Description of Work: There was nothing in the ad that said what this company's service area was. I'm in King county, so I figured they would go anywhere in King county. So when I called to schedule, he said "Oh, no, we don't go out to North Bend. I mean, yes we do, but I'd have to charge you $250 to go out there." REALLY? The service is $89. Why does he need to charge me an extra $161 to go out a little farther. North Bend is still King county. This is a classic example of bait and switch. I want to warn people about this business.

“Again I’m very sorry about this situation, this was the first time I have ran a deal in King County – East and was unaware that North Bend was included in this zone. As you know it is one of the furthest points East in King County, and not an area I can service at this price and stay in business. I wanted to try and still take care of your job so I let you know I could at an additional fee of $111, again I’m very sorry and travel fees are not something I normally charge on my deals as I only send them to zones I can complete at the deal price” All Star Carpet Cleaning

Description of Work: Excellent work. Dave was punctual, gave us a call in the morning to confirm he was on schedule. He spoke with us about several areas on our carpet to make sure expectations were reasonable and would be met. Our carpet looks great and feels thicker/softer after this cleaning.
