Provider was fast, courteous, punctual, and professional. Would definitely enlist their services again.

Dave was very professional and personable. Arrived on time. Went through the house, made recommendations, and told us what the total cost would be. Dave got started and was done in a timely matter. He did an amazing job on our carpet which was very soiled. Will use All Star Carpet Cleaning for our future needs.

Dave and Jason were very friendly and did a great job. Signed up for the $189 package (8 rooms -200 sqft/rm) plus 30 stairs $2/stair, but was told my two floors constituted more than the 8 rooms and was charged $275 for 2600 sqft as that was their next best special.

Excellent. Better than expected. The pets stains were particularly gruesome and I wasn't very optimistic about their removal. I was also warned that they might not come out. BUT they did!!! Carpet feels totally differently now- so soft- no residue! All the wear patterns are gone. I was seriously considering replacing the carpet, but it looks brand new! Very, very happy.

I think Angie's list needs to review how many times this provider used Angie's to get into the door and then found ways to nickle and dime for more money for minor conditions they consider out of the ordinary. I recommend you have this provider and for that matter any of the Angie providers come out and look at the the job promised for their "Deals" to see if they plan to do the job as promised or tack on extras. In my case they would not honor the agreement because I had area rugs instead of wall to wall carpet. even though it was only two rooms of small rugs. They wanted to charge $120 over the $ 89 deal. the add indicated they would do 3 rooms. the owner did not even call me but left it to their receptionist who did not really have knowledge of the service. My contract expired so they and Angie got the $89 for du rien. Shame on this provider....Angie's too? Check this provider out

Hidden extra $100 charge for "spot removal" which I thought would be included in the original price. Rug stain (cat urine) not removed the first time. They agreed to come back out a second time, and afterwards the stain was much less noticeable.

Extended the life of old wall-to-wall carpeting. A little staining remains, but now bright and fresh and we can get some more years out of it.

We had another Angie's List provider (Tubro)out not too long ago and there were some streaks and they just didn't seem to be that clean. I figured that the carpet was just getting too old and that's as good as it would get. I was amazed that All Star made the carpet look almost new again. Dave at All Star did a great job!

It was very good. It was pretty easy and straight forward.

Dave called to say he was early. Yes, early! He came in and went room to room to evaluate the condition of the carpet. He recommended enzyme treatment to help get the pet stains out. The treatment was not part of my special deal but he gave me a good deal on it. He did an excellent job, very fast and professional. He helped move the furniture to clean underneath and was very friendly. The carpets look great! Much better than I had hoped. The cleaning solution smells good and is safe for kids and pets. The carpet cleaning machine sucked most of the water from the carpets so they dried quickly. I will use All Star Carpet Cleaning again. Thanks Dave!

It went wonderfully. I have had All Stat clean my carpets before. I ask for Ned because he is so personable and nice. He does a fantastic job!!

It went well. Treated the carpets and then steam cleaned them. He was very nice and was in and out in no time.

Had him come back to do upholstery. He was quite fair on price. Would use him again.

Bought the $79 deal for upholstery cleaning a sofa. An appointment was made within 30 minutes of sending an email. Jed called to tell me he was on his way and arrived right on time. The sofa is almost 20 years old. While it doesn't look brand new, it cleaned up nicely. Very pleased.

Actually the cleaning service was fine. I purchased the big deal, 8 rooms for $199.00. Dave showed up on time and was very pleasant. He told me that their "regular" cleaning does not include an enzyme treatment that he said was necessary to clean our carpets. We have our house regularly cleaned by professionals, but rarely have the carpets cleaned. I felt like I was being up-sold. What type of regular cleaning doesn't include everything that is necessary to clean lightly soiled carpeting? I wanted the service performed and done well, so I bit the bullet and paid the additional cost for the enzyme. Dave did a good job the carpets are all nice and clean. He took care not to damage our recently refinished floors. I would use them again, but make sure the cost was confirmed in advance.

First of all Angie's List offer said they were offering over $400 worth of carpet cleaning for $199. The $400 worth of carpet cleaning is the same as everyone else's $200 worth of carpet cleaning.....so it is really no deal at all and I felt that the ad was misleading (explained that to Dave at the time of service) . No soon than Dave walked into the house....it started....the hard sale........enzymes, heavy traffic area scrubbing etc for an extra $150. I didn't agree to the trumped up extras. Dave was a nice guy and I'm sure he was just doing his job but this DEAL was a joke.

On the scheduled date All Star Carpet Cleaning called about 9:00 and left a message that an employee called in sick, they wouldn't be able to be out at the scheduled time, 10:00, and asked if I would call them as soon as possible to reschedule for a later time that day. I didn't know they called and left the message so about 45 min after the work was to start I decided to call them and found the message. I called back, left a voice message and Dave called back soon after. I told him there was no problem rescheduling and we decided on the next morning at 10:00. Dave showed up about 5 minutes early. He checked the carpet and we discussed spot cleaning the many areas of cat stains and a very large soiled area where brown sugar was dropped many years ago. He explained how the cleaning solution worked on the stains and told me what it would cost, which I agreed to. Dave got his equipment and immediately started working. It seemed like he was done in no time. That night I found one side of the cover to the bed, which is about 6 inches from the floor, damp. I pulled it and washed it the next day. Whatever it was, it didn't harm the cover. Just looking at the carpet I can see how much cleaner it is and no more spots! Dave said if an odor appeared, because of the pet stains and the possibility of what was missed under the carpet, to call him. There was no need to call him back. I am very happy with the outcome of the work.

Jed was punctual and very professional. He completed the job in about 30-40 minutes and didn't charge me the additional $50 I was expecting to pay due to the combo nature of the furniture. He did quote me the additional $50 before starting the job but because he wasn't certain how much the stains would dissipate after drying, he didn't end up charging me the additional fee and he offered to come back and reclean it if I wasn't happy after it dried. Understand that my couch is a cream color and hadn't been cleaned in a number of years, so I set the bar pretty low on how much better it might look when he was done! I'm extremely pleased with the service that Jed provided and would hire him again. Thank you, Jed!

Good job, except for spraying at end that left a strong chemical smell for several days. Next time, I would ask for no spraying.

They did a really good job. The quality of the work was good. We would definitely use them again in the future.

They cleaned the carpets and some of my area rugs given that I did not have 8 rooms. They also did the stairs. They left me with a spot cleaner also. My cream carpet looks great! I'd use them again. Some carpet cleaners can't clean cream carpet so well. That is not the case for these guys.

They charged us whatever the deal was. Service was fine. Professional staff and they did exactly what they said they were going to do.

Sorry, not a lot of details. Great customer service when making the appointment; very nice people overall. The gentleman who cleaned the carpet was professional and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasant interaction overall.
