Description of Work: steamed cleaned the carpet in 3 rooms per their Angies List special. Carpets had some difficult stains which they removed. They had to use a special cleaning equipment and enzymes to removed deep stains. Overall the carpets looked cleaned and almost new again. Big difference before and after.

Description of Work: Did wonderful job on cleaning light carpets, no stains left from pets. I would highly recommend them again Very customer focused- owner David Norton sent me thank you card in the mail for my business. Talk about personalized service!

Description of Work: Shampoo carpets. Representative was nice and the carpets were adequately cleaned. But he upsold us with a special enzyme cleaner and also pointed out an area he said he could tell was dirty but it was a low traffic area we had personally steam cleaned just two weeks prior. |We were not dissatisfied but would likely not use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned the sofa. The cleaning of the sofa was good and got out a lot of stains. I was happy with the areas that were cleaned. The problem was that the cushions are removable and flip over therefore I would expect that both sides of the cushion would be cleaned but they were not. We flip our cushions periodically. Also the top of the cushions were only cleaned to where they meet up to the back cushions leaving a few inches not cleaned even on the top. Had I noticed this before he left I would have mentioned it. I have never had a sofa cleaned this way before. Other companies have always been more thorough. Again the areas that were cleaned were done well and have held up well but much of the sofa was not cleaned at all therefore I would not recommend this company.
