to finished cleaning the casings- I needed to finished cleaning the cabinets- I needed to finish cleaning the door handles. Basically the stuff I requested wasn't finished. Great! Paid $230 = (2) workers (3) hours Work requested: Dusting Blinds Casings cleaned Doors/ handles cleaned Kitchen cabinets & counters cleaned Oven/ appliances cleaned Bathrooms once over ***No vacuuming ***No floors ***No Refrigerator cleaning Note: The town home was PRE-CLEANED I was up charged the $230 coupon for move out special. This coupon is for 2000 sq.ft Our place is 1000 sq.ft. I called back to let the owner know I was not satisfied and she offered to send her crew back for an hour of cleaning- I declined since I had already done it myself. Just not worth it. I will not use this company's services in the future.

The company sent out two people. The quality of the work was ok - some things were done very well, others were missed or looked over. For two people working for three plus hours, I expected a little bit more.

2 ladies did a great job. They arrived promptly, brought all supplies with them and walked through with me to discuss what I wanted cleaning, then got to work. They both worked really hard for 3 solid hours. We have several pets and they did an amazing job cleaning up all the pet fur..

totally met want we were looking for. Cleaned things we hadn't been able to clean ourselves. Sparkling shower glass and stove tops. Very nice staff, and the owner was very pleasant when he came to give an estimate. Will be using again?

The two women who came to the house were professional, clean and courteous. Our house is 2 floors of carpet and 1 of hardwood, so lots of work. When they left, the entire house was clean. I was so impressed I have hired them to clean my house all the time.

They did an ok job of cleaning. It was not a "spring cleaning" which I had requested...baseboards etc. The people were very nice.

Janice contacted me immediately and was very patient until I chose the date that was right for me. She then came to walk through my home to be sure we were on the same page with what was needed. The cleaners then came and did everything I expected, a beautiful job, I'm very pleased.

Four Seasons sent two cleaners to my house. They arrived a bit later than I expected but worked well past the agreed-upon three hours to finish the job. They were pretty efficient, and cleaned especially well the areas that I asked them to focus on. I plan to hire Four Seasons again, and I'm glad I found them here.

Everything was excellent. The gentleman who came to my home to do the assessment was right on point, explained the services, went into detail about what would be done what would not. I had a once over done (coved by the $180 coupon) and signed up for by-weekly service, thus far everything has been spectacular. There was a mix up about the number of people originally sent to my home made a call they apologized and quickly remedied the situation. The work done in my home was fantastic, I am looking forward to continued excellent service.

Home had been neglected because of busy life and was in need of help to get it back to how we like it. Three angels arrived and started to work right away, like they were on a mission. One here, one there..... one over there. These ladies knew what they were doing and spent two hours cleaning every nook and cranny. Even made the beds and washed a few dishes too. I just told them what were areas of concern and got out of the way, gladly. We have used other maid services in the past, but none have lived up to this high standard. They are definitely coming back.

I've had numerous housecleaners in my life and this housecleaning experience has been the best by far. Four different individuals (two each time) have each done an excellent job. It's seems rare lately to have expectations met and very rare to have them exceeded! I will continue to use Four Season's for my housecleaning needs without a second thought. I initially used the coupon provided on Angie's List.

The problem with this company is how they go about setting expectations with their customers. In the end, the deal they offer is a total scam. Here's how it all went down: I recently had renters move out of my rental property. I was looking for a cleaning company on AL to perform a thorough, "move out," cleaning service. My rental house is 1,500sq ft, 1 bathroom, not much else to it. I budgeted $500 for the job. I came across Four Seasons on AL, who was well rated and offering two different coupons for services at the time. The "holiday cleaning" service was the closest thing offered to what I needed (note a "move out service" was not offered as a deal) so I purchased for $225 (which got me 6 hours or $275 worth of cleaning services). Given my budget, I thought I was off to good start and even though I was $225 out of pocket at this point, I still fully expected to spend my $500 total budget because when you work with contractors of any type, "things always come up." After buying the coupon, I hadn't heard from Four Seasons (about 24-36 hours had transpired) so I reached out to schedule the work. I spoke with Janice and we landed on a date/time. When discussing the service, however, Janice told me that "I had bought the wrong service" (I needed to buy 'move out' vs 'holiday' but the missing piece here is that 'move out' wasn't an option offered on AL), and that with the 'move out' service, cleaning of the windows, blinds, and baseboards was not included. I added these services on for a fee of "$45/hour per cleaner." Janice also disclosed how much the 'move out' service was. She said it was "$230 plus $45/hr per cleaner." At this point in the game, this was my current set of expectations: -Four Seasons would clean my house on 9/8 starting around 8:30am. -It would cost $230 for the appropriate service but I had a coupon for $225 so net cost = $5. -I was fully aware of the $45/hr per cleaner fee but this was a 1,500sq ft house! How could it possibly take longer than 6 hours for 2 people to clean it!? Regardless, I still budgeted for this and was prepared to pay for two additional hours (@ ~$90/each) which would have still kept me on budget. I get the invoice and it's for $810.00 less my $225 coupon. So I now owed them $535.00. The cleaning ladies were at the house from 8:30a - 5:30p or a total of 9 hours. So that's 3 hours over my coupon at $90/hr or an additional $180. So you would expect a bill for $230 + $180 or $410 less my $225 coupon, right? Nope. They charged me 9 hours at the full $90 per hour rate for a total of $810 then they deducted my coupon of $225 (which was worth 6 hours of cleaning!!). THIS IS WRONG AND A TOTAL SCAM. Janice and Nancy were nice and professional and the cleaning girls were very sweet. But I will never use this company again and I encourage you to look elsewhere for cleaning services. UPDATE 10/20/14: Upon seeing my review on AL, Four Seasons reached out to further understand my feedback. I took Janice through my perspective and she understood, and even agreed that the wording on the specific coupon I bought could've been better. She made things right by refunding me $180.00. I was really impressed that she reached out at all, let alone work with me on a concession. Given her upfronted-ness and willingness to make things right, I would work with Four Seasons again.

