Description of Work: I asked them to prepare house for listing, complete move out. Everything was sparkling and they also had to work around the movers on the same day as well. I am very pleased.

Description of Work: we used a coupon which made it affordable. at this price we would use them regularly but without the couon they are way more expensive than informal cleaning with a self-employed cleaner and yet not really better.

Description of Work: I used Four Seasons for a move out cleaning for a 3 story townhome. They were able to enter the property via key, which was super great for me, as I was at work during my scheduled appointment. Post cleaning, the only thing I was surprised by was that the hardwood floors were not cleaned -- perhaps just vaccumed. This detail could have been in the fine print I didn't read. Otherwise, everything looked amazing, especially the kitchen appliances! Would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: I have a 1,800 sq. ft. home, 3 bedroom, 2 bath. They cleaned this house before I moved in about 1 year ago and did such a good job I decided to have them come back. Two women came and were here for about 4 hours cleaning everything. I have lots of stuff on bookcases and they cleaned that, cleaned kitchen appliances, and a lot of wood trim and wood doors. They were efficient and thorough.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. There was a scheduling mix-up where I was initially told 8:30 a.m. by the person who booked the appointment. The scheduler wasn't aware and scheduled me for 12:30. I had taken the morning off work to be there to let them in, so it was a bit of a hassle.

Description of Work: 2 cleaners arrived 1/2 hr late; I thought they would have been thoroughly briefed via owner (to whom I spoke the day before); I described house as owned by elderly man who died 3 mo ago, since then nephew living there, but evicted today as essentially he was squatter; told owner for them to concentrate on kitchen + 1 1/2 baths;kitchen is 10x10, bath 7x12 so not big; old man had been cooking yrs with grease,etc so kitchen had lots gummy surfaces; cleaners did ok job but felt that in 2 1/4 hrs they were there, result would have been better---they used regular wipe/squeezie?? for floor when felt they should have used steam mop!! Really should have used steam cleaner on counters too as they were gummy in lots of places when they left; underside of oven handle very gummy. Inside of frig was originally filthy, they cleaned it well but parts of outside were still gummy when they left. I was late in arriving but owner's son let them in initially; one "cleaned" the master, not window(as I'd discussed w/ company owner), she never vacuumed and I found mid-wall height cobwebs in corner. Realize kitchen was in worse shape than I had expected but 2 people cleaning for over 2 hrs means better results in my mind. I was "so-so" impressed, owner's son was very unhappy

Description of Work: Two women arrived on time and cleaned for a couple of hours, including my carpeted living room, halls, and stairs, and my bathroom and kitchen. They were thorough and efficient and followed instructions doing more than was asked for. Description of Work: I have used these cleaners for several years. They are definately not the best I have ever had, they work as fast as they can (2 people / 3200 sq ft house) and blast through in about 2 hours. The house is clean and dusting is well done. They sometimes rush through the bathrooms and don't clean the grout.

Description of Work: Janice and her team have been cleaning our house for about two years. They show up promptly, work hard, do a nice job and are always terrific to work with in scheduling. She ensures her team does the extra projects we need done like fridge cleaning etc and that they focus ons special areas when asked.
