They are the best and they did a really good job. They were really nice guys. If I had any questions they would work well together to answer them, and they make a good team. I was really impressed with the price of the laptop I bought form them, which was about $400. It took them about a week to correct the issue with the desktop, and I thought it was a good turnaround time. I was really impressed with their customer service and their technology.

From my initial call to Computer Concepts to the completion of the work........it was professionalism all the way. They came to my residence to determine if my issues could be corrected without having to take the cpu back to their offices. The employee they sent out was Charles McGovern and I could not have asked for a a nicer or more professional person than he is. They cpu needed to be taken back to their facility and they replaced 2 capacitors on the mother board, I needed a new drive, and they cleaned the interior of the cpu. They ran the necessary tests to determine I had no unknown viruses on the system and returned the system to me on 7/26/ They kept me informed of what issues they found and then Charles went one step further.......he returned my system on a Saturday morning on his own time as he did not want me to be without my system any longer. They warranty their service and I cannot say enough good things about this company and yet again I obtained the services from Angie's List. I would recommend this company for an Honor Roll listing!!!!!!!!! Thanks to Computer Concepts and Angie's List.........no wonder I stay a member!!!!!!

Computer Concepts diagnosed my old laptop, which had suddenly refused to power up. CC determined the hard drive was frazzled and tried to backup the files to my external hard-drive. When I got home with my hard-drive and tried to download it to my brand new computer, I was unable to read the files. I took the external hard-drive and my old laptop's hard-drive back to CC, and they discovered that the old files were so corrupted they hadn't backed up to the external hard drive. Austen managed to do magic with some electronic wizardry in the backroom, pulled off a miracle, and saved all my valuable files to my external hard drive. He apologized for not having succeeded on my first trip, and did all the work on the spot at no additional charge. Austen is awesome to watch at work in his sorcerer's lair. Everyone at this business is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to do the job right at VERY REASONABLE PRICES. Computer Concepts is an old-fashioned neighborhood shop with intergalactic capabilities.

My husband's 2 year old fancy custom computer stopped booting and he got a hard disc error. It had been limping along for months and we couldn't turn it off for fear it wouldn't reboot. Finally it just died. It was out of warranty and the manufacturer didn't want to do anything. He was ready to just send it back so the manufacturer in CA could trouble shoot the problem -- possibly a new motherboard. Big bucks, unknown outcome. Big hassle. Anyway, I checked out "computer repair" on Anglie's List. Computer Concepts is near us and has a great record so the husband brought in the computer to be checked out. Less than a week later it was fixed. No new parts needed just an adjustment/ BIOS update. We are delighted. Its working just fine now. We won't hesitate to use their service again and highly recommend Computer Concepts.

They did exactly as I asked. I was very satisfied with the service.

My husband's notes: Tech support contact Robert was a huge help over the phone after I was a complete idiot and downloaded the @#$%ing PC Optimzer Pro software (even paid for it) -- only to find out it is virus/spyware @#$%. After full on panic that my out of the box new Acer Aspire One 756 2808 netbook would need to be purged for $100+, he suggested doing a factory recovery (no removable drive on this thing; so all the necessary software is embedded in a recovery partition) and helped me get to it over the phone. Bam. Die virus/spyware/spam crap. Thanks Robert! If I need real service sometime, I will definitely drop by. Note to anyone who sees this: decrapifier.com (bad) is NOT pcdecrapifier.com (good) BEWARE. And don't pay for it; the good one is free. Oy. Thank god I called them today.

I brought in a computer to have the hard drive and some RAM installed. When I got home, it didn't work, and I brought it back. They didn't charge anything additional to make the second repair. Their customer service was middle of the road. Neither good or bad. I would possibly use them again.

The turnaround time was fast. The pricing was reasonable. I received pretty good service. Once I come up with something, I will go for it. It's near my house, so I don't have to drive too far. I found them on Angie's List. That's why I used them.

We actually had two computers fixed by the folks at CC. The first was my laptop, which had a bad hard drive. They diagnosed the issue and called me with a specific and complete estimate of what it would cost to fix, even including the breakdown of parts and labor, and got a clear approval from me before proceeding. They gave me an honest estimate of turnaround time, and had it ready when they said they would! My husband's computer was a little more complex. We were pretty sure the power supply was broken, and they comfirmed that, but when they got things more looked at, they realized that the motherboard was also non-functional. They called and talked with us, again giving us complete information, and even helping us troubleshoot why it happened, asking about our surge protectors, and giving us excellent education/advice on how to avoid that problem in future. I was very pleased with their professionalism and help, and would certainly use this company again.

We have had good service from Computer Concepts. They have a quick turnaround time and they are very honest. They have great customer service.

I found Computer Concepts on Angies List, they had excellent ratings and a coupon, I went in talked to Will and left my Lab-top for him to clean and repair. He did a great job, timely, and explained what was needed, he gave me a great deal and i am very pleased. I can use my old lab-top for awhile longer, thank you

Each time I used this service, I came to the store, explained my problem, got a written estimate and an approximate completion date. If the repairs exceeded the estimate I was called for approval. They called when it was ready for pickup. No problems with any of the repairs.

They gave me a price and approximate complete date. It was lower than and though labor was less and 3 times quicker.

Computer Concepts quickly trouble shot our desktop computer that wouldn't turn on and repaired it on the spot. We called Computer Concepts on Monday morning morning and informed them of our computing problem. They told us to bring the computer in and they'd help us out. We took the tower in to their business and they performed a diagnostic check while we waited. Within the next twenty minutes, they told us the power supply was bad, had replaced it, cleaned the wonderful dust collection out from the machine and provided us with a small bill for $65. We were on our way with a computer that we thought was a goner!

I took in my 15 year old laptop and my new computer to have have them synched up. I was treated with respect, the estimate was less than I paid, the job was done on time, and my laptops came home cleaner than when they were brought in. I will use this company again.

It took Computer Concepts 2 days to fix my computer. They are very nice people. They are friendly, understanding, explained everything, and were prompt. The price was as estimated, and they added anti-virus software at no charge. My computer is faster, and the anti-virus software they installed works good. They gave me some tips on how to take care of my computer. I would use them again in the future.

They re very courteous and friendly. I also liked that they were good at giving me back my computer the next day. Their work is great and they let you know when the work is done so you can pick up your computer. They are very knowledgeable.

They were very helpful and explained everything to me clearly. They also checked with me before making any of the more costly purchases or repairs. In hindsight, I probably could have bought most of a new laptop for the amount of money I spent in the end. No regrets though, because the work was done well and I have a quality laptop at my disposal today.

Both of the men I dealt with at Computer Concepts were professional, polite and very calming! I tend to get pretty worked up about computer issues when they are out of my control. These guys not only reassured me they could fix it, I felt they really put everything else aside to help me out. My computer was in and out of their shop in the same day (about 4 hours, really). I was really impressed!

THE PRICING WAS NORMAL. THEY DID THE JOB. THEY DID IT THE DAY I TOOK IT IN.
