Four Seasons Pro Cleaning

Complete sham. I paid for this and couldn't get it booked forever. They insisted on coming over to do an estimate even though I was very clear that I just wanted the hours I paid for. They only wanted long-term service but I purchased this because my regular cleaning service was on vacation. They massively didn't prioritize getting me on the schedule when they found out I wasn't a long term client and now I'm out $180 for no work performed.

Pleased with their how thorough they were with attention to detail. Have not had such clean baseboards in years. Hard workers all. Good teamwork noted.

Bought the coupon for 2 cleaners, 3 hours for $180. Scheduling with Janice through angieslist messaging went smoothly. We set a date and she promised to have a crew out "around 8am". Well the day arrives, 8am, no crew. 9am, no crew. At this point I called the office to see what was going on. I was unable to reach anyone and left a message. After several additional attempts to contact I got a hold of someone at 9:30am who promised to look into what was happening. They called back a few minutes later to tell me the crew had gone to the wrong house. In the end the crew did not arrive until after 10am. The cleaners did a fairly good job, they did get to more areas than I had been expecting which was nice. Had a small issue with one of my stove igniters where they had allowed cleaner to get into the igniter causing it to not function properly. Thankfully I was able to wash it out with clean water and get it working. Overall given the quality of work done for the price I would likely hire them again. I can not however give a better grade than a C due to the 2 hour delay on arrival. There was obviously poor communication between the scheduler and the crew since they did not get the correct name and address. I don't feel that it should have taken as long as it did to get a hold of someone to find out why they hadn't arrived on time. I look forward to hopefully being able to leave a better review if I use their services again in the future.

Scheduling was rough... that's really all I can review. It's best as a timeline: 5/30: I purchase an Angie's List deal for 3 hours of cleaning. 6/5: I attempt to schedule cleaning for 6/15. 6/19: Having heard nothing for several weeks, I call them. I ask for an appointment for 6/26. The scheduler says she'll check availability, then call me later in the day to confirm morning or afternoon. I do not get a call back, so I assume I don't have an appointment. 6/26: After more radio silence, I get a call saying 'the cleaners are at your house.' I explain the situation, ask for my money back, and log in to Angie's List to investigate options for getting said money back (since the deal was purchased through the site). Upon doing so, I see an Angie's List message (instead of a phone call) confirming my appointment for 6/26. The message ends with "Could the cleaners start at 8 am.(sic)" which looks like a question. I'm surprised that after asking "How's 8am?" and not getting an answer, they chose to send cleaners to my house at 8am.

I was thrilled with the service. I had been injured and our two bathrooms had become quite dirty. The housecleaners did a thorough and careful job and everything shined once they had been here for two hours. They were punctual and spent the entire two hours engaged in cleaning. (I've used another company before that did not do this.) In addition, I really liked the scent of the products they used. The scent was a very soft, lemony one and it really SMELLED clean, as well as looked clean!

They did fantastic job. They were very detail oriented and through. They worked really hard to clean the whole house with the limited time. The bathrooms are shining and I am so happy!

Service was very good. I was especially happy about how my stainless steel appliances shined. My cleaning products and elbow grease never get as good as this cleaning did.l The only issue, and I scored this in terms of "Responsiveness" is that the cleaners spoke little English. When they first arrived and I had some questions/directions, hey had to call the office. Marcello was readily available to help translate. Once we all were on the same page, they cleaners went right to work and did an great job.

3 ladies arrived, although none spoke English so communication wasn't the best. Work completed on time and was properly done. Supervisor spoke English and came out to inspect job.

There was a mix up with times via email exchanges but they fixed that issue and showed up while I was at home to clean the house. they were fast and professional and did a good job.

they took awhile to get back to me, the 3 dates I requested were not available, waited about 3 weeks to get an appointment. contacted them. The 2 cleaning ladies were very polite and friendly and did a nice cleaning job. Once was even so nice as to attempt to get our cat back in the house after it went outside, once I noticed told her it was ok for cat to go outside. Be aware of the elapsed time of the cleaning. Our deal was for 2 cleaners for 3 hours for $189. Cleaners showed up about noon, they left at 3:39 pm. I was not aware if they took breaks throughout that block of time. I received a call from Four Seasons, they wanted to charge me an additional $45/hour per cleaner for the additional time! I asked, isn't it customary if there is to be extra services or time performed that result in extra charges, shouldn't I have been asked prior so I could either accept or deny? I was not asked. Furthermore, was it my responsibility to shoo the cleaners out the door upon the 3 hours elapsing (remember again, I wasn't sure if they had taken any sort of breaks throughout the cleaning). This was quite awkward. Keep your stop watches handy if you hire them. Again, the cleaning crew was wonderful!!

