All Star Carpet Cleaning

Work not done; called Angie’s List to get new provider Would not move furniture (Next provider did) Would only clean under the table but not under legs; did not use coasters under legs (Next provider did) Would not clean upholstery because of type of fabric. (Next provider did) Finally said his hose would not reach my carpets. (Next provider did) So couldn't do job

He was punctual and communication was excellent on our first appointment. He was extremely professional and felt comfortable with him in our house. After reviewing the job there was going to be some additional expense. They count rooms different then we do. We had paid for a Angie's List advertised special of "$189 for 8 Areas of Carpet Cleaning, Deodorizing and Spot Removal". I assumed the two sets of stairs and throw rugs would be extra, hence the higher cost of the additional $145.00 with tax. He was efficient, cleaned all the areas we asked, cleaned up and left. The problem I have had when somone cleans our carpet, is spots or dirtier areas are not noticed after cleaning due to the wet carpet. The next day, some areas that had more traffic and spots, were still there. I sent an email, with some photos of the spots that were missed. They immediately responded, and agreed to come back and redo those areas. He was back within a week, and went over those areas, and now are carpet is completely clean.

We took advantage of an Angie's list special offer and arranged for All Star to clean our carpets. They did a great job, and they arrived on time, followed through with the agreed upon areas to be cleaned and even did more than we thought they would. Our test for carpet cleaning is to see how well it holds up over time. And, even though there were spots which they warned us they were not sure they could remove, they did! The results have been great, with the carpets staying clean and the fibers standing up to traffic and wear. I liked that they did not come in and "measure" and then count areas that could not be cleaned in the area calculations for cleaning. They were efficient and kind and went beyond what was expected. I will be calling them next time we need our carpets cleaned.

He did a great job. He suggested a different treatment than what I had planned for, but it worked out better.

That one was fine, that one was great. I believe we had them add on another room or two so there were some additional charges for the extra things. They were acceptable but probably not top tier as far as the help we've had would be the actual cleaning with other service providers before but I think they were certainly acceptable. There were some pieces of furniture they hadn't moved like the couch or one of the chairs to get the carpet underneath.

The person who showed up was very pleasant. He did not seem very knowledgable of different types of carpet. i.e. I have an area rug that I also wanted cleaned but he thought it was horse hair (it's not and I informed him of that) and said he couldn't clean it, though others have. We have an approximately 3000 sq. ft. home and I've had the carpet cleaned previously; it takes about 3-4 hours to do a good job. All Star was in and out in about 1 hour. They provided a very basic cleaning, basically one that could have done by renting equipment at the grocery store. I don't like giving an unsatisfactory review to any business, but in all good conscious, I could not recommend them.

They did a great job. They were on time and professional, took their time and really got our carpets clean. Carpets were not soaking wet, had them done in the morning and they were nearly dry by evening. Did a great job at getting out pet stains, took extra steps to get rid of them. Pet stain removal was extra. Will hire again.

Dave is the best! We have had other carpet cleaners in the past 11 years, but we knew with one look at the completed job that he did a superior cleaning. Not only was he fast and thorough, but he is focused on being the best carpet cleaner he can be. How often do you have that with any transaction? Our carpet looks years younger, and on a cold, rainy day, it dried quickly. We are so very pleased and will definitely use his company again!

They were helpful and hard working.

He said he couldn't do my carpets because it would require sliding sofas out of the way and then sliding them back and he refused to do that. When I made the appointment, they did not tell me that, but once he got here, he would not move the furniture. I did get a refund. He probably would have done the actual work had the sofas not needed to be moved.

I have used these guys before and I will continue to use them. They came when expected. I paid extra for the pet treatment. They pre-treated the carpet and cleaned them. They were done fairly quickly and the carpets were clean.

The technicition was on time, friendly and answered all my questions. Carpet as not overly wet when he left and dried a short time later. Spots were removed and it seemed very clean.

The cleaner arrived punctually and assessed the areas to be cleaned. He recommended an enzyme cleaner for a few spots, and said it was normally $25 extra for that per room, but he'd be happy to just charge for 2 rooms but then use it everywhere. I would have been happier only having to pay the extra $25 fee for one room, but given the spots did come out, the cost was probably worth it. The carpets did look much better when he was done. I would certainly hire them to clean my carpets again.

It was a great experience. He arrived on time, walked through everything, and even though there ended up being an extra charge for the enzyme treatment, he in no way pushed it and even offered to trade room cleaning for it if decided we wanted the treatment in our most used rooms instead. It was nice to have a personable provider who was totally trustworthy using products that made me feel good about having a toddler and dog on the carpet the very same day as the cleaning. The price was really good and I would totally use this company again.

Very prompt and friendly upon arrival. Got to work and were done in a timely manner. Went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me move what I needed to. Cleaned up and were gone. So easy with no problems.

They did an amazing job and fast. I have dogs in and out all day. My carpet was so dirty that I had planned to replace it. Now I don't need to. The dirt came out quick and it seemed to me easy. I asked them to put me on there mailing list and I plan to have them clean the carpet on a regular basis.

I had an appointment time of 10:00, and when they hadn't showed up by 11:00 I called and left a message. Still no show or call back by 12:30 and I called again and spoke to the office manager. A mistake was made with the scheduling, and she called them and they were able to make it by 3:30. Used a special three rooms for $99 and negotiated a deal for our stairs (which are bigger than typical), and enzyme, since they were late. Pretty sure the enzyme was a bit of an upsell, but carpets aren't my business so I trusted them with what they recommended. They were very professional, in and out in short order, carpets look clean and not overly wet.

All Star showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. Since I only had one room and not the 3 rooms for $99 as the special reads he cleaned waived the stair fee and did them without the additional per stair charge. Great job. I will definitely use All Star again and will be highly recommended.

Dave gave us a good deal on the services listed above. He wasn't sure how well some areas would clean up, especially a path tracked through the family room which included some blacktop searing residue. But he was able to get almost everything out. The results are much better than we expected. Dave is a very friendly person. He came on time (actually, a little early), gave us what we thought was a good price for the work, and did a very good job - traits that are becoming harder to find these days. We are very satisfied.

I like the stain remover that he left. It was his own solution and is very effective.

I was very impressed with the company. The first thing that they did was show up to do the job on time which is very important. Once he evaluated the floor, and the amount of stains that were there. He wasn't sure how much of it that he could get up, since it was an old carpet. I actually wasn't expecting it to get all of the stains just because of age of them, and the type of stains that they were. He charged me 40 dollars more to put some extra strong stain removing chemicals on the floor which would give him more of a chance to get them up the best that he could. The extra 40 dollars, which I thought was very fair if it was going to help get those stains out., ended up being well worth the money. I think to both of our surprises, he was able to turn a carpet that was in complete disrepair with stains all over it, looking like a new carpet again. I think with the combination of the chemicals and the powerful cleaning equipment that he uses, made a huge difference. I'm actually going to recommend this company to family members now, I was so impressed with all aspects of the job. He was extremely friendly, He showed up to do the job on time, and the finished product was incredible. If you are looking for someone to charge you a fair price, actually get your carpets clean, and most importantly shows up when they say that they will be there. Then I would highly recommend All Star carpet cleaning for you next job.

My carpet had not been cleaned in a long time. I am retired but have Grandchildren visiting frequently so spots are inevitable as they go in and out during good weather. They did a great job pleasantly and professionally. When I made the original call, the woman I spoke with was very personable, gave me all the pertinent information needed to make my decision in a very professional manner. Very Pleased.
