Description of Work: The carpets in the entire house were cleaned. Some stains did not come out, but I was notified in advance and the carpets were very dirty. The service was professional- I would use them again.

As an Angie's Lister, I got teflon carpet protection and odor control for free. Good thing with multiple pets in the house. He also left me with a large spray bottle of spot cleaner. He arrived right on time, did a thorough job and was professional. Everything you'd want and expect.

Description of Work: He spot cleaned first to break down the proteins in the cat spots. We had a senior cat at the time. Then he used a high powered water vac to clean the rest of the rugs. The rugs looked great when he was done. He explained so much to me about spot cleaning and the sometimes harmful effect of off the shelf rug cleaners. Very professional work!

He periodically showed me the great success he was having in removing stains in high traffic areas. The pre-paid price required no extras $$ or add-on services. All good. I will use All Star again.

Description of Work: Provider did not move or clean beneath furniture as previous cleaners have done. Lint and residue remained on carpet after cleaning. Agreed-upon date for service was revised by provider to a date past the date needed by owner. Price was good, however.
