They did a good job. It has really good reviews on Angie's List, and when I called them to give me an estimate, they came out that very day or the next day, and they were great. They were very accommodating, and the price was right. There were no issues. He had quoted me 2 girls and 4 girls showed up and they didn't charge me extra. It took them 6 hours to do the job. I have used them again.

They cleaned the oven, the refrigerator, and got it move out ready. They did a great job, and it took them only 2 hours.

The cleaners did an excellent job and were thorough and efficient. Had a little communication issue as none of them spoke much English, if any. However, by using a lot of hand gestures , body motions of tasks, and pointing to what I wanted done they seemed to understand and completed the job well. Just needed to have a little patience to take the time and try to explain what I wanted done. I gave a B for professionalism due to the lack of English speaking skills. Price per hour per worker ($45) was higher than another bid I received from another company. However, I chose this company because during the free estimate walk-through with Marcelo, they seemed more professional and gave me a detailed written estimate about what they would do (the other company gave me a copy of their Angie's list score with an estimated price written on it, no details). Their estimate ended up being about $200 more than the actual amount for final billing when the service was completed, so that was a very nice surprise. I am very please with the service and would highly recommend them or use them again if the need arises.

They did not get back to me to arrange the first cleaning and estimate. I called a second time and they were responsive and courteous. The cleaning of my home was great. Very thorough and I did not see any thing wrong or any thing that they may have missed. Two weeks later, they arrived an hour or so later than I thought they would. The cleaning was at the same quality-level as the first visit. I really like their work.

Setting up the service was a pain as no one called me back after calling a few times over the course of a week. However, once I got a hold of them, they apologized saying they had no messages from me (I called the same number every time including the time I reached them) but they were happy to set up the service as soon as possible. The service itself was great and all involved were friendly.

I purchased a package on Angie's List for 2 cleaners for 3 hours of house cleaning. It took a while to get the cleaning scheduled, probably mostly due to my availability. Janice was patient with me and I was able to get an appointment that was very convenient for me. Once scheduled the cleaners arrived on time, took a quick tour of the house and got to work. I spent the time working in the garage and yard. I checked in once or twice and they were hard at work. They finished right on time and my house looks fantastic! I couldn't be more pleased. This is the first time I've hired house cleaners and I don't know why I waited so long. My house isn't a dump but it would have taken me two days to get it as clean as these ladies got it in 3 hours. I will call on Janice and Four Seasons Pro Cleaning again and will not hesitate to refer them to others. One of my coworkers is looking for a cleaner and I will tell him all about my experience tomorrow. Thank you Janice and Four Seasons!!!

A team of three cleaners came on time and stayed a little under 2 hours. I was most interested in having my kitchen and master bath deep cleaned, and they came out sparkling. The cleaners also worked on the living room, guest bath, and guest room, which wasn't required but was a nice touch. Overall they did a great job, and I got more than I asked for. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The team did a great job. They only missed the lampshades. Everything else was done well.

The cleaners were a little late because they had trouble finding my place, but they made up the time at the end. I wasn't expecting them to clean the inside of my microwave, so that was a nice surprise. However, the dusting left a little to be desired - I had to dust the living room after they left. They used their own cleaning supplies so it smelled different (not bad, just different) than when I do my own cleaning. It was a nice treat to have other people clean my house but for the money I'll probably just keep doing it myself.

They arrived on time. They were very thorough. The house just sparkled. Went so well, I contacted them to clean my house on a regular basis.

They did an amazing job and cleaned everything we asked and then some! I purchased the 3 hr cleaning for $180 through Angie's list, and they completed the job within that time. They were very professional and did a great job! I will certainly be scheduling them for a monthly service.

They were not available on the date that we wanted them to do the housecleaning. They were professional and responsive.

I had purchased a big deal for the offer, and it turned out good. It took a long time for me to schedule it, but they were fine once we scheduled. It took 2 months, but that wasn't their fault, I always called on a short notice. I thought they were great.

Fantastic! The work was extremely well done. It ended up taking them much longer than we had anticipated because of the thoroughness of their work. The owner of the company came to check on the work and because it was more time than planned we did adjust the price going from $225 - $280. I was more than happy to pay the additional amount because of the quality of the work. I would definitely use this company again with the expectation that any of the employees they send will have the same high standards of work. This seems to be a very well run company.

The two cleaning women arrived over an hour early, which was a bit stressful at first as I was still moving stuff out of my house but they worked around me very well. They did an amazingly thorough job. They were able to clean mold out of our shower that I hadn't been able to get despite my efforts. They wiped baseboards, shined the chrome, and left everything very clean. They cleaned around my remaining belongings and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again in my new house for maintenance cleaning. Highly recommended.

Four Seasons is best cleaning company I've hired. They did a deep cleaning of our house the day before it was put for sale, and by the end of their work the house was spotless. The cleaning women encouraged me to do a walk-through of the house once they were done, and I had absolutely nothing to point out (as much as I tried!) On top of that, Janice and Marcelo are the most delightful people to work with. The cleaning happened on the week when we closed on a new house, packed and moved, and put our house for sale. We had so much going on that I confused the time of the appointment I had with Marcelo to get an estimate for the cleaning, and so I didn't show up. Once I realized my mistake, I called to apologize and reschedule, and they handled the situation like if it was no problem at all. Then, due to an unexpected situation, we had a contractor do work on the house on the same day of the cleaning. Again, they were super flexible and managed to worked around him and still do their job as well as I could have hoped. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Four Seasons Professional Cleaning to anyone.

I have used Four Seasons Professional Cleaning for many years, and they are very reliable. Over the past 4 years, they have never canceled their cleaning service on the day requested and they continue to do a great job. They are very easy to work with. They always have accommodated my requests to change cleaning dates. The staff are very friendly and I am very pleased with their service.

They were unable to do the work I needed on the date I need it completed.

This is the third time I've used this provider and I've been happy each time. The women are very efficient and work hard. I used an Angie's List coupon. As before, I was most happy with their work.

The service turned out okay. They stayed within the $180 Big Deal purchase price. It started with a bit of confusion on my side on what I understood of what they actually did. I had a consultation with the sales person or one of the principals and identified some work that would be done. They did well but did not do the actual work that was discussed, and their English language skills were not good enough. I did not give up. I just did not persist too much. It was clear they did not understand. What had been discussed had not been communicated. They did a good general job and did not get to the specific areas that I wanted done. It was different than the specifications. There were certain things that we talked about that I was hoping to do after. I initially wanted a specific area cleaned. It was an attic area which was something they did not do. I do not know how I misunderstood. We talked about alternatives. What was discussed with the person that came out as opposed to what they came to do; they came to do general cleaning which they did an excellent job at. They were very friendly and professional. There were two workers one with no English language skills and the other has extremely limited. The price was good. They were very responsive. They were on time as promised. They were quite professional. Under the right circumstance, I would use them again.
