Cascade Pest Control

Fantastic customer service. I called on Monday morning, and they fit us into their schedule for that afternoon. They even called before they came asking if it would be possible to be a little early. The tech dressed in his bee gear, climbed his ladder, used two different spray treatments, and was all done within 1/2 hour. We waited a week to make sure that any stray wasps were gone, since the tech indicated he would come spray again if there were. A second trip wasn't needed. I would highly recommend this company for their great response time, the professional staff, and the fantastic results.

I contacted them via email and never got a reply. If they're going to publish an email address, they need to respond to it.

They come out in their little uniforms and they do the work that they are supposed to do. They are professional and thorough. We have been happy with them and we have no pests. We have had a very good experience.

They were thorough and knowledgeable. They were also generous and hadn?t charged us for their service.

The problem only got worse. They were supposed to clean the crawl space. There were four guys that came to clean the waste and remove the debris. They only removed about 60% of the waste. I had another company come and do mold remediation, they were appalled at the amount of waste still down there. I had to have two other companies to clean the crawl space properly. The owner refused to compensate me for any of these problems. The owner did say he would send them back to finish the job, but why would I have them back if they did such a poor job in the first place. The problem got so much worse with Cascade that there was actually rat waste coming into the house.

They were out within 30 minutes of my call to give an estimate and they went ahead and did the treatment at that time. They were extremely thorough and the ants were gone within 36 hours. Mike (who came out) left traps for any ants that were left and came back 2 weeks later just to follow up with us. It worked out very well and I would definitely use him again.

The workers at Cascade are very nice and professional. They care about not making a mess. Their service has been great. I am very happy with them.

Jeff Carle is our technician. He impressed me with his intellectual capacity. He showed concern for the environment. He uses environmental friendly approach for pest control.

Cascade Pest Control always lets us know when they are coming. They leave us a message, when they have been here. Brad is the man from Cascade Pest Control, that comes to our house. He understands that I don't want to use poison to kill the animals in my house. He tries to use the most humane way as possible, and he is a nice guy. He is very thorough. We haven't had any problems. Our crawl space looks really nice. Brad takes care of business, and I don't think he makes the animals suffer. I will continue using him in the future.

The receptionist I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and informative. She explained why they could not perform a service for me, but I could do on my own instead.

I was very pleased with the punctuality, the professionalism and honesty. The technician told me he could see no evidence of rodent activity and what I heard was probably on the roof not in the attic. He gave me tips on what to do to prevent any creatures from getting in, and stated he was not going to recommend any service he did not think I needed. He also said that if heard anything which I thought was rodent activity, to call and he would come right back out.

He answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of good information on how to keep them out.

In 1998 my house became infested with carpenter ants. They appeared in several rooms. Cascade Pest Technician worked with my to find entrance location, ant nest, ant trails inside house. Very attentive, came several times to help. Got rid of ants & now they spray 2 times a year perimeter of house & guarantee if ants invade they will exterminate (for as much work/time as it takes). They also exterminated "bald faced hornets" and helped me get mason bees out of house & into exterior nesting.

I guess great. I left in the morning and came back with no bees, and the hole where they had entered all plugged up! Seemed a little expensive, but then again, I did not want to do the work myself!

I called to have someone come out to do an inspection for rodents and insects. There have been bees spotted inside the house, but the nest hasn't been found. Also, no one has noticed any (exterminator's words) "in and out activity". I was told that they come out and inject stuff into the nest to kill bees so I would need to know where the nest was located. The person from Cascade also said that the bees will die soon anyway (implying that it wasn't that big of a deal. Hmmm . . . one person has been stung already. I think that's worth the time.) I asked if someone could come out and help me locate the nest and I was told that they don't do that. At that point, I decided not to ask about a rodent inspection. I have had a problem with rodents in the past, especially as the weather gets colder and wetter. This is really disappointing. I heard good things about Cascade. Don't call Cascade unless you already know the details of the insect/rodent problem you're having or you're doing a home sales/purchase inspection.

Came out for a estimate. Then I scheduled an appointment. They came when they said they would. Set up some traps and gave me some advice on how to keep the critters out. I did that work myself and they came out again to inspect and to install traps in crawl space. Nice people and professional.

Cascade was recommended by Regiment Pest Control when they couldn't get anyone over for two weeks. I was able to make an appointment the very next day. I was told my engineer's name was Bob. Bob arrived 15 to 20 minutes early and set to work finding out where the moisture ants were coming from. He then sprayed the ants inside the house and outside, as well as putting down a substance that they would carry to the nest. Bob was extremely professional explaining why the ants were in the house and why they may come back in a year or so during their breading season. He took only about 30 minutes to totally complete his job. He also recommended doing this every quarter. I will probably sign up for the quarterly spraying as this is the 4th time in 15 years that we have had these ants inside and out.

It was a pretty positive experience. They came and did the work that they were supposed to.

They were very timely and they do good work. They missed part of the house last time but they came back and fixed the problem. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

I have been quite satisfied with their work and they will go into the crawl space and attic to check on the status there. Workers are friendly.

We've used them for about seven years now. We once had a rodent problem under our home as we could hear them running around under the floor. Cascade was prompt to come and exterminate the rodents and then supplied us with screening to cover our vent to prevent future invasions.

They always seem to do such a fantastic job whenever they come in. They're in and out and they're just very professional about everything. I really like them. I have not had any mice problems since I hired them.

What I like the most about them is that they take care of my pests, so I'm satisfied with the company and their work. I really have no idea how much I pay quarterly because someone else pays it for me.
