Four Seasons Pro Cleaning

We had an excellent experience with Four Seasons cleaning from scheduling through completion. They were able to squeeze us in over a holiday weekend. Two pros showed up on time, worked hard for 4 hours and left our house sparkling! They even cleaned out our disgusting fridge which should have been it's own 4-hour task.

We contracted with Four Seasons to do a move out cleaning for our busy son and daughter-in-law. From the first phone contact, the owner was very business-like and pleasant. Our daughter-in-law reported the cleaned apartment looked great. We were very pleased--both with the professionalism of the business in making the arrangements and with the actual work done.

It was good. Just one of them one of the girls she is not sorry it's not a big deal for me but one of them like taking direction on what needs to be done or as getting as much done, it was okay no problem.

Four Season's did a very good job cleaning our home. They were prompt and got right to work and were very respectful of our hime. We had them concentrate on our bathrooms and kitchen, but they completed a good overall job on the whole house. I was very pleased with the final result.

Fantastic!! I love these people. Great communication and even better work. I initially called them directly and left a voicemail, they called back the next day and scheduled the estimate. She arrived right on time and did a walkthrough. She gave me a quote at that time. I've hired other in the past tan the price i was quoted was very competitive. I booked them for service and we worked out the scheduling right then. They arrived for the first appointment right on time. The team was fantastic and very thorough. They are friendly, professional, and tended to every detail. My house looks fantastic!

We had three individuals, a man and two women. Some communication issues, but they were very hard working. Not remarkable, but effective. Detailed cleaning was acceptable. We didn't have to give much supervision. The entire cleaning took about two hours for the 1,800 SF home. We probably would use them again.

They were amazing and took care of everything we needed/wanted. It was so simple to get them set-up and they did all the work while my husband and I were both at work. It was amazing coming home to a spotless house. They even folded the toilet paper!!! I am signing them up for regular service!

I purchased an Angie's List Deal for Four Seasons. I didn't hear from anyone for a couple days so I reached out, finding their email on their website. They were very prompt in responding back and scheduled right away during my ideal time. Two members of their team showed up on time and were very nice. I showed them around the house, they got right to work and seemed very efficient. They did a very nice job. We had just moved in about 3 months prior and we had the entire 3200 sq ft house interior painted, but had not done a great job doing any deep cleaning as we've been very slow at getting everything in place and organized. Plus we have two cats who like to get hair on everything. The team did great and the place is spotless. They did everything I wanted, including vacuuming the furniture of the cat hair and making the bed, in addition to dusting, mopping, vacuuming, bathrooms/showers/tubs etc. So happy and very worthwhile. Will likely be reaching out for weekly cleanings.

I was disappointed after purchasing an offer on Angie's List. They need to specify the service area they are covering. Angie's List lists them as servicing my area but they told me they don't. They need to update there service area with Angie's List or not offer specials.

Excellent job done at the level of detail I had hoped for. "light cleaning areas", upon my request, i.e.. dusting and vacuuming, done at level of excellent cleaning, including beds and laundry area that I had not emphasized. Deep cleaning actually done so I did not feel I had to go over it (cat hair is usually a challenge!) Very pleasant and hard working staff, on time, very organized and made excellent use of the time. I purchased cleaning on Angie's list deal, representative of company in touch within 2 days of my contact to review work and set date, with followup call to confirm date and time prior to arrival. Excellent throughout!!

They visited my apartment to provide a price quote. The price was both excessive for my situation, and indexed on person-hours rather than what I care about, which is the apartment simply being cleaned. The quoted rate was a multiple of what I'm paying for my current service, which is equally-highly-and-frequently rated on Angie's List (but is inefficient in scheduling). The reason for most of the price difference was that Four Seasons wants to sell me cleaning *hours*, and I am buying a clean apartment. My current service understands this and they clean the apartment for half the effort Four Seasons thinks it should need. Other than being excessively overpriced for my situation, they were responsive, courteous and professional in our brief interaction. If what I saw predicts the quality of their cleaning, I would be happy to pay a premium to use their service, but only if they price by result achieved with efficient effort, rather than by labor hours. They can make more profit this way, and reward customers who keep a clean lightly-used house.

I'm torn between rating B or C overall. I purposely stayed home the whole 3 hours they were here so they could ask me any questions, which I encouraged them to do. Unfortunately, they didn't. They didn't bother to ask me which of my garbage containers were recycle, which were compost, and which were garbage (though I'd think they could have been able to tell by looking at the contents.) Instead, they dumped all my various garbage and recycle contents to 2 big garbage bags and without asking me, put those garbage bags in my one little garbage bin, so it was full for the week, several days before the garbage came. Managed to unplug my internet connection on my PC and also break the volume control knob on a PC audio speaker so now very awkward to control the volume on the speaker. None of this was mentioned to me when they left though I don't see how one could break the knob without noticing. Also, one of them, cleaning my black grill, apparently didn't realize it is black when clean and scratched off a lot of the black coating. Again, could've asked but didn't and no mention of damage when left. Next time I'll try to inspect more closely when work is done before tipping. I don't think the problem was language. I think they just felt it was easier to guess rather than ask questions.

I was pretty happy with their work. There were no additional fees but I did give them a tip. There were two workers. They came out in January. I would have liked to pay less for such a small home.

There were additional costs. They ended up taking and hour and a half to 2 hours more so I paid them at the hourly rate. I probably wouldn't use them again because it was almost a month after the services before the supervisor reached out to me to see how things went. I was kind of disappointed in that.

It went great! They exceeded our expectations with the little details. The rose shaped folding of the toilet paper rolls. They organized my daughters stuffed animals on her bed which was helpful and adorable.

Very clean and accomplished all that I had requested.
