Description of Work: For pest control, I started using Cascade Pest Control.

Description of Work: They placed a trap in the attic to catch a rat. Instead there was a squirrel. The hole where the squirrel chewed to gain access was screened. The only criticism was that I was told the initial payment covered two visits and covering any possible entrances. I was told before the second visit that the covering of possible entrances to the house and a second visit would require an additional payment.

Description of Work: The inspector arrived on time for the appointment but then told me the inspection was for termites only. I had spiders and wasps I needed destroyed but he said I should have set that up in advance & pay more for each additional pest he looked or & for which he would treat the house. He asked me how soon I'd be leaving the house with my animals so he could spray inside. I explained I hadn't been told he'd be spraying inside & wasn't able to leave without some notice He said the "gal in the office must have forgotten to mention it!" That's a huge item to forget! |He said he could take care of those issues the next time he came out. When I told him I hadn't planned on continued service he said that was part of their contract and that each addition visit would cost an additional fee. | The inspector looked around the house but hadn't planned on going under the house (raised foundation) until I asked him to. He said it was not usually done! I gave him the key to check the connected shed he did a complete check around the house and grudgingly put on overalls and checked underneath the house. |I paid almost $500 for this "cursory" visit and felt completely ripped off. Once the inspectors left, I discovered he'd taken my keys with him. I called the office but it was a Friday and every one was gone. I left a message including on there emergency phone number but never received a call back. I even left several messages on the inspectors cell phone but again no returned call. I panicked because the key I'd loaned him opened my entire home and I didn't know this inspector from Adam! I finally spent over $300 & got my entire house rekeyed. When the inspector called me Minday morning, he laughed at me as if the whole thing was a joke then said he'd return the key the next day. I said, "No, I want them now" and he very grudgingly brought them back to my home. I believe what Cascade Pest did is called a Bait and Switch and it is illegal. I will again never do business with them and I do not recommend and one else use them. Unprofessional, money mongers.

Description of Work: Put in a call for service... Tech and office scheduled the visit ... Manager cancels the call and used the excuse of the attic is too hot for me to send a tech out ... Bad customer service ... Went with east side pest control and gave them $4000 worth of work ... Thanks to your poor management style cascade.. You lost on a big job and you lost my Buisness and trust.

Description of Work: Came on 12/19/2012 Gave estimate and surveyed problem and set traps. 12/21/2012 entry ways were sealed off and would return on 12/28/2012 to remove any trapped animals. Service was completed to my satisfaction with detailed description of any additional work or inspection to be done.

Description of Work: Spider treatment was performed professionally, but the best part was how responsive they were with a samll biling issue.

Description of Work: the guy I talked to on the phone did not communicate well with the guy that came out...he didn't know I wanted my fences done and he just started working before we talked he didn't let me know he was there, the contract hadn't been signed yet... he seemed hesitant about my high eves and the guy one the phone said no problem

Description of Work: I have used Cascade Pest Control for pest control for a long time.

Description of Work: We called this company after a company from a special Angie's offer tried to rip us off. This company responded promptly, got to work on the first visit and gave us an honest, reasonable estimate. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work, the professionalism and the follow through. This is a class act that knows what they are doing and does it. They bid the job at 1/4 of the original company and did a great job!

Description of Work: Had mice in the house. Called and was told they would be there the next day (Saturday). Waited around all day, no show. Called office, not open. Recalled the following Monday and someone came the next day. They did an inspection but took another week to show up with traps. They told us how to place traps, gave advice, and placed some outside traps with poison, but have done nothing else and the mice are still there. Not terribly happy with the service.

Description of Work: I thought I needed a wasp infestation eliminated. Cascade came over and informed me the type of wasps I was seeing were harmless and I could have them eliminated if I wanted but it would be a waste of money.
