I have used All Star for carpet cleaning for about 15 years. I would not go anywhere else. They know carpet. When I mentioned I was going to install new carpet in one room they gave me some excellent advise on what kind of carpet and pad to buy based on the fact I have a dog that has been known to create some carpet cleaning challenges. Their advice was right on! They are punctual and friendly. Before All Star I had carpet cleaners that were one OR the other but not both. When All Star leaves my home my carpets are CLEAN! I highly recommend this company.

She is the one the wonderful one that answers your call and even helps with her compassion of the crying toddler in my background. When buying a home dates are uncertain. Well we were blown off from other Angie's list people. But helped and compassionately from All Star. They are here cleaning as I type. He is even throwing in the stairs. Wow there are people and companies out there that are still about customer service. All Star may be there name but they have proven to me that they are All Stars! All Star Carpet Cleaning did a great job on our carpets. He was friendly, punctual, and took his time to do a good job. He explained the ins and outs of buying good carpet, so that we would have longevity when we buy carpet in the future. He uses a non-allergen solution that smells good and is a healthier approach. It was a good experience.

I was very impressed by the service I received from All Star Carpet Cleaning and the tech they sent to my home, Dave. He was very courteous and friendly. We had a mini-pig who had a couple of accidents and Dave took care of the spots and odor. I had scheduled the cleaning in anticipation of our new puppy. We have been using All Star Carpet Cleaning for years. They have a fantastic warranty and should stains return, I can feel confident that they will come back to take care of it free of charge. I fully recommend All Star Carpet Cleaning and Dave to anyone and will for my friends, family and neighbors.

All Star is All Star! He arrived exactly on time. After reviewing what was needed to be done, I was given a quote for services. Upon agreement, All Star followed through and did not add any extra charges or surprises. They are very reasonable as well. They did a great job. I have used them in the past (shamefully not as regularly as I should). I know they will be at my house at the scheduled time and date and do the job right the first time.

Firstly, Dave is probably one of the most pleasant business owners you will ever meet! Secondly, he did a timely and professional job throughout. There were several pet stains (new puppy), one on the stairs which was especially noticeable. When Dave was done, the stains were completely gone! We are enjoying the new look and feel of freshly cleaned carpeting! I'm sure you will, too.

Don't waste your time! The add on their website says 2 rooms, up to 400 square for $60. The guy showed up and tried to tell me that my two rooms were more than 400 square feet and would require $30 more. Then he tried to up sell me (my husband called it the bait and switch) with enzymes and power scrubbing. The final estimate was close to $400. Be prepared for a bunch of BS about "all of the extra stuff" on your carpet. Yes, we have a dirty carpet - it is why we wanted it cleaned.

All Star did a great job. They were able to come our the very next day and did a great job. Great company, great response, good price.

I don’t know where he is based; he goes from Everett to Seattle. They are mobile, and they have a pretty good service. We have an apartment but it’s not a large apartment, we lived here for about 25 months but the carpet was brand new when we moved in. We used to live like slobs before and then we moved in to the apartment, and we needed to do a lot of house work and the carpets needed some cleaning. He is a super friendly guy. He was personable, did the work with a smile and I can’t do that. If I call them on a Monday, they arrive on Tuesday. In another three months I would use them again.

Great service and great price. We have several pets and short of having concrete floors, our only option with carpet is to get it cleaned twice a year. Dave provides great service, is very knowledgable and always wants to provide the best price to the customer.
