The carpet cleaning was a success. Dave explained that the cleaning would rid the carpet of a sticky substance, thus making vacuuming easier, and he was right. It was all accomplished in under an hour. My daughter and I are already planning to have the carpet cleaned on a regular basis, like every 10 months. This service was excellent. We are definitely going to keep this up.

Very prompt, first thing they did was try to upsell, no specific complaints, will probably go back to Stanley Steamer in the future.

A very nice young man (I have forgotten his name) came out right on time. I told him that my renters had a dog and now there was a doggie smell, fortunately there were no signs that the dog had had any accidents .He said he could use Acid Pre-Spray and that would help tremendously. He was able to get out several stains and marks that I did not think were going to come out. I am very pleased and it has saved me $8,000 buying new carpet. I will use All Star Carpet Cleaning again

He was very professional and explained everything he was doing and did a fantastic job. He was very punctual and even called before our scheduled appointment time to see if it was convenient for us to have come to do the job earlier. He was very knowledgable and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. He did a fine clean up job and we were very pleased with his work. We would call him again and recommend him to others.

Due to some issue the company missed our first appointment but made the next day appointment and also gave is a stairway cleaning to apologize. They did a good job cleaning all the areas.

Went fantastically. This was my second time using them (not counting the time I brought them in to clean the carpets of m business), and as before, they were punctual, efficient, and friendly. Not much more to say. 10/10 would use again.

I bought a Big Deal for this vendor ($299) which covered all the areas in this house. It is a rental house and the carpet was a mess. It was filthy and there were stains in every room. Setting the appointment was very easy and they were very accommodating to my expedited request. Ned came out on the appointed day and on time. he went through the house and very was thorough and detailed, pointing out which stains will come out and which won't (due to tenant's poor attempt in cleaning), and explained the amount of stain would be extra. He said he usually charges $25 per area extra, and in this case, would have been around 12. But he said he would only charge my for 4 areas extra instead, which was very acceptable for me. He was very thorough in his cleaning and the carpet looked fantastic! He got out all the stains he said he would. Great job! Will be happy to use them again and recommend them to all my clients. 44518

Dave contacted me right away. The work was completed and I was billed appropriately. He followed up to find out if I was satisfied with the work he did and if there was anything else he could do. I really appreciated that he was able to accommodate my schedule within a narrow time frame! Thanks Dave! They were very responsive and courteous in communications, especially when I had to reschedule at almost the last minute.

They offered the normal add-on services of teflon, which I denied. My only slight disappointment is that the stairs still seemed to be a little dirty.

Nice guy, very informative, thorough job.

I used them before and they are good. The big deal price was $199 for the basic rooms and I paid extra to do the stairs. I’ve worked with this guy before. He did my sisters’ house and also my friend’s house. He was referred a couple of times. The only negative I can say, and it really isn't that bad, is the first time they did my carpet he told me his machine that brings up all the dirt from the carpet would cost another $75 and that they recommended it. This time he never even offered it. I didn’t say anything about it.

An accidental fall left a large blood stain in our carpet. Company was coming two days later. I called numerous carpet cleaners, no of whom could work on a small job with such short notice. The woman I spoke to at All Star Cleaners was very sympathetic -- managed to fit us into their schedule - and told us what to do in the meantime. Thank you again All Star.

Did not really think that they would get all the stains out but but they did. Outstanding service and the 17 year old rug looked new afterwords. Little worried about stretching but every thing finally went back in shape,. Going to use them again in new house we just bought.

They had an attractive price and very professional carpet cleaner. The company was really responsive and came back to our house a 2nd time to try and get out 2 stubborn stains.

Service provider replied to service request in a very timely fashion and was able to schedule appointment well within the desired time-frame. On day of service he showed up on time, was friendly and courteous and clearly communicated what would be involved to get the job done. We were very pleased with the end result. The carpets looked great and the whole house smelled fresher. I would not hesitate to use this company again for future carpet cleaning needs.