They came on time and were very thorough. I had purchased a $180 deal for housecleaning and it was well worth it.

I have to be time bound for my move in/move out. Time was of essence and I cannot wait. That is the reason why I had to request for a refund.

Everything went great. We had some issues with Angie's List lack of customer service from a mismatched coupon, but they were very accommodating and customer service on Four Seasons side was great. The cleaning service was also great - within the confines of the few hours I had purchased the two ladies who came to clean got a LOT done on an apartment that hadn't had a deep cleaning in a couple years. Baseboards were washed, floors washed, bathroom and full kitchen scrubbed, etc. Overall it was great!

I had a to do list and almost everything on the list was completed. Everything they did was done well and to my satisfaction. My only suggestion is if you use this company, most of the people cleaning do not speak English. Make sure the English speaking scheduler takes a specific list or provides translation during the first few minutes of the session. However, the things they cleaned were not a waste of time and overall they did an excellent job! I will certainly use this company again.

Two cleaners arrived timely and went straight to work on the bathrooms and kitchen they were very thorough and polite.

First thew owners of Four Seasons came and looked at our house and wrote up a plan and set a time for the two employees to come and do a deep cleaning. The deep cleaning was extremely well done. They cleaned things that I did not think any cleaners even knew about. After they completed the deep cleaning, we were so happy that we scheduled for them to come 2X monthly for ongoing cleaning. the employees who came were very professional and polite.

It was ok, what they got to cleaning I was happy with but I was disappointed by the amount of progress they made while at my home. For two people and three hours I'd anticipate they would get through more than two bathrooms, one kitchen, and a very light clean on part of the main floor.

They are pros and did a great job cleaning not just the easy stuff (surface areas) and also the areas you don't see right away.

It went very well. Previous cleaners have scratched our microwave, not cleaned our offices first in the house, didn't follow directions for cleaning the induction stove and low flush volume toilets (they have a special coating that only dishwashing soap should be used). These folks could follow the directions, did everything in the order we wanted with the appropriate materials, were on time, called to let us know when they were on their way, AND they do not seem to take a break or talk on their cellphones while here. They are quite efficient and do an excellent job. We have signed up for a cleaning every four weeks scheduled way in advance.

It went well. They sent these lovely cleaners who did a beautiful job. They were careful, methodical and cheerful.

They were supposed to show up at 9:00 but didn't show until 9:45 (no call or anything, but I'd sent an email the night before telling them I really wasn't ready so maybe we should cancel, so I thought that is what had happened). No explanation either. Once there they got right to work (the owner had asked for a list of what I wanted done a few days earlier, so I presume they were working off that, as they didn't ask). They did a really good job, and I am fairly particular, so am not often pleased by housecleaners (for what they charge I generally think they should do a better job, but these gals did a really good job). The house looked and smelled clean, and it was pretty dirty when they started. One thing I wasn't all that happy about was that neither of them seemed to speak or understand English. At one point I told one of them not to bother doing something and she smiled and said ok, and then just kept right on. Although later they did seem to understand another direction I gave. It's frustrating when you can't communicate with folks who are in your home to perform a service.... That's all. Overall they did a good job and I would definitely have them back, although I thought they were pretty spendy, even with the Angie's list "deal" it worked out to $30/hour/person.
