Our old water heater stopped working and we hand no cold water. I called and he came the next day. He did an excellent job installing my new water heater. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything on what he was doing. He had the best customer service. He definitely went above and beyond. I will definitely be referring him to my friends and family.

We went to Home Depot to look into replacing our gas hot water tank, which surprisingly lasted 24 years. We were given the number to Fast Water Heater Co and made the appointment. Adam came out, and after explaining all of the details on the pricing, got started and finished in less than two hours. Excellent service, fast and we are happy with the results.

I had water leaking everywhere, Jesus came out the next day and walked me through the whole process, gave me multiple price options depending on what I wanted (expansion tank, drip pan, etc.) And did an amazing job! Made a request via Home Depot on Monday, Jesus arrived on Tuesday and completed the job. Removed existing hot water tank, installed new hot water tank and expansion tank. Answered a couple of questions for me, showed how to ignite and shutdown the heater. Was within the budget quoted to me over the phone. Offered a couple of upgrades which I declined. Jesus did not pressure me at all to upgrade.

The installer, Adam arrived on time. He was pleasant and professional. He made certain that all my questions were answered before he began. He took care to ensure that the work he was doing was clean and not disruptive. He was really fast and explained thoroughly how everything worked.

I have mixed feelings about this service. The service professional Scott *** who scheduled the appointment is very friendly and professional. He asked relevant questions to ensure we identify the right models and the detailed installation conditions in the house and put it on the morning of 4/9/2022, with a quote of $2,709 + tax. Then the service professional Brandon *** came in the morning of 4/9/2022 and quickly said he can't do the job and he needs to come back tomorrow 4/10/2022 with a different model, plus he needs to cut holes in the ceiling with an additional $500 charge, and he said it would take him more than 4 hours to do the installation and the price should be $3,709 + tax. Then Brandon came in the morning of 4/10/2022, spending less than 2 hours to finish the job, without having to cut the hole on the ceiling at all - he said he was creative and found a trick to just open 2-3 inches on the ceiling, which was in stark contrast to cut a big hole on the ceiling with a $500 the day before; right before he starts the job before we open the garage for him to come in, he said it will take him 3-4 hours; but he entered into the house at 9:40 am and left 11:38 am less than 2 hours. It just made me feel Brandon is very dishonest, all he wanted is to jack up the price of more than $1,000 for no good reason. I would avoid working with this kind of service person.

Brandon was professional explained to me all the details of the work and gave me multiple options and suggestions. They responded really fast and I just call 7 am and job was done by 1 pm will hits them again as I did today had job done 18 years ago too thank you

Buying and installing a new hot water heater is no one’s idea of a great time, but these guys made it as enjoyable as possible! Fast (like their name), professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

Tim and Abraham replaced my water heater under warranty work. I wish I had just had them install it the first time! They made sure I had a blow off pipe installed to code, and replaced the hoses. It was only 8 months after I had it installed the new heater, but Rheem sent them to replace it. Tim was fantastic, sweet, and full of energy. They had to haul the old one up a set of stairs (including a corner!) and bring the new down those same stairs. They replaced my earthquake straps, adjusted the electrical wiring, and cleaned everything up. I cannot recommend them enough. If you speak to the scheduler (Kyle, what a fabulous guy), be sure to request Tim. He is by far the best and most thorough person on their team. He even ensured the hose was reattached to my properly aligned drip pan (pardon the terrible mess, I made a moat wall around my water heater because it kept leaking) so it could drain directly into the basement floor drain! Lots of attention paid to detail!l

Excellent service, replaced a water heater in one day. Very open about costs and options. Because it was an emergency we didn't quote this out but felt that we were dealt fairly. The technician was knowledgeable and also gave options which we could accept or not. The work was done quickly and properly even though a second person had to come to help remove the original water heater. The interaction between the two seemed to indicate that they enjoyed what the do and the company they are working for. We would use again.
