Only issue is that the promised price (which carefully says does NOT include certain code required items) was severely escalated about $500 by the required items which I understand are required in most of King county.

Description of Work: They replaced the old 50-gallon water heater with a new one. From the first responder to the technician who did the installation, it was done with professionalism. The old water heater was installed 15 years ago by FAST too. Amazingly the first responder was able to pull up the 15-year-old record as soon as I provided our address. That is what I call "well-run company"! |

Description of Work: I had a hot water heater replaced. Scheduled an appointment a week previous for a Saturday morning appointment. Got a voicemail Friday night that I needed to confirm a schedule change for Saturday afternoon. I was on hold for almost half an hour before I got someone on the phone. |The only compliant I have is the long wait times whenever I called. When I did reach someone they were always courteous. The installer that came by was professional and did an excellent job. FAST provides a good value for the money and I would use them again.

Description of Work: We purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for a new water heater plus installation for $799. But Gus at Fast Water Heater explained that there were special problems replacing a water heater in our manufactured home as compared to a stick built home. Building permits are required from Labor and Industries and a lot of updates are needed to meet the new state codes for manufactured home. Of course we were dismayed and concerned. But Fast Water Heater people handled all the legal details for us and did a prompt and excellent job. Even though it cost more than we had expected, we are very happy with the excellent service we received.And the new water heater works great. | | |

Description of Work: Sold and installed a new electric water heater. Their representative, Gustavo Luna, was very informative and helpful during the decision making process.

Description of Work: Water heater sprung a leak on Friday night. On Saturday morning we called a couple water heater companies and Fast was the first to respond. They were Fast and came out that day to install a new 10 year water heater. They also gave us the upgrades we needed by law. No problems with water heater since then. Would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: They were great, but the cost was considerably higher than originally expected--not their fault--the old heater had not been properly installed. We were informed of this over the phone, and so were suitably prepared. My husband (Mr.Picky) watched the whole operation from start to finish, and was very happy with the result.

Description of Work: When I told them I lived in a triple wide mobile home, they said the special did not apply to mobile homes. I tried to find out if an equivalent discount could be given. they hemmed and hawed...and finally came up with a price nearly twice what installation in a stick home would be. They simply did not want to be bothered.

Description of Work: Removed old water heater, re routed gas pipes, installed new water heater, and brought it up to code. Work was well done and service was great.
