Cascade Pest Control

We use them monthly. They have been successful in eliminating our problems and it was a really good thing. They come every month so I do not have to worry if they were coming or not coming. They call me every time before they come out. They tell me when they were going to come out.

Cascade did a good job and eliminated the ants. They really seem to care about the environment which is demonstrated by their choices in pesticides. They also send the same technician each time which is really helpful.

Everything went well. Only one treatment was needed to eradicate the ants. Extreme care was taken not to allow any residue on a nearby organic vegetable garden. The treatment used was a plant-based organic material. A thorough inspection of our crawl space was included in the visit, where no evidence of ants was found. The representative gave a very clear explanation of the procedure and the predicted outcome. He was very friendly and informative, and did a great job!

I remember that the price was reasonable. My experience was definitely an A and their quality was great. Their responsiveness was excellent and I would use them again.

I have been a customer over twenty years. They are efficient. I have outstanding service with them.

I found evidence in my basement of a rat and/or mouse. The entire experience with Cascade was positive. They scheduled me promptyly, working with my schedule and arrived on time. The two employees who responded (the first did the home inspection and set traps; the second did the repairs approx one week later) were very professional and knowledgeable, were very conscientious /detail oriented and did not rush through the job. They kept me informed and answered all my questions. They were not "pushy" in the least regarding future actions I could take to prevent future probelms, and in fact gave me "do it yourself" suggestions that would save me money, rather than pay them again or another company.

They do a great job. They spray both inside and outside my home. We've never had any issues with them. They are very thorough. They spray inside the home every other visit and the attic once a year and it keeps the spiders under control.

They explained things really well and did a good job. The prices were reasonable.

I didn't want them setting bait traps because I didn't want the poison out there, though they did persist to have it done. I'm still looking into alternatives to this kind of treatment.

Cascade Pest Control is awesome. They are very professional. They are probably not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

They are excellent. They are prompt and courteous. They do an excellent job. There are no problems. I think the price is competitive. As far as I'm concerned, it's a good service all the way around. Otherwise, I wouldn't be using them.

I called to have them spray the step's framework that my contractor had built replacing ones that were dry rotten and infested with ants. CPC was supposed to talk with my contractor since I was at work. He arrived before my contractor came back from lunch and my wife who is a paraplegic in a wheelchair arrived shortly after. She could not get into the driveway since he was blocking and thus could not get out of her van. The "service" guy seemed peeved he had to move his truck. Then he proceeded to insult and yell at my wife as if it was all her fault. She didn't even know he was coming... Then she told him there some small ants in the house. He told her to go get one. Of course, they weren't around then and he laughingly told her he could kill them if she could bring him one. He told her he could give her a poisoned candy bar. We have dogs and cannot put poison out! Arguing continued on and on!!! I don't know his name yet but I will post it when I find out. This was the Bellevue CPC. I will never use them again!!!

I am happy with the overall work they did and I am on a contract with them. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

We think they are the best. They come and do a check every 3 months and they do what is necessary. When we came here, we had some issues and they took care of it. They were so good that we kept them on.

They are very thorough and knowledgeable. They tend to use a more environmentally friendly approach. I would definitely recommend them.

It was an ongoing program. Their price was great. I’m out of their location area now, but if I still lived in my house I would have continued using them.

We initially had trouble with carpenter ants. They have also helped with other problems, such as mice. I like that they call before they come, and they have been very effective.

My overall experience with them was excellent.

We didn’t really know that we had rats, but we saw one in the garage. We had him come in and look around. He found a lot in the basement or crawlspace downstairs. He set traps and appears to have got rid of them. The experience was pretty good. They came when they said they would. Their price seemed reasonable. I wasn’t that happy with the total that they wanted for doing the whole thing. After they had done, I found another rat and I had to call him to come back. They were pretty good, but I wasn’t that satisfied with them. The people on Angie's List seem to be more efficient and at least I know what other people thought about them. If I don’t find anyone better, then I might use Cascade Pest Control again.

We really like them. I don't know how much they charged us because my husband took care of it. I think we found out about them through some form of advertising. They were very punctual and very professional. They were on time. They solved the problem. They came back until the problem was resolved.

It’s a local company. The people who come out know what they are doing. They get the job done. Their responsiveness is fine. I called them this last time because I was satisfied with them in the past. I didn’t shop a lot on price this time.

It is good. We have a regular service with them, quarterly visit. They are fast to respond to problems and the regular fellow is very good and helpful. They did have problems when we initially signed up with them. We had a lot of creatures underneath our house and after a long time it was cleared.
