It went very quickly! The new one was installed and old one was taken away in about an hour.

It was a pleasant experience overall. The staff was friendly and professional and patient with questions I need to know. I recommend Jesus and fast water heater company if you need a hand.

Better than expected. Called on a Saturday. Plumber arrived Sunday morning exactly on time. He was professional, personable, and got the job done in less than 2 hours. 100% satisfied and would recommend to others.

Terrific! Chad and his assistant Steven did a great job with a very challenging installation. My water heater is on a landing about 12 feet above the garage floor. They used a winch to remove the old water heater and then install the new. Chad managed to complete the installation, installing new earthquake straps, a new drip pan, a new exterior drain, etc., with only minimal space to maneuver in. Bravo!! Thanks so much.

Perfect, timely install. Company rep actually answered their phone! The WH was still under warrant and he scheduled avsame day replacement install and haul away. Tim arrived a few hours after initial contact and all work was completed within a few hours. Tim was very professional, competent, and efficient. FAST never asked us how we used water and sold us more than we needed right off the bat. Then when it failed less than a year later, they replaced it "under warranty" but also charged us $900. The heater failed because we had gotten some water in the basement, but knowing that, instead of suggesting something safer, they just set us up to fail again. Less than a year later the replacement failed again and they want to charge us yet again for service. We have given them multiple opportunities to make this right and they have been awful to deal with every time. They are also very rude on the phone, and the male employees treated my wife with condescension and disrespect. If you are a woman and don't want to be condescended to or taken advantage of, avoid FAST Water Heater. If you want to hire someone who actually wants to engage with their customers to provide products and services that they need, and stand behind them, avoid FAST Water Heater.

I generally expect a standard product when I hire a contractor and am prepared to be absolutely pleased with a satisfactory outcome. What I didn’t expect was Tim. Tim was the best, friendliest, most professional plumber I could have asked for and his work was outstanding. I would 100% hire Fast Water Heater again solely based on this experience. If they had 100 Tim’s they’d dominate the market.

Techs arrived promptly, were professional, explained everything clearly to me, did the job quickly and efficiently, cleaned up afterwards, showed me what they'd done and were in and out in about a couple hours. Everything one could ask for! I like that they take care of the permit requirements, and know the bylaws (had to add an expansion tank as required). Office staff were also quick to respond to my inquiry and followup. Would definitely use them again.

Everyone was incredibly helpful and professional. The phone customer service person answered all our questions and got everything set up for next day replacement. Day of, Tim called in advance and was 15 minutes early. He was fast, friendly, efficient and professional, making the whole experience easy. I would definitely use them again.

Fast Water Heater was great! Not only were they able to give me the most affordable price, but Tim F. was lovely to work with. I really appreciated how he was polite, good-humored, patient, willing to answer any question, and very careful with my condo. From parking, going up/down a few stairs, entering the building, moving through halls and elevator, and within my condo itself -- Tim was careful, clean, and respectful! And, unlike some other plumbers who wanted to snake a hose through my whole condo and off the balcony, Tim was able to drain my water heater with a pump into my bathtub. I tested everything out after Tim left, and it's all working great. I'd definitely recommend them and work with them again! Thank youa

Discovered a leak at the bottom of the water heater tank, late Tuesday night. I called our leasing company Wednesday morning and they had a rep from Fast Water Heater Company reach out shortly after. The rep on the phone was professional, courteous, and patient with me. A few hours later Charles (Chuck) called to tell me he was thirty minutes out. Chuck showed up and promptly found the leak and gave full details of what he would do next. Chuck was professional, courteous, and calm-natured and that really helped my worries subside. He is definitely an expert at his craft! The installation was top-notch and his service and skill are what any homeowner can only hope for! I truly appreciate everything, Chuck!! I would never hesitate to recommend this incredible company and the stellar service provided by Chuck!

I'm very pleased with Caleb and Fast Water Heater. One of the most important things in service is to set expectations so there are few to no surprises. They were upfront about the process, pricing, code requirements and possible expenses to meet them. Caleb presented me with the code problems after inspecting, explained the costs in addressing them and why and asked to proceed. They went about work quickly and deliberately, the finished product is clean and professional looking. Very much appreciated when dealing with a frustrating event like a leaky water heater.