Cleaners arrived early but were very friendly and professional. They have sent different cleaners each time and some do not speak English, which makes it hard to communicate what I need done.

Janice came out earlier in the week, and gave me an estimate. The next day they had an opening, so they sent two people arrive and they cleaned the house top to bottom. They did an excellent job and we will be hiring them for scheduled service as well. They cleaned things that previous cleaners did not (top of lights, lamps, pictures, etc). They were very efficient and worked well as a team. All in all VERY happy. And they were able to deal with my dogs (putting them out/letting them in).

Four Seasons did a great job. This was a move out clean and we were unable to be there when then did the work. They did a fantastic job and made it easy on us. I would hire them again.

The set up was fast via email although I would have preferred a phone call to get things worked out all at one time. The cleaning team arrived on time and began work immediately. Everything cleaned was done well and they were able to get my guest bathtub cleaner than I have in 5 years! Wonderful. I would use this service again and recommend to friends.

Although they were a few hours early, everything went great. They did a great job. They were quiet and unobtrusive.

The cleaning team arrived early, yikes!, but it was okay. They went right to work and cleaned for 3 hours. My home was spotless. this was the first time I had a cleaning service and didn't know what to expect. I always considered myself a pretty good housekeeper, but I don't have the energy to clean the whole house at one time anymore. They cleaned things that I had let slide. It was great. I decided to have them come on a regular basis. I have had them back two more times and had a different cleaning team each time. I was initially a bit upset about this, but found that it was actually to my advantage since each team seems to focus on different areas...and each team was equally very nice.

What went well: Very thorough on dusting and vacuuming, worked nearly the entire time, even dusted things I didn't ask to be dusted. They were very polite and nice. It helped that I speak some Spanish. What went not so well: I was adamant with them that the floors (los pisos) were the highest priority. At the end, when I inspected the work, I reached down to the floor and wiped cat hair and dirt off the floor with my hand. They did not wet mop at all. I have a back injury that makes mopping very painful for me. So, I got out my swiffer mop and put a wet wipe on it and one of the maids then wet mopped the floors and stairs right before leaving. After they left, I saw one of the bathtubs/showers had not been cleaned at all, had to scrub that out myself. Overall = C+

I exchanged several email messages with Janice, the owner, to schedule a time that would work. When I called her after the first message, she never returned the call, but she responded reasonably quickly to messages via Angie's List and had cleaners available. But she didn't answer my message about who she would be sending out. They were scheduled to arrive "around 8," which ended up being 9 am. This didn't end up being a problem, but it could have depending on my schedule for the day. Based on reviews I was prepared to speak Spanish with the cleaners. Turns out their English was just fine, but maybe that's not true with everyone who works there. They worked for 3 hours and did an excellent job. I was impressed with how efficiently and thoroughly they cleaned the kitchen. And they dusted areas in the house that hadn't been touched in months. They unfortunately didn't have time to clean the laundry room floor, which really needed it, but I have a large house and 3 hours isn't enough to get it all done. I appreciate that they prioritized and cleaned properly and thoroughly rather than rush through and sort of cover everything. They ignored two upstairs bedrooms that I told them didn't need to be done. I will probably hire them again, even though it's a bit more expensive than I would like for the regular price rather than the special deal. But this house is larger than my previous one, so I think their rates are reasonable given the job.

Four Seasons did an amazing job cleaning my home. It was an immense mess and they focused on the areas I requested and even some I didn't. Unfortunately they had a lot of clutter & pet hair to work around but they did so beautifully. They were professional and thorough. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. I absolutely plan to use them in the future!

I thought the cleaners were respectful and thorough - I was happy with my clean house when they left. I didn't find anything that I was not happy with.

this was the best house cleaning I could have asked for. when they were finished the house went on the market for sale and sold in three day at !!k over the asking price. These guys are awesome and should be used if you want to turn a used house into a new one....

2 cleaners did a marvellous job bringing all appliences back to like new condition. They did exactly what I asked then to do. They also cleaned all baseboards, blinds, and doors, cabinets. It is now ready to be painted due to their fabulous job.
