It was very easy to schedule and reschedule via email. Dave and his crew did a wonderful job. He made everything very simple and easy for me. All I can say is great service indeed!

Since the original review (see below), Dave contacted me and wanted to make the situation right. We worked together and I ended up with my carpet cleaned beautifully in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. I really appreciate Dave and All Star reaching out to me to correct the situation. With this resolved, I would definitely recommend All Star in the future. Original Reviews: All Star called to set up an appointment and it was set on the day/time specified. I was pleased that they responded so quickly. Because I was in the middle of moving, I had arranged for my real estate agent to be at the house to receive All Star. She is my next door neighbor and is very familiar with my house and it's needs. She called my when they arrived and said the following: the living room was too large and would count as two rooms. In addition, they said that the carpet was too dirty (it wasn't, it had been cleaned the previous year) and if they did their normal clean, it would leave streaks. In order for that not to happen, they would need to charge me an extra $300+, bringing the total to over $500, which was outrageous! It felt a lot like a 'bait &switch'. They said they would contact Angie's list a arrange for a refund. And they have done that as well, so I'm pleased with the beginning and end of the encounter, just not the middle part...the actual cleaning.

They scheduled it for between 2 and 3 this afternoon. I vacuumed and moved furniture to get everything prepared. This took the entire morning for me. He later called and told me that he was not going to make it. He had scheduled too much work for the day. I could not use the deal.

All Star Carpet cleaners did a great job, removing stains that the previous carpet cleaner could not remove. They provided great service, taking pride in the quality of their work.

It was good. They did a good job. They were very nice. I didn't realize there was going to be extra charge. The carpet was extra dirty so they had to pre-treat. I wasn't thrilled with that but I guess that made sense. They had to do extra than they normally wouldn't. I paid about $75 extra. If I would have read everything when I signed I think it was there, but I just didn't read everything. They were very courteous and friendly and everything. So I was happy with it. The prices looked comparable. The quality was good. I think they did a real good job and I think they threw in one extra thing that they normally wouldn't have done on one of the areas.

He came out to do three large rooms of carpeting and I added 8 stairs. The price was on an Angie's List special. He was quick. professional and very friendly The carpets turned out perfect including two heavily soiled small areas. He moved some furniture that I requested even though he said that wasn't included.

Overall our experience was fantastic. We purchased the "$199.95 for 8 Rooms/Whole House of Carpet Cleaning, Deodorizing & Protection" deal and added on cleaning our stairs ($2/step, great price) and a bit of extra treatment in a room that our dogs had abused. Scheduling was fast and the workers were fast and friendly. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for carpet cleaning. Thanks!

I bought a deal and they called right away. Showed up on time, went over what they were going to do and that because it needed some special attention how much extra it was going to cost. Jed was professional and courteous and did a great job. It took longer to dry than I expected, but I am happy and asked them to call me and remind me next year. He said no problem! Friendly, courteous, punctual (even called 1 hour ahead to let me know he was on his way). A+

I initially was going to purchase one of All Star's Big Deals, but my space was bigger than what was specified, so I called Dave for an estimate. He came over, gave the estimate, and it was fine, so when I asked him when he could start, he said immediately. He was knowledgeable about vacuum cleaners and answered all kinds of questions I asked him regarding the kinds of chemicals he was using-- and they were diligent about the upholstery as well. It went very quickly, and I got some pointers from Dave about how to keep my carpets clean. Awesome experience!

When calling the office the receptionist was professional, polite and helped me to attain an appointment with very short notice. On the morning the carpet was to be cleaned, Dave gave me a courtesy call to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived on time , introduced himself, and went right to work. I found him to be friendly, with a great attitude, and very professional. He did a terrific job and my carpet looked brand new when he was done. I would use his services again and plan to do so in the future.

He was actually a couple of hours early, which was great by me, very knowledgeable and helpful. Suggested some heavier duty products for the very dirty stairs, that was an additional cost, but wasn't pushy and actually thought it might not be my best option for a rental. Would definitely use him again, sorry I don't remember his name right now...I waited too long to write this review! I was impressed though!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out very well. They did a great job. I paid an additional $80. We had a pet incident so the extra charges were tied to that. They did a really good job getting it up. They were very good about explaining their costs. The gave me a cost break. Part of the cost was tied to stairs. I would have expected it to be included in whole house carpet cleaning but it was nominal.

We needed the carpets cleaned in preparation for listing the house for sale. Everything went well. He showed up at the appointed time. The carpets look good - no problems.

David with All Star was great from the first phone call. I saw All Star was running a deal online, but the area I needed cleaned was much bigger so called him. He talked through his services, what the charge would be, and answered all my questions professionally. He arrived on time, walked through the home and identified spots or trouble areas I didn?t even notice. I felt he took his time and was very knowledgeable. I?ve had my carpets cleaned before and I was just another appointment-- they were in and out. David clearly took his time, did quality work, and is interested in repeat business. He will be the first person I call when my carpet is ready to be cleaned again. Also, I received a hand written note from All Star thanking me for choosing them.

Had an absolutely fabulous experience with ALL STAR CARPET CLEANING right from the very first contact!! Diane (who answered the phone when I called) was an absolute sweetheart. We needed a quick turn-around on carpet cleaning for a rental unit of ours and ALL STAR CARPET CLEANING was the only place I contacted that was able to get out that same week!! And all the positive reviews about David are absolutely true. He is easy to reach via phone or email, scheduling was a breeze and he really cares about his customers. He was even willing to be flexible about scheduling when we discovered that the condo association made plans to have the ENTIRE parking lot resealed and repainted the day before he was scheduled to come out!!! We had to wait an extra day, but he was still able to get there and get the carpets cleaned before our new renters moved in. Dave and Diane were a dream come true for me that week!!! Dave and his employee showed up on time and ready to work, after the estimate was settled they were off to work in no time, he even power scrubbed a few spots to get the carpet even cleaner. A great experience I will recommend to friends and family, I was shocked how fast they got the job done and how clean the carpets ended up. In the future I will have them cleaned more often so the carpet stays clean and fresh. Thank you All Star

David was really reasonable with his cost and willing to make it work for me. I had just had my hardwood floors redone and he made sure to be careful on them.
