Description of Work: This Angies Lister deserves an A++. I was a flakey customer and forgot the date that I had scheduled. Dave called as I was on the road home from skiing and he allowed me the time to call a neighbor to come over and unlock. All Star Carpets did a beautiful job. This winter, I had many fun visits from grandchildren and plenty of opportunities to spill. The carpet now looks new and feels soft. I know that time is money, but Dave was so kind and patient, a great businessman! Highly recommend.

Description of Work: They kept me posted on the appointment with reminders and call before arrival for which I was very appreciative. Cleaned wall-to-wall carpets upstairs, chair and loveseat, and 4 dining barstools. I was very happy with some of the stains that he was able to get out of the carpet as I wasn't sure if they could even be gotten out. It turned out to cost a little more than I initially thought but honestly I thought it was very fair given the amount of work and time spent - well worth it! I also felt he was very honest and trustworthy. I will definitely be having All Star back to clean everything again later this year.
