Description of Work: Very simple go through with the machine clean, just lightly one small spray at some area. Although they mentioned about deodorizing, sanitizing, spot removal and applicant of protectant. Even my heavy traffic area still remain the same as before, no spot remove at all. We don't have any heavy dirty spot. Don't provide any foam or foil for furniture legs either. Beforwe all my carpet cleaning co. They always put on all legs to protect the furniture. But not this one.

Description of Work: Technician arrived on time. He first declared one rug uncleanable, which I don't think was correct. When he cleaned the hall carpet, he accidentally sprayed black stuff on the wall and a cushion of a hall seat. He was unable to clean black stuff off. He was very apologetic. I was not impressed with this company.
