Samuel Chavez was a complete professional. I'm an electrician and I deal with tradespeople daily and he is the definition of professionalism. The work was quick, clean and he made sure I was aware of everything being done, and it was 24hrs after calling them, which is rare for any issue like emergency water heater replacement. Highly recommend and ask for Samuel Chavez.

When we had reported a leakage with our 8 year old Water Heater (which was still under warranty), Fast Water Heater Company provided a replacement Water Heater and dispatched a technician out to our place that same day. Roman from Fast Water Heater Company arrived with our replacement water heater and explained step by step what he was going to do. He also explained that our old water heater had an internal crack which can be caused by water expansion. With this in mind, he also installed an expansion tank which alleviates the water pressure on the water heater. Overall, the removal of the old water heater, installation of new water heater, to leaving with our old water heater - took about 2hrs Overall Roman from Fast Water Heater Company was very professional, friendly, and did an excellent job.

Communicated times and availability well. Identified any potential problems during the estimate phase. In the end cost less than expected. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Ask for Thiago!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company. At the beginning of the process they were very responsive and price was reasonable. They showed their best face to sell me on their services and the very next day they forgot about everything they promised. Only one technician showed up 45 minutes late. Not even a courtesy call to say they were running late. Technician had no clue where the water shut off valve for the building was when HOA confirmed that they’ve replaced so many of these water heaters in the past and never had to shut off water for the entire building. However, I complied with their request and got HOA permission and instructions on the process. The worst part is that they charged me 100% of the cost upfront and took my money just to realize that they couldn’t perform the work as promised. After acknowledging their mistake, the technician left without offering any solution after I’ve been without water for 3 days. If you think it can’t get any worse, it took them 9 full days to refund my money when they committed to a same day refund. I received a call from their VP of Sales (co-owner) to apologize and assure me that my money would be refunded and, that on top of that, they would issue a $150 deposit to my account for the bad experience I had with his company and another $150 mailed to me for the extra $1,000 I had to pay the other company. Every day for 9 straight days got worse with every communication. Never committing to timelines and telling me that it would be done ‘very soon’ or ‘should be done by tomorrow’ - it never got done for 9 straight days. I had to Cc their CEO on my emails to drive accountability and nothing improved. The VP of Sales removed the CEO twice from my emails and I had to re-add him as I couldn’t believe the lack of ownership and accountability. Btw, they don’t only represent their company but are the ONLY plumbing supplier for The Home Depot as they referred me to them. After three days of following up about my refund, they stopped replying my emails but I kept following up. Every response was worse than the previous one - worst customer service I’ve experienced. To add insult to injury, the VP of Sales proceeded to lecture me on business practices never acknowledging nor following through with his commitments. Suddenly it was only one payment of $150, which I haven’t received yet, and then excuse after excuse blaming the refund system/process and deflecting responsibility to The Home Depot. Not even once, during our communication exchange, the CEO said even one word while witnessing the mess his own company created. It was hard to believe that a company as large as The Home Depot would only have one supplier to service the area where I live. When I called them to complain they were unable to offer any solution to me due to contractual commitments so both companies failed every step of the way. Thanks to their incompetence, I had to pay $1,000 more to another company to provide emergency services as I have been without water now for 5 days. The new company tested the water tank and assessed there was nothing wrong with the water tank, the problem was with the heater. I could have had cold water all this time but Fast Water Heater Company didn’t even test the water tank and left me without water for 5 days. This was infuriating and the VP of Sales was so proud of the $150 they offered as it this would change my perception of their terrible service. They cost me my time, $1,000 more dollars, interest on thousands of dollars they kept for 9 days free of interest, food I had to buy as I couldn’t event cook for my daughter, etc. In summary, a company can make a mistake. We all understand that. However, it was their executive leadership that failed miserably and made it clear that they have no clue about customer service excellence and basic concepts, for a VP of Sales, like always under promise and over deliver. Please refrain from using this company and be aware that if you use The Home Depot for plumbing services, you’ll most likely get stuck with them.

Adam arrived a little earlier than scheduled which was great. He took one look at the water heater and agreed it needed to be replaced, and was able to replace it. He also replaced the venting as it was a different size from the original Water Heater. He was polite, answered all my questions, cleaned up when he was done. He also left a phone number in case I had any questions. Thank you so much Adam for your great work!

Perfectly installed, works beautifully!

Fast Water Heater was exceptional. I had a new water heater with a bad gas control valve. Rheem sent it out overnight freight and as soon as I physically had the part, I called Fast Water Heater and they were able to dispatch me a technician that same day but i had to delay it a day due to my work schedule. Today, they sen Aaron who was a very nice and polite gentleman who always addressed me as sir. He was very competent and had my repair done quickly to get my hot water back on. I would definitely recommend Aaron and Fast Water Heater company.

If Caleb P comes out to install your water heater, you can expect true professionalism. He analyzed my particular situation, patiently explained what needs to be done to bring my replacement water heater up to code and what the up front cost will be -- with no pressure or "song and dance!" Plus, he came on time and stayed over time to complete the job. He did a great job and I was impressed!

An excellent communicator who explained everything well. A honest seller who sold me only what I needed. A hard worker who spent extra effort to correct issues from previous installation without complaint, performed the work as promised, and cleaned up the job site thoroughly.

Did a wonderful job installing new wster hester and bringing everything up to code. The technician, Joseph, was extremely knowlegeble and explained the installation process in great detail and was open to answering any questions I had.

Installer (Chris) was on time, called ahead, reviewed costs and was done in an hour! Looks great! Would recommend them again! Scheduling was also easy, and didn't have wait weeks for install. Overall 5/5.

Reason I called them was to diagnose a leak from the pressure valve. It had failed. I replaced it and things went well after that.

Came home at midnight, found water around the hot water heater. Called around 8:30am. Scott was great, asked the right questions, reasonable estimate. Two hours later, Sam came out, made assessment, changes due to tank difference, suggested improvements slightly increased cost. Very satisfied.would recommend. A+

Fast Water Heating was great. Very nice service on my initial phone call and helpful in getting the right heater. Same day install. Caleb did a quick and tidy job with everything and was patient with all my questions. I would use them again.

Replaced failing hot water tank using Fast Water Heater Co. Under PSE leasing program. Company was out same day as called and worked around our schedule to complete job. Brandon called 20 minutes before arrival (as promised) and completed the job in less than 90 minutes. No debris, no water on the floor. Excellent work.
