Four Seasons Professional Cleaning does an excellent job. They send Maria and Beatriz every other week. They are great!. I could not be more pleased. They are professional, polite and pay attention to details. I have used them for over 3 years and continue to love their service.

I think they did an okay job otherwise I would have complained. It was right around the purchase time that they came out. No additional charges. I think there responsiveness was pretty good. I'm good with there quality.

I was really pleased with the work that was done. The 2 workers were very professional and hard working. They were on time. I would have used them again however, an antique lampshade was accidentally broken (which they told me immediately). As soon as it happened they called their manager the manager asked to speak with me. I spoke with her and she said it was just a lampshade no big deal. (She took it very lightly and no apologies). I want to point out that these 2 women who cleaned were outstanding and should in no way be penalized for an accident (which I told the manager right away). The manager was very rude. I would use this company again if I didn't have to deal with the manager.

They crew arrived on time, were every respectful of our property. They got right to work and completed the tasks we specifiedi in plenty of time

The company was very punctual in responsiveness and felt it was a good price. I did not use the service as I had an unrealistic expectation but thought if they could fit me in the 2 day window, that would have been great. As with all good services, this was not possible and not their fault. They did try though which is why I am giving them a good review.

The two that arrived were very polite and did an amazing job. If you need a light or deep housecleaning, I would recommend them. I felt that the price was worth the cleaning that they did. They were thorough, did not break anything, and did exactly as I asked. Thanks!

I bought this as a discounted housecleaning deal on Angie's List (I think!- could have been Amazon) expecting 2 cleaners for 3 hours. They got lost and called in several times to their office. I talked with the office manager several times- gave directions. they were not even near my area, and the driver seemed to have difficulty reading street signs. Finally the manager went to find them and lead them here. 3 people showed up for 2 hours- were rushed, and not interested in any instructions from me. The manager was pleasant, professional and polite and tried to handle an unfortunate situation as best she could. I have payed for other similar housecleaning service at a much lower rate. So I felt especially under these circumstances that the price was too high. can't imagine it was discounted :( There was an apology from the manager but no other attempt to make amends in any way. I don't really know this company nor these people, but wouldn't recommend them, nor use them again myself. I prefer to be at home when there are cleaners- and am retired, so don't need to be away at work or anywhere else. There are areas that we don't want touched, or no cleaners need to be concerned with (we have shelf after shelf of books that don't need dusting!) - the house is 1 story and we don't smoke or have pets. We keep it relatively clean ourselves, so there isn't heavy dirt to be dealt with.

The provider was very accomodating with the "long distance and third party" arrangements. My daughter in law called after the service was completed.... "Wow! the house looks great ! What a nice gift!".... so I do plan to use Four Seasons as maybe a "new Christmas tradition".... The lady that runs the business is very pleasant to talk to on the phone. **** The service was arranged from my home in Tucson for my kids' home in Seattle (not sure how to "check the right box" below)

The job was completed professionally and thoroughly. Everything gleamed and was done well. Very happy with hard wood floors which were spotless and squeaky clean.

The town home looks like it is brand new and so clean that you could eat off the floors.

They worked hard and did an excellent job in the time they had.

They did a great job cleaning our house top to bottom before an inspection. It was spotless and really nice to come home to such a clean place. I would recommend Four Seasons Cleaning and will work with them again in the future!

The two ladies showed up on time, did a fabulous job, and left within the two hour time frame. I esp want to commend how well they cleaned the kitchen, taking out the heating elements from the stove and shining up the catch pans underneath. GREAT JOB.

Fantastic. Cleaners showed up, were friendly, efficient, and thorough. Services included cleaning of bathrooms (toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, floors, cabinet surfaces), vacuuming and dusting all rooms, kitchen floor, counters, sinks, stovetop, microwave. Organizing kids toys, making beds. Basically everything except windows, inside stove/fridge, and laundry. We loved their work so much we signed up for monthly cleaning after using an Angie's list coupon for initial service. Price is not the cheapest on Angie's list, but very reasonable in my opinion given the rating and quality of service.

It was okay. I hired them to come on a regular basis.

The cleaning came out great. They focused on the kitchen and bathrooms and then moved to the additional areas. I am happy with the level of service that was provided. They were able to clean our 2200 sq. ft. home in the time allotted.

I recently hired four seasons pro cleaning to clean my house and take pictures before and after of EVERY area / surface of the house and provide them to me. The photos were a requirement, stated several times in writing and on the phone, which the vendor agreed to. This is all documented in writing both in your Angies List email tool, and in other email messages. They did not deliver. I received a grand total of 17 pictures, many of which were duplicate shots of the same area. Many were closeups - of a light switch for example. I received no pictures of 95% of the house. I got no photos showing different views (showing the four walls, floor, and or ceiling) of any room. No pictures of any bedroom. No pictures of hallways, no pictures of bathroom other than a closeup of one tiny spot of soap scum. No photos of living room. No photos of basement landing or stairway, no photos of half of the kitchen, no photos of half of the basement. Also received a bill for $492.75 LOL!! This vendor was confronted several times in writing on the day of the job, while the employees were still inside my home, that the job was incomplete with all the missing photos, and they refused to complete it yet insisted on charging me for it. I refused to pay for an incomplete job. I have been informed that this vendor has placed a lien on my home for $1,199 on 7/31/15. I look forward to you using all powers within your capabilities to insist that this vendor removes this lien immediately, and I hope that you will punish this vendor to the full extent of your ability so that this fraud can?t happen to any one else!! And I will never use Angie's List again!

It was not easy to schedule and needed several phone calls. The services was good.

I called and left a message asking for a bid for house cleaning. They never called back. I specifically joined Angie's List so that I could find pseudo pre-qualified contractors and not waste my time. This was a dud.

About two months after they did the job I noticed that the faucets in my bathtub were pitted and looked like they had began to corrode. I called them and asked them about it and they came back to clean them again but they told me that it was due to condensation. They told me that when you take a shower you need to dry it off afterwards. I want to praise them for coming out and fix the for me with a special solution and left some for me to use in the future. I highly recommend them! I was truly pleased!

Except for a mix-up on the confirmation (we requested 4 hours of cleaning, not 2.5 hours), it went very well.
