All Star Carpet Cleaning

They were professional, friendly, arrived on time, very prompt, efficient, cleaned all the rugs the way i want them to be cleaned and I'm planning to hire them again.

I just love these guys. It is a family run business that I have used for years. They are reasonable and do great job. They are the only ones I let clean my rugs and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great company that does rug cleaning. I have dogs and they are able to remove the stains and they use the enzyme and deodorizer which is a godsend to us pet owners. Please consider them when looking for a rug cleaning service.

Good but did not like extra treatment product used after shampoo. Left the carpet fiber hard when it dried. Would skip after shampoo product

Dan was very prompt and he communicated all along the way. His staff was awesome in calling a day ahead as a reminder call and ask for any changes. His concern for our wood floors not being marked or damaged being is commendable. Thanks Dan!

He came the next week after we set up the appointment. He is a very nice man. I didn’t think he did that good of a job where one of the arms where it had been dirty. It was still dirty and I ended up going over it with one cleaner that I had. On the rest of the couch, it turned out okay. If you are going to use him and if you know the arm of the couch, you need to put that out because he kind of just went over it and didn’t really do a deeper cleaning on it. The price is kind of fill in with everybody else. I probably won’t use him again. I think I might find somebody else.

Had to call them to get an appointment even though I filled out the preferred dates/times. They were prompt to the appointment.

I feel it is okay. We had them in and then I think they were going to charge us and there is a little spot that I had to argue with him a little bit. There was a hallway and space and they want charge more for it and all that stuff and I said I have done carpet cleaning before and that is not the way to do it. I mean you kind of advertise one thing and then you want to charge more to add up to it, I didn't like it. I think they were courteous and interactions were fine. The work they did was good. I think they have to more forthrightness disclosure how you guys package your deal to get it to. I just remember I was surprised that they are going to charge me extra for this and that. I would not use them again.

They did not even try to work with us despite our best efforts. We ended up getting a refund, but All Star Carpet Cleaning went horribly. I would definitely not recommend to anyone. I felt like they tried to use a bait and switch tactic on me.

It went ok. The carpets were cleaned. It was as basic carpet cleaning as it gets and some small spots are still there. And these were not really stains. No bells and whistles. The last few times i have had the carpets cleaned - moving furniture , putting protective plastic films under table legs, using booties and giving us booties so we can keep the carpet clean till it dries were taken care off. None of these were included in this service. So I think because i got a coupon i got substandard service. Basically what i paid for in the coupon. Not the value it represented.

"Marcus" arrived on time, cleaned all three carpets I requested, plus a couple of scatter rugs at no additional cost. He was very professional and efficient. The service took less than an hour. The rugs were all dry by the next day. Great service.

They were on time, and did a very good job. The only negative I could come up with was that I didn't like the very strong "perfume-y" smell left on the rug once they were done. But, that was still a great deal better than the DOG smell that they had before they were cleaned. So... overall I'm darn happy.

The couch looks fantastic and they did a beautiful job. Will definitely hire again.

I called them and setup the appointment. They came on time. After inspecting the house, they suggested some more treatment of the carpet, which added about $90 to the total cost. I was a little bit reluctant but accepted anyway. Overall, the process was smooth. The staff was very polite and fun to talk to. They are quite professional. Will use them again.

It was not very good. This was actually for one of the rental properties. So the renter was there to receive the service. I did ask for a feedback later. The thing is, we ordered a three-room package. Actually, we had only one stained carpet, just one corner, in the living room. It was about 10 x 10. I said to the renter, "You can have other rooms cleaned at the same time." But then, they said that they would just clean that part. So only that part was cleaned. I was expecting that since it was just a small area, they would try to do something else. I think the renter heard that because it was such a small area, they would give $49 back or something. So, I e-mailed to the business and they said no. They said, because the living room was so dirty, if the renter had that room plus the other two rooms, they had to actually charge $49 more. So they said that because the 10 x 10 area was so dirty, it actually matched the big deal price of $89. They didn't charge more or anything else because the renter only wanted to do that small area. That was fine. So I didn't complain, but their reply makes me think that it was not very nice. You can say that you can't refund. That's fine. To me, it seems like if my carpet is dirty and if I actually ordered three rooms, they would charge more. To me, I'm not very happy with their reply. He came on time and he was super friendly. The work he did was as what it should be. The only concern was the communication. The renter was confused and I was confused.

Experience didn't go so well. They did a great job cleaning, however the price was 3x's the amount of the deal I had purchased. I felt as though I was taken advantage of. I would not use them again.

They were very thorough, friendly and professional. Owner/Operator David worked really hard. He was very communicative on time arrival.

Once on site, they claimed the "deal" only included steam cleaning and not any soap, cleaner, additives, or "protectant" (as promised in the text of the deal). How does one deodorize, remove spots, and apply protectant without using cleaner or some other additive (for which they charged extra)? That's assuming generously that "cleaning" and "sanititzing" can reasonably be understood to mean only steam cleaning without any cleaner, which I think is doubtful. They were brusque to the point of rude. It was a bait and switch--come on with a low price for very little and then gouge you once you're hooked. Actually having them add things like cleaner was another $164! Previous cleaners have placed small foil squares under furniture legs to prevent spotting or staining. Nope, not this cleaner. They refused to move any furniture at all, which every other cleaner I ever used did. Cleaners arrived 1.5 hours early-some may think that a plus, others a minus. Will never ever even think about using them again.
