+ -1 moreDescription of Work: I have been to Computer Concepts once before, and they were very helpful and reasonably priced. In this instance, I decided to get a quote from another local company who looked at my computer for five seconds and quoted me $150+ regardless if the problem was fixed. I went to Computer Concepts and they quoted me the same cost, HOWEVER they told me that it was an estimate and they would know more when they went in. At the end, my poor computer couldn't be salvaged without some costly work. We chose to purchase a new computer, but at the end, they took out my hard drive and cased it (so it is now an external hard drive). Only about $40 and a lot less of a headache. The gentleman I dealt with was extremely nice and would call to give updates when he had them.

Description of Work: These guys are great! My son had some existing problems with a new computer he and a friend built, then on top of that dropped it while bringing it home from a "big box" store (where he had been given a very high estimate to repair in the first place!) My son was beside himself but we found Will at Computer Concepts who looked at it right away, reassured us that little damage had been done, and fixed the original problem for far less than the "big box" store had estimated. We would certainly recommend Will and Computer Concepts to friends.
