He was extremely thorough and looked into the issue, but in the end I did not need the work done. I would use him again in the future if I needed to.

Pete did a great job, was very professional, and responed in a timely manner.

It went fine. He works quickly and spent time answering some unrelated plumbing questions that I had. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and a very personable man.

Came on the day called. I had to leave a key for them as I had to go to work and the valve had to be repaired and replaced ASAP (I'd turned the water off when, at midnight, I'd discovered the leak). When I returned home that evening, I found a bill sitting on my counter along with a note explaining what he'd found and what he'd done to repair. The bill could have been any price as I would not have known what needed to be done, the time taken, or what repairs had been necessary. And there lay the bill with a very reasonable amt. along with detailed explanation of the repairs and the cause for the problem in the first place. Ethical, honest, and so appreciated. I would definately feel very comfortable using this firm again and recommending them to others.

I used Pete twice within a two month period, based on his good reviews on Angie's List and my good experience the first time. The first time he repaired a water line to a new refrigerator. The second time, he removed an old toilet and installed a new one. Both times he returned my phone call very promptly and scheduled the work for early the next day. He was prompt, cheerful, hard-working, and skillful. He finished the work in short order and cleaned up after himself. He is also a pleasant human being!

When I called them back after getting the estimate to have the work done, suddenly the price went up almost 200 dollars. I told them I would get back to them, but did not, and then they started calling me, but I did not talk with them. I never met him and just talked to him on the phone, but he was very prompt about returning phone calls. I was not happy about the fact that he changed the price though and he was a little bit too aggressive also.

I would highly recommend Pete and Forest Ridge Plumbing. In December, we had a frozen pipe due to a faulty valve, which caused a pipe to break and leak in the attic. Pete responded quickly -- he arrived less than 2 hours after I called! Pete replaced the valve and spliced in a new section of pipe. He worked quickly (important, since he charged by the hour) to complete the repair. Items 2 and 3 were additional items that he fixed while he was here. He had all the necessary tools and parts to complete the jobs in slightly over 1 hour. I liked his professionalism and efficiency.

The owner's name was Pete. He was very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He came on time. He was courteous. He cleaned up any mess. I would use him again

This is the second time we have had Pete do some plumbing work for us. When I made the initial call, Pete was extremely courteous and helpful. When I explained what I wanted to have done, Pete asked pertinent questions. When I asked for his advice between various models of faucets and disposals I had already investigated, he demonstrated a real knowledge of various products and models. His suggestions helped me to make my final selections. When we arranged for the installation date for the next day, Pete mentioned that he already had a plumbing appointment earlier in the day, but he expected to be done within a couple of hours. He called us around 10:30 a.m. and indicated that he could come right away. Since we had already been without running water in the kitchen for several days, we were delighted. Pete arrived and immediately got to work. He was fully prepared for the tasks ahead. This saved trips back out to the truck. Pete is very efficient. He knows exactly what he needs to do. Pete is very courteous, friendly and helpful. One real bonus is his neatness. He cleans up as he goes along. We asked for his advice on the new fixtures for the bath, and again he was most helpful. He told us exactly what we needed to get and patiently waited while I wrote everything down. We were delighted with all aspects of his work, and will definitely call him the next time we have plumbing needs. My husband says this guy really knows his stuff!

They were very reasonably priced, very prompt and very clean. He was very professional and I will have him come back. His work was reasonable and I was not let down at all.

I choose this company because of all the positive reports they had on Angie's List. He did a quick and wonderful job! I plan on using him for my bathroom vanity sink, when I have it put in. Everything works great and Pete was very was very pleasant, friendly and caring to work with. I recommend Pete highly!

I would give them excellent across the board. They were very good, courteous, professional, and always on time. I would recommend them and use them again.

Although he didn't actually come out to my home, he saved me a TON of money by walking me through my possible leak sources over the phone.

Pete was great. Replaced the parts in my toilet and put in a new handle. We don't have to hold it down to flush anymore.

Happy with everything. I have 3 bathrooms; 2 were backing up; lived here for 1-1/2 years. He looked at the 2 that needed to be snaked and went to the other bathroom to look. I asked him not to it was fine. I saw him make a couple of adjustments. I paid him and he left, and the 3rd toilet backed up, so I called him and told him the toilet was acting up and he said he never touched it. He did; he asked to come back out because of the problem and he stated it was probably a coincidence. I did not have them come out since I did not want to pay anymore money to get it fixed.

Pete responded promptly to my initial call and did a great job keeping me informed on when he thought he would be able to get out to my house and complete the job. Great communication and showed up when he said he would. He was incredibly efficient with his time and did a great, thorough job. I felt like he was willing to put in the effort to do the job right and not interested in cutting corners. I was very pleased with his work - efficient, thorough and considerate.

He is always prompt. He stands by his work and explains things to us thoroughly. He answers questions and returns phone calls promptly.

I had purchased a hose that I thought would fit, however it was the wrong type, but Pete had a hose in his work vehicle which he used at no extra charge above his usual fee.

Pete from Forst Ridge responded promptly to my request for some minor plumbing work. He was able to come sooner then other plumbers said they would. He worked with my schedule. He complete the minor repair in short time and allowed me to get to work on-time. The work was very professional and he explained everything he did.

I called Pete to have him come out and fix the leaking mechanism, but he strongly suggested replacing the entire system inside the tank, as his previous experience with replacing just parts of a pressure-assist system usually ended up becoming total replacements (with big labor charges for multiple trips trying to fix it piecemeal). He said to call him back when the replacement system arrived and he could install it for us easily. After being unable to locate the part locally, I called the company phone number listed on the tank insert, and found out the product was under a service advisory--they sent me a new one free, and said that we ought to be able to install it ourselves following their directions. We were able to do it in only a couple of hours start to finish. Pete gave good, forthright advice, but ended up talking himself out of a job. Will call him back with any future plumbing issues.

We were originally alerted to the leak by a heating technician that had worked in our crawlspace. Pete offered to come out as soon as we called, but due to our schedule we deferred until late in the week. He was punctual, friendly, found the issue quickly and fixed it efficiently. We couldn't be happier and will definitely use his services again should we need them!

We had a leaky stop valve that would not seal on the pipe coming out of the wall. Pete fixed it, replaced the other a my request, and hooked up the faucet in about half an hour. He is fast and efficient. He kept me informed on his arrival time. I was very pleased with his work.

This is a man of no wasted motion and I don't believe he paused from one job to the next. Very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and neat. He answered my questions without stopping what he was doing and did the job for a lot less than I had expected. After reading the reports on both Angie's List and Consumer Checkbook, I believed this was a man that walked on water and he really does. I will recommend him very highly.

He is like magic, I look for plumbing problems so I can have him come out. He looks like he just walked out of the shower every time he come over. He does a beautiful job every time he is here and we have never had any problems with any of our plumbing after the fact.
